Hi guys...sounds like people are a bit low at the moment.

I have nothing particular to add as no SWI and no ov or anything that would actually lead to a baby!! I have now got a positive diagnosis of PCOS and both DH and I are having more tests at the docs next week, before referral to FS.

Hmmm....interesting fact....I have a mole right in the centre of my tummy - midway between boobs and belly button and exactly on the midline. He is called Maurice the Mole. wonder if that wasn't quite the kind of fact prinpo wanted!
I think EWCM is somehow better than Fertile Fanny Juice...although it's not scientific, somehow EWCM does sound slightly more proper!

Finally, I heard that 70% of men actually have willies that are less than 3 inches long. For the the month of June, these men have been asked to hang a white flag with a red cross out of their windows or attached to their cars to show consolidarity with other small men.

Prinpo · 20/06/2010 16:56

Miffles, I wondered what those flags were for... .

Love all the facts about people - hello to Maurice the Mole. Mine is that I am obsessive about lots of household stuff - having the glasses all lined up in the cupboard, that kind of thing. I try to pass myself off as very easy going but it really isn't so. If I didn't have kids and a very messy husband I would live in the utmost immaculate order...aahh, soothing feelings .

Good luck to those holding out on POAS. Really hope for some good news soon.

Oh, yeah, and my vote goes with EWCM. I howled with laughter at FFJ but, on reflection, it's a bit gross even for me (and that's saying something).

Extra mojitos for everyone who's feeling a bit low. Chin up, ladies, we'll get there.

Rockbird · 20/06/2010 20:14

Ooh I forgot my fact about me: I used to be a nanny for William G Stewart of 15 to One fame and I used to take delivery of the questions (and have a sneaky look).

theteasonme · 20/06/2010 20:18

Mmmm...mojitos....yes please!!

Am so bored with this cycle now! Want to be at the SWI stage so I can have something to obsess about focus my energy on!

I have quite a stressful week coming up with work but am still hoping to ov by next weekend - just need to keep popping all the pills I suppose

xx teason

Thanks ljg and rockbird. Who's gonna join me first for a March antenatal thread? I'm not starting on my own!

Medee · 20/06/2010 20:38

Nice one, B

Prinpo · 20/06/2010 20:42

And we're off.............

Fabulous news, B .

Prinpo · 20/06/2010 20:44

Rockbird, I read your post as meaning that you used to look after William G Steward when he was a little lad. I was trying to figure out how the fuck you could have done that and still be of an age where you would be ttc [grin}.

Rockbird · 20/06/2010 20:52

I've been to see that famous old lady IVF doctor doncha know

8rubberduckies · 20/06/2010 20:55

Hurrrraaaaaay! Our first BFP! BUnder that's great news! . I am feeling very fluffy and emotional after coming back after a couple of days away from my laptop and seeing some good news (or maybe it's the Mojitos?).

Still no sign of OV - I don't test for it as apparently they are not very accurate if you have PCOS, so I rely on spotting EWCM (Sorry, can't cope with fanny juice ), OV pains and increased sex drive. I am also temping, but not relying on it massively as, again, temps can be difficult to read with PCOS.

Prinpo my interesting fact which is not apparent when you see me, after a lot of time trying to remember back to when I used to be interesting and alternative, is that I had UV-flourescent orange cropped hair for about a year in my early twenties

theteasonme · 20/06/2010 21:01

Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyy!!!

Am so, so excited for you B !!

Have posted over on CA too (but in a sensible fashion IYSWIM)

and on Father's Day too!!! xxx

delilahbelle · 20/06/2010 21:20

Congratulations BUnder what excellent news.
Let's hope that a few more of us join you over the next few days...

I am veering between being sure I am pregnant and sure I am not... no sign of AF but no other symptoms either... did you have any clues B?

Random fact about me... I'm a mystery shopper. Obviously not a full time career, but a lot of fun as a hobby

sillybillymummy · 20/06/2010 21:25

Hello, great news!
I have been looking for march bus, and only just found this!
I commented on feb, saying i really want to ttc. So far in my efforts to convince DH, that i am serious! I have had my coil taken out on 19th May, bleed 20th May, really grim AF 15th June - BUT he still needs some convincing!
So i can't put my stats down yet! Booo
Wish me luck?!

theteasonme · 20/06/2010 22:06

Good luck!

Wish I was a mystery shopper

superpenguin · 20/06/2010 22:48

oooh congratulations to BUTB !!!

fingers crossed for delilahbelle ...

ttcnofour · 20/06/2010 22:49

Prinpo · 20/06/2010 23:18

Delilah - a mystery shopper, eh? Spill the beans!

sillybilly, best of luck. Have you tried getting him drunk (on mojitos of course )?

ttc, it's very frustrating when AF is late but there's no sign of a BFP. I've had both outcomes in the past, ie AF has turned up and just been a bit late a few times but once I was pregnant and just had repeated BFNs. Hope you get an answer one way or the other soon.

AF not due for me for another week at least. Bored bored bored bored BORED of the 2ww .

Night all.

delilahbelle · 21/06/2010 06:47

Hey all

I cannot comment about my mystery shopping I'm afraid... it's all a bit secret squirrel.

Still no sign of AF. Fingers crossed she stays away. Feeling really nervous today, am going to buy a test on the way home if AF doesn't arrive before then, eeek! why oh why did I use all my cheapies last month...

Booooooooooooo ttc that's not fair.

Good luck Delilah! Are you going to wait till the morning or go for it as soon as you get home? Symptoms were few and far between, tbh. I had a triphasic chart though. I sneezed a lot, which I always do when I'm pregnant. I had a bot of heartburn, which again I always seem to. And weird, stabby pains in my stomach, especially if I stood up too fast, which I got last time, but not the first time.

delilahbelle · 21/06/2010 06:58

Morning B

I thought it was only me that woke up stupidly early and turned the computer on first

I should wait for tomorrow morning... but I am entirely likely to go in the supermarket toilet minutes after buying the test. Checked the bank account online, considering buying a test on the way to work. Must resist... AF not late yet...

ttc I know how you feel. Look after yourself, and I hope you get a result one way or the other soon.

Prinpo hope the next week goes fast. Are you going to hold out or test early?
