really tho may waa gona be the month for bfp but af reared her ugly head 6 days early.

I'm PREGNANT

Managed not to POAS in the supermarket toilet... used the works one instead.
First Reposnse test, 2nd very clear line in about 30seconds, yay!
Phoned DH, who sounded happy/shocked - couldn't wait until this evening to tell him.

Symptoms... loads more EWCM than usual at OV time, that spotting at CD22, and AF like cramps at the same time.
Feeling really thirsty, and hence having to pee loads.

Can't quite believe it

Not sure what to do now... Last time my first visit to the doctor was when I started bleeding at 4+3, had a chem preg, and nothing was really done at all - not even a scan as my tests turned negative really quickly. Hoping this one sticks around...

Can anyone with a bit more experience advise me what to do now/when (other than vits - I've been taking those forever)

Erm, folic acid definitely, vits if you feel you need them, give the GP a ring and see when they want you to come in. I think the earlier you see them then the earlier (hopefully) you get your booking in with the mw and scan dates etc. Eat mung beans and drink no wine. That's it for the moment really

Folic acid - check, I've been taking conception vitamins for ages.
Feeling guilty about wine - me and DH had a bottle between us Friday/Saturday, and I had a glass of cider yesterday afternoon - I was that convinced that this cycle was not going to work.

Oh well, def no alcohol from now on, and I will make a GP appointment sometime over the next week.

Congrats Delilahbelle!!! looks like things are looking up on the bus!!!Yipeeee, 2 BFP already!!!.

Don't think I'm going to catch this bus this month though...still no AF after last months MC...and no positive preg tests...have no idea now where I am cycle wise???.

I have been quietly lurking for most of this month - trying not to obsess - yeah right! Anyway, not looking good for me this month. Didn't get a positive OPK (again) and am now on 29 and no af. have tested to day, BFN

Just wanting af to hurry up now so can try again next month. It was so easy with my dd! First month... but I guess I am 6 years older now and I was no spring chicken when I had dd!

Hot flushes after OV until CD23 ish (thought I was menopausal)
Spotting and cramps around CD22 (thought AF was arriving early)
V dry mouth/thirsty/weeing like a racehorse since CD28

That's it for symptoms... I honestly thought this month was a bust. I even spent £50 on a crate of wine from Virgin wine club - guess DH will be drinking that alone.

Here's hoping a load more get that BFP - anyone due to test soon?

OK, desperate symptom spotting: been feeling very pregnant this month, driving erratically and just a bit vacant. Also, had some stomach aches (way too early for AF) and heartburn. Realised this morning that the pollen is very high so that could explain most if not all of the symptoms. Perhaps I'll wallow in the fantasy of being pregnant for a few more days and then start getting realistic to prepare myself for AF arriving .

Hello all, I have been lurking for a while but thought I really ought to hop aboard. This is the first month of casually ttc no 3 (she says trying to convince herself, DH is certainly more casual than me!) I was determined not to symptom spot but I have a huge list which is probably all in my head. So my stats are ttc 3 cycle 1 UCL 27-28 CD 24.
