We are back to hundreds of Gazans being killed each day after the so called ceasefire and over 50,000 now slaughtered, mostly women and children.
The bombing of hospitals, schools and 'safe zones' not being enough, they are now picking off paramedics. How much depravity is the world going to tolerate?

i support the retaliation to the appalling Oct 7th attacks, that does not mean I'm far right and only have one telly channel.

You haven’t answered the question: if the October 7th retaliation is justified then October 7th itself must also be justified thanks to the decades of oppression and VIOLENCE faced by Palestinians before that?

@Gloriia I’m not looking to belittle you, I’m trying to understand why you appear so uninformed and unwilling to provide evidence on the things you say, but yet very intent in justifying and trivialising the actions of the Israeli Govt and the IDF whose actions are disproportionate at best and otherwise immoral, inhumane heinous war crimes against many innocents.

If all @Gloriia saw was one ‘smiling bus of well fed Palestinians released from Israeli Jails’ then I think my conclusion of only watching one propaganda heavy TV station was the politest one. Because it’s been ALL OVER THE NEWS on the TV and on the web.

Fair enough. Me too tbh, but luckily, it doesn’t bring me joy. Same as justifying the deaths of 15,000 kids. Doesn’t bring me joy or motivate me to come here defend armies carrying out war crimes. It’s just not conducive to having peace of mind.

It’s not like verbally attacking a few random people on Mumsnet helps people in Gaza though.

If you’re not feeling the joy at innocent people, including 15000 kids being murdered by the IDF stop justifying it. You can support Israel without justifying it.

No one is supporting murderers. Retaliating to the atrocities on Oct 7th was absolutely predictable. Blame hamas.
