I have a recurring slot booked with asda (I'm asthmatic and it is not under control before anyone has a go that I am selfish hogging slots). It took me about a week to book first slot (can normally get one the next day) and you need a delivery pass (£5 per month).

I can’t get anything with Sainsbury’s, I have checked everyday and at midnight. Anyone know when they actually release the slots? I think maybe they are not releasing them at all except for customers they have identified as vulnerable.
Hope they expand the click and collect quickly.

Hi there - may be teaching you to suck eggs, but here goes:-
- Try any local farm shops - they often have local foods, bread etc. available. Mind you, not often noted for carrying the Greater Spotted Loo Roll (a rare beast this season...)
- We have found a local "Milk man" delivery service who delivers a lot more than milk (and he DOES have loo roll :-) )
- IF you talk to your neighbours, see if you can "share" a delivery slot - if you have one, see if they need anything and order it for them. Likewise, if they have one and you are friend;y with them, ask if you can piggy back on their order. As there are limits on the number of items, this may not work, but it might be better than nothing
Stay well - and good luck
