8 week scan today and there's a mini-nomore in there

Doing good thanks . DD is nearly 8 months now, I can't believe where the time has gone. She was 6 days over btw and even though I knew most 1st babies are late I was still desperate to get her out during the last couple of weeks! Are you having much sickness?

I'm really well thanks Nomore, DS is nearly a year old already, time really does fly I kept popping into the conception threads to keep an eye on you, so glad it's happened to you at last, it really is the best news i've heard in ages

I'm good thanks - and you? DD is 21months - and adorable (not biased at all). I'm having bloodtests and acu to try for a second (thankfully without the deep sadness and pain of ttc for no1). Guess it'll be IVF again for us - so we're looking at our finances.
Are you hoping for a second / ttcing / pg?

Ooh yes, ... sorry Nomore... so glad to hear you are well, I hope that things work out for number 2 very quickly... fingers firmly crossed. Of course you are not biased , like I am not biased either... my dd is totally adorable. She is almost 9 months has 2 bottom teeth and never shuts up . Due to the emergency c-s (or perhaps it is standard after any c-s?) I have been told not to get pregnant until dd is a year old... but we would want a couple of years gap I think.

Aww...congrats nomore! I remeber you from the TTC thread when I got pg with DS, have since been AWOL so don't know the full story of the last almost 2 years, but I can only imagine how hard it has been! I am frustrated that we have yet to conceive a second and now that feels totally selfish!

So happy for you....I too have goosepimples....I love good news! Stay strong and grow well mini-nomore!!

It was this morning and all's well - will post the pic when I get home. Have started telling RL people too - it feels so weird to finally be able to tell people (after ttc for so long, though also after keeping it to ourselves for the past 8 weeks)

The card reader on my laptop isn't recognising the camera card and I'm too tired to go upstairs and put the PC on, so I will upload the pic tomorrow instead. I've had such a lovely day finally being able to tell people, who have all been really lovely and pleased for me. I've never had so many hugs from so many different people in one day before!
