Short answer, yes.
There is a widespread food shortage in Gaza, but food is getting in and some parts of society are doing fine. Nice cafes to go to, I saw a lovely wedding the other day with everyone dressed fancy enjoying the entertainment, restaurants and a car “showroom”. The images of food in supermarkets & cafes show really unhealthy, sugary snacks as well as fresh fruit/veg. Why are there stores selling sweets, mountains of Nutella and foods we wouldn’t eat every day when there is mass starvation? Surely basic nutritionally requirements “for everyone” need to be met before munching on Nutella crepes? Free aid is being sold in markets, all of these diabetes inducing goods are being sold and imported, fruit & veg is available and all of that is under the control of Gazans. Why is there not a system in place to ensure everyone is looked after (try and provide your answer without mentioning Israel). There are aid organisations still operating in Gaza. The UN could be distributing aid but isn’t.
I am aware that Gazan society is inherently unfair and if you’re associated with Hamas you get a lot of benefits, but how on earth is it possible that some people are shopping in supermarkets and are so well fed they can have unhealthy sugary treats and others are scraping together enough money to buy a bag of flour that should be free? That can’t be blamed on Israel. I could not watch my neighbours starve as I feast.
If you think that Hamas is so awful they can’t be trusted to feed the people they’re meant to represent then you support Hamas’ removal. Why aren’t you calling for the UN to distribute aid? Why aren’t you calling on cafe owners to hand out free food?
