Is it too late to get any deliveries slots from any supermarket? I don't mind having to wait, but I would like to try & book.

He said you should not see family members you do not live with.
So I would assume that your children should stay with you until government says otherwise. It’s being reviewed in three weeks.

I have a recurring slot booked with asda (I'm asthmatic and it is not under control before anyone has a go that I am selfish hogging slots). It took me about a week to book first slot (can normally get one the next day) and you need a delivery pass (£5 per month).

I can’t get anything with Sainsbury’s, I have checked everyday and at midnight. Anyone know when they actually release the slots? I think maybe they are not releasing them at all except for customers they have identified as vulnerable.
Hope they expand the click and collect quickly.

i got a delivery pass yesterday & managed to get a Tesco click & collect 6 miles away tonight. I don't ever shop in Tesco & am surrounded by all the other supermarkets which are much closer but I'm so relived!

@Northernlass99 Sainsbury's is only offering slots to the elderly and disabled now

Anyone else really struggling? Totally understand elderly and disabled should be prioritised but I’m 8 months pregnant with no car and supermarkets are a 20 min walk. I’m trying to self isolate but it’s impossible without delivery slots. 😰

Hi there - may be teaching you to suck eggs, but here goes:-

  1. Try any local farm shops - they often have local foods, bread etc. available. Mind you, not often noted for carrying the Greater Spotted Loo Roll (a rare beast this season...)

  2. We have found a local "Milk man" delivery service who delivers a lot more than milk (and he DOES have loo roll :-) )

  3. IF you talk to your neighbours, see if you can "share" a delivery slot - if you have one, see if they need anything and order it for them. Likewise, if they have one and you are friend;y with them, ask if you can piggy back on their order. As there are limits on the number of items, this may not work, but it might be better than nothing

Stay well - and good luck

Does anyone know how to get someone elderly added to the slots? I've tried calling for my dad & the phone just tells you they're busy so call back later & to try messaging through their website but that doesn't work either. Sad

Ocado really doesn't seem to be working.

My DH was able to get a slot at Morrisons this morning (6.30am) for April 13th.

I really don't mind what we eat as long as it's healthy and I assume others would be the same. I don't need meat or even fish.

Not everything is available but I just placed an order for Prime Now delivery (in London), I'll receive it tomorrow. Not much fruit and veg got long life milk, bread, snacks, loo roll

Last week I tried to book an Asda delivery for my Nan who is self isolating.
I managed to get one 4 days away, but the website wouldn't actually let me check out. A day later and all slots for weeks were taken.
