mls so relieved that all's OK with lo. Now please take it easy and tell DH to look after you. Thanks for texting me to let me know neeko Hope you're OK today
Thanks for letting us know how your appointment went barbie You're having to go through so much, I dont know what to say to you Think I'll just send a hairstroke your way. By the way having a baby is one the best ways to make friends. I've been living in this borough for nearly 5 years, but as a typical Londonder, didnt really know people locally. But having Saara and going to the local childrens centre etc is a great way to meet new people and compare birth/sleep/feeding/teething issues. Me and Saara had our first mother and baby yoga class last week, a morning session which means having to be out of the house before 10am which is hard work but she liked the class so we'll be going back hopefully
Thanks to neeko gg mls blue and others for your kinds words. We were awake at 5am changing nappies, vest and nightgear - S has been through at least 10 vests the past couple of days - but she's feeding much better today and she still had diarrhea today but its not as much as the past 2 days so hopefully its clearing up. She also had a bit of diarolyte yesterday that the doctor prescribed, but is refusing it today. DH is also off work today with a stomach bug so I have 2 babies to take care of! Also thanks to mls and mermaid and others about advice regarding Saara's excema. The cream that the HV advised seems to be helping so that's good. I also had another question I hope you dont mind me asking, but I feel like if I post it on the Sleep section, people will probably laugh at me. S normally sleeps on her back, but recently she has been rolling onto her front in her sleep. We have been waking in the night to check her and we put her back on her back, but that does wake her up sometimes. Should we just leave her to sleep on her front? I'm scared of cot death (I know, I'm being so paranoid - someone slap me)
cupcake I just went 'awwww' to myself when I read what your DH did last night Have fun meeting your friends baby tonight
4ever gorgeous pics of your babygirl
annie good to hear yesterday went well. What a lovely DH. For Mother's Day, I got a personalised card from moonpig - that ad that always comes on daytime TV, some very yummy fresh cheesecake from the place where DH works, with the words 'love you mum' written on it, and we went for brunch - but that was then cut short by Saara not feeling well.
vjay Good to hear you had a good birthday but at the back pain. I really need to go to the GP to sort out out getting a coil fitted but I keep putting it off
