I’m really interested to see peoples working arrangements now that we have ‘locked down’ and how this crisis might really affect the economy. Are you:
A) working from home and doing 80-100 percent of your job as usual
B) at home and not able to work but still being paid
C) made redundant/laid off during crisis
D) a key worker, still going out to work as usual (including teachers)
E) not a key worker but still being made to physically go into work as usual.

NHS, but a low grade office role that is not essential.

A.
I have no idea if that will continue or not. I was considered to be a key worker but was sent home.

peacebypeace · 29/03/2020 18:03

As I'm not essential at this time.

A) except we own limited companies so not getting paid but still working to try and keep business going. Invoices are not being paid as everyone is 'closed', not sure how long we can continue. It's this, then asset striping then apply for universal credit which won't cover bills, banks are not actually giving out any loans.

We have laid off 50% of staff with the 80% pay from government scheme, the rest are still working (by choice) but we have given everyone a company car / van so they can travel separately to sites, then they work with 2m distance, quite easy in scaffolding.
