In the last few day I’ve seen several art work around the world supporting Palestine.

Russia has been suspended from Eurovision at current time.
IF the ICJ was concerned about potential genocide being committed AND the Israeli government did not sustain a ceasefire - wonder what affect it will have on this and other cultural events.

I believe their national team from hockey has been suspended ?

Labour MP Angela Rayner had her speech interrupted by protesters. "I lost my family in Gaza" said a man before he was manhandled out. A woman asked Rayner how she can call herself a feminist when women in Gaza are using tent scraps in place of period products.

Good for them. These politicians shouldn't be able to hold any events without being called out for their complicity.

Just realised yesterday my cousin shared a pic of a basketball match in my home town. It was supporting Palestine. Just realised the match was against Maccabbi Tel Aviv. As many of you know I come from an area where we’ve always supported Palestinians freedom so seeing this is quite common but now it even makes more sense. Hope wherever maccabi goes is welcome with banners like this one

Love this image, entirely accurate. The powers that be really thought that they could get away with silent acquiescence of what's happening to the Palestinians and that the people wouldn't complain.

Instead most of the world's ordinary citizens have maintained their moral compass and stood up for humanity as evidenced by the UN General assembly votes.

Ireland team refuse to shake hands. Israel call them anti semitic.
In the South African apartheid years SA were isolated in many ways including sport, not allowed in international competitions including the Olympics, world cups etc..
Time to apply those sanctions to Israel?

These poor players were put in an horrendous situation, some did refuse to play and the whole Irish basketball team were called antisemitic by Israeli captain which is why they refused to shake hands with the team because they refused to retract the statement. Players were under huge pressure at home not to play but the International director of basketball operations said the game must go ahead behind closed doors or Ireland are out of the competition. He said he didn't want sport politicised yet the Israeli team posed in photos with armed IDF soldiers days before the match.

Ireland lost the match and the Israeli coach said "they got what they deserved" how sporting and mature of him..... pathetic
