barbielove the baby eating cat link, made me snort . DS1 spent last night with his grandparents, so just had Ajay, it is very quiet this morning though. Of to enjoy the beach today then a BBQ tonight.

sabs glad you like the Annabel K book, it does have some great recipes in it.

gg I bought Ajay some of the banana boat factor 50 suncream too, it's on offer in semichem at the moment with £8 off.

Had my scan yesterday, and straight away the doctor said he could see the coil dead centre where it is supposed to be, but then he carried on scanning and said 'wow'. I looked at him rather nervously, and he said ' it's lovely', 'very textbook', then 'I bet know ones said that to you before', , then he went on to explain AND show me my womb, falopian tubes eggs and one released egg and that it was so clear and text book . I just laughed, but it was very interesting

go Cupcake go!!! Today seems a good day for a minicake to arrive.

Hi girls, I really don't think I'll be joining 4ever today! This baby is way too comfy and seems to have forgotten the way out, regularly tries to break out of my belly button
At least it gave dh another lie in this morning which he very much appreciated
sabs I had a feeling it would be today too but doesn't seem so (unless I'm in for a speedy deliver-in-the-hospital-carpark type labour )

It was actually mexican we went for last night in the end and v spicy; this is obviously one tough baby!

Hello lovely lovely ladies! You have had me absolutely with ur lovely posts & tx! Well we are here, didnt make it til 4pm in the end, got put in 4 bed ward on delivery suite at 4.20pm & not actually been seen yet! DH gone to get a paper.. Eeek a male midwife just came by & is at bed next door, hurry up DH Have a feeling wont be much news til 2moro tho girlies, Cupcake ur still in with a chance hon! Will keep u all posted.. X x x x x

Thanks to you all for having the pom poms at the ready, thought I heard a rustle today Now we have decided to ttc, I am really sure again and trying not to get too ahead of myself. Quick question, do you think it is unwise to have a glass or 2 of wine around conception time, googling seems to bring mixed info?! Have got a big night out planned later in the week when I should be ovulating and not sure whether I should not drink or if I am being over cautious.

Have to go, but will try and lurk to see how 4ever is getting on.

Hey ladies, male midwife was actually lovely, been monitored lots listening to bubs lovely heartbeat, wasnt dilated but cervix soft so got pessary at 6.30pm, monitored for another hour then DH & i walked round hosp inside & out, to get things going, picked up yet more goodies from the m&s here for our munch stash, now watching bit of the footy in the waiting room..! Just a few twinges, nothing major happenin yet.. Will be checked again at 12 to see if dilating yet.. Not too bad as we are occupying ourselves.. DH gonna get in bed with me so we can snuggle when we finish watching footy! Did i mention my poor lovely DDDH got hit with a rotten head cold this morning? What timing! He is all bunged up & sneezy bless him! Anyway, ill keep posting as & when! Lotsa love x x x x x
