Here we go, another new thread for us to fill with our highs and lows.

Lets start off with a good dusting of babydust, think all the rest we had has washed off in the rain

maddyd · 14/07/2005 17:24

Mine was quite normal but i put that down to the d&c getting everything out.

HellKat · 14/07/2005 17:28

That's what I thought this would've done (after all had 2 lol)

strike1 · 14/07/2005 17:38

I had a fairly normal af 5 weeks after the erpc. It lasted a week, which is long for me then a few days ago I got light brown dc like you described hellkat. It went away then came back, then went. I hope it's just the tail end of af, or heavy cm due to ov clearing out whats left. I'm sure it's just our bodies doing what's best....hope so!

HellKat · 14/07/2005 17:57

Lol at least not just me. It goes at night, comes back a little daytime (too light to wear a tampon, too heavy to not wear a liner). Annoying because I wish it would hurry up and go!
Poor ds2 is a grumbly chap tonight. Has 4 incisors coming through at once (normally is really good) but think it's the heat too. he's running around starkers, nearly bathtime and bed for him.

HellKat · 14/07/2005 18:11

Night all, Off to get little man ready. take care xxxx

Diddle · 14/07/2005 18:12

my cm is quite creamy, not sticky, quite runny, sorry i'm just grabbing at straws now. want something to happen one way or the other.

CHOCOLATEPEANUT · 14/07/2005 19:31

I never looked at cm until this month. Using ov kits since tues and no signs yet. Last night noticed clear stretchy cm and today creamy cm

So thought i had ov but no result on pee lolly sticks.Anyway just bd so lets hope we caught the blighter!

Xena · 14/07/2005 19:41

My AF must be on the way as I feel very tearfull and tired, been a very stressfull week though. I have just got back from the hairdresser and DS's parents evening, the first was great the second not so good, his behaviour is OK he just dreams too much. She said he performed well in his test, which means he must be taking in the right info.

CHOCOLATEPEANUT · 14/07/2005 19:43

Good night all.Happy bd ing for those who are at that stage.Fingers crossed for those later on...

DH got dvd of War of the Worlds off dodgy mate and just got me some choccy and cola (in the old fashioned glass bottles -fab!!)

cori · 14/07/2005 20:13

Hi everyone.
Any BFP yet? Who is waiting to test?
I am on CD 14, have OPK+ and CM so am at the lots of BD stage. Though DH is not so interested, may be it too much pressure on him. Oh well will just have to change his mind.
Have bought lingere today. So wish me luck.

On the CM question. I often two lots of egg white CM during my cycle. One is always during the luetal phase.
I think it is normal to have it even when you are not fertile. Thats why it is important to take temps and all that. Does anyone check there cervix?

HumphreysCorner · 14/07/2005 22:04

Evening girls

Phewee-it is toooooooooooooo hot!!!!!!!!!!!! Still feeling extremely bad tempered and swearing at DH and DD . What is wrong with me-mad witch hormones I expect. Still no AF so really fed up but do have bad period pain again today.

A TMI question coming up about CM. I'm not really with it when it comes to CM so tell me, where do you see it? On your knickers or on the toilet paper or if not where? (Soz and all that but a girl needs to know).

Took DD for her 2 year check up and it all went quite well apart from she is not saying enough words and we are not getting her to make food choices i.e. do you want peas or beans. Well, I am not going to be one of those mothers who cooks seperate meals-it is peas/beans or nothing. (Don't mean to offend anyone if that is what you do ).

HellKat-what a bitch-give her some marching orders. ((x))

Diddle-fingers crossed hun-congrats could be coming your way. ((xx))

CHOCOLATEPEANUT-enjoy the coke (even better when you drink it through a straw). ((xx))

Hope everyone is coping in this melting heat. Going to attempt a trip to bed but everytime I move I need a bath.

Work tomorrow so I'll check in tomorrow night. The Branch manager is back off her hols tomorrow so we won't be able to talk about Big Brother all day.

Byee
x

Morning,

Humphreyscorner - CM can be checked where ever you want, Knickers, tissue or some people wipe some onto their fingers to test for stretchyness.

Its lovely again here in the midlands, not too hot, nice breeze, but theres a grey cloud on it way.

Hi Xena - Hope you're not feeling quite as emotional today.

Everyone have a good day.

strike1 · 15/07/2005 10:20

Morning all. Much cooler here today, which is a relief! Just about to try my second OPK (last one was neg a few days ago) been Bding anyway but just like the idea of some test going positive! I think I'm cd 13 so fingers crossed.

Diddle · 15/07/2005 10:21

HellKat · 15/07/2005 10:38

Morning all.
Cp-Yummmm. Coke in proper bottles!
Humphreys- Will be glued to Big Bro tonight! Think she's gone (again) HOORAAHH!
Diddle- any sign of af?
Strike, Cori- Good luck you two!

petunia · 15/07/2005 10:41

Morning all,
I'm now 4+2 wks since mc, and no AF yet. But something's definitely up, I'm having bad cramps to the point of wondering whether I should have some paracetamol or something.
One thing I remembered this morning, was that after I had DDs it was 18 months before I had an AF, but then I was BF as well. I hope my body sorts itself out, don't want to wait that long!

HellKat · 15/07/2005 10:57

Petunia- sounds hopeful. I had first af within 2 weeks of having ds2. My endo made everything kick back in really quickly (unfortunately).

strike1 · 15/07/2005 11:06

Hi Petunia! It was 5 weeks after my mc that I got af but was getting cramps at 4 weeks. I have always had a fairly irregular cycle so was chuffed when she came within a normal time frame. If your getting cramps it sounds like a good sign to me.

Diddle · 15/07/2005 14:35

you're all very quiet today is everyone ok?

OP posts:
LunarSea · 15/07/2005 14:53

Am working. Or at least am at work, but am not very busy today, so I might go home early as I have some hours owed to me. CD23 today, which is quite good, as it means I might actually get a useful length cycle, instead of the usual 21/22 days (or often less) I usually get. But then if it goes over about 25 days it usually carries on until about 42 or 43 days so I'm not getting too excited about it yet in case it's just one of those double length cycles instead.

I've just been out buying bits for ds's birthday party - which isn't for another 7 weeks, but as a few of his nursery friends who are starting school this year will be leaving next week I need to get their invitations out now.

Then I need to decide what to do about a cake. Last year ds had a ploughed field cake - square sponge, covered in chocolate buttercream, half of it combed out nicely, the other half roughed up with choc chip rocks in it, and a mini toy tractor on the top ploughing it. I really can't do smooth icing, so do you think I'd get away with another muddy look (i.e. chocolate) one as a building site cake if I put mini diggers on it this time, and build "walls" using chocolate wafers?

Diddle · 15/07/2005 14:59

wow lunarsea the cake sounds great, and very tasty, i love butter cream, never made chocolate though. i'd go for it if i were you.

Xena · 15/07/2005 15:06

Hi all, Its flippin boiling here. Trying to arrange the summer holidays, what are you doing with your gang Diddle?
Hope everyone else is ok xx

strike1 · 15/07/2005 15:31

Mmmmmm Cake

Diddle · 15/07/2005 15:49

xena - haven't got a bloody clue they come and go at such stupid times some days that we wouldn't fit a day out into our plans.
Would love to try and fit in a visit to the safari park as we haven't been for years. Will probably take them on a picnic on a good day.
Soft Play Centre, erm don't really know have nothing set in stone.
