Anyone been confirmed with Coronavirus? What’s it feel like?

People at my work have had fever and cough and continued to come in. One lady had been to Italy in February, was unwell on her return and continued to be so until last week she was put on steroids for a chest infection. Other people have had fever and cough, one unwell enough to be off all week despite not wanting to be.

How do we know when it is just a virus other than Coronavirus?
I’ve felt mildly unwell this week. I just heard someone on the radio saying she has been confirmed as having it but doesn’t feel that bad?

Daffodil55 yes that is exactly right! You could think you'd had it but it turns out it was actually flu so you get it again

Yes @Binterested ..do I go into work on Monday and risk passing it on to other folk. Or do I self isolate on what could be absolutely nothing and doesn't even meet the new criteria!

It's so hard to know if you have or not, seeing as they're no longer testing. My dc (8months) has a cold and cough but no temp. Me and DH have both had sore throats, headaches, fatigue and a slight tightness of chest this week. Probably just a cold but in the back of my mine I'm thinking is this mild version of it?

The pressure on chest both my husband, myself and a collegue at work had. The heart palpatiobs and tenderness round my chest were really uncomfortable, still not right a week later. Better but not right. We decided this was just a general virus???
