I popped to Superdrug on Saturday to get some tampons and I bought some make up and hair dye at the same time.
I’m a key worker and will be back in 6 days when I and back at work.
I am quite relaxed about a lot of things but need concealer to cover up the black bags under my eyes.

I'm also going for the au naturel look, no make up on a daily basis. If we all survive this pandemic, we might end up looking younger (albeit with shit hair!)

Hair dye is essential though! I am going to cause great alarm and terror to people who look at me without it.

I feel a little bit smug, I ordered 4 boxes of my usual from Superdrug last week, and already had 2 boxes in the cupboard. Not ashamed to be stockpiling hair dye, I'm not ready to go grey!

That’s how I feel about concealer Santa. I could just wear a motor bike helmet and pretend it’s to prevent cross contamination.

I just need to get my hands on a helmet...

I’m very glad I let my hair grow out a couple of years back and am fully grey (well more salt and pepper). I did have my hair cut though last week, luckily as it was getting rather bushy. My DS already needed a haircut badly - who knows what he’ll look like in 12 weeks! Bet he won’t let me at him with the clippers !

I managed to get some in Boots today. I did buy medicine as well though, so maybe that's why.

Eyeshadow makes an acceptable root touch up in an emergency.

Yes helmets are essential PPE gear. 👍 This may not be a good long term solution to the conference call issue though.

I got some root touch up from amazon last week. I haven't used it yet becaue I'm not going out and noone is visiting so hopefully it will last as long as I need it.
