Even if 90% of the hospital was made up of fighters, normal democratic nations don’t bomb hospitals. Normal armies don’t think “human shields” are legitimate targets.

Hamas command and control centres seem to exist in very large numbers. They are wherever the IDF thinks there may be even as few as one Hamas combatant probably. They don’t care who else they kill.

Or they do it anyway, regardless.

As to being a secondary explosion, they used this excuse before when they burnt people alive in tents.
