September is a month of new beginnings, maybe we'll have some new beginnings of our own. Hop on board the September Bus and let's see where it takes us.

Still waiting for AF - can feel her coming as have had stomach pains for last few days - but annoyed she's two days late. Had a 5 hour train journey today so thought she was waiting for then! If I were 16 and had had unprotected, then found out that it had been around my most fertile time on cycle, then AF was 2 days late, I'd be convinced I was pregnant and be absoluletly crapping myself right now! BNF this morning though so just want AF to turn up so can start again. Stomach cramps getting worse tonight so hopfully will be back to CD1 tomorrow - if not later today.

Molly79 - hope things work out for you soon one way or another. Can not imagine how frustrating it is for you.

Still BFN (with ebay cheapie), going to try with tesco cheapie tomorrow morning if still no signs of AF...
Also, think I might be on day 28 not 29 which doesn't help with working things out...

'Think' I had a sign of implantation cramping on Saturday night, tho probably imagining things. Had worried it was SPD signs THIS EARLY but haven't had anything since which is why I was thinking implantation... Anyone know how soon after implantation the hormones start being produced for testing? Just wondering if there is any hope?!

Didn't test till I was a week overdue with DS as he was a 'surprise' so didn't have this agonising wait!

Also, to top things off, I had well and truely done my back in, walking around bent over like an old grannie! DH says he should have bought me a zimmer for Christmas. I would laugh if it didn't hurt to do so, and in fact a zimmer probably would help!
Given in to my no drugs rule, tho have checked online that they are ok in moderation (just not in last trimester aparently for these).

Anyway, good luck to others who are testing.. Purple, what tests are you using?

Molly, I can't believe what CD you are on!! Are your cycles usually long/erratic? Can't remember reading your earlier posts... Must be doing your head right in!

Molly79- are you just off the pill? My first cycle off the pill was 90 days but I went to the dr at around your stage and they did blood tests. I was actually in the luteal stage having just ovulated so it can happen like that. If I were you, I'd go and get blood tests done, will save you a lot of money on HPT's as it will at least tell you if you're in the follicular or luteal phase. Good luck

We don't seem to be having much success on this september bus, sorry to all those whose AF turned up . Me I'm back to peeing on sticks to try and work out when I ovulate as still very unsure.
HOpe every body has a merry christmas and fingers crossed for some BFP's soon!!!

I am of the suspician I ov today as I have had a major migraine. This is the third/6 month I have had a migraine at this point. Ended up with GP out this am as I couldnt move and gave me some lovely strong painkillers so am now floaty!

Dh has got a bad back so we just about managed yesterday but I am of the suspician a turkey baster would have been a good idea this week!

Hi, yes I stopped taking the pill and haven't had a period yet. Doc said to give it till after christmas and then go back and not to worry as it can take some women up to 6mths to get back in to the swing of things. I am just being very impatient!!! Merry Christmas everyone xxxx

Am I really tragic posting on Chrismas Day? Oh well! AF has still not arrived but had some very slight spotting today so think may come tomorrow. If not I'm going to go and buy a proper test - have used all my ebay cheepies - all BPN. Have a feeling I either ovulated late (as I've been quite ill this month with cold/flu - so that may have been the reason) or my cycle isn't as regular as I'd thought. Stopped taking pill 3 months ago - Had a bleed straight after, then two completly normal cycles of 26 days - now this.

AF has finally arrived
Don't feel bad about all the drinking I've done now over Christmas! Would have been really mad if I'd stayed off the alcohol for nothing. Will be much easier not to drink now that all the parties, etc are over. Will jump on the back of the bus - Am sure it'll be second time lucky for all of us with 2 chances for a September baby

Think I'm in the waiting zone now

nymphadora Last month I conceived on day 16 and I thought I was on a 25 day cycle. I know it is all very scientific but sometimes there is no rhyme or reason to what happens. In saying that I did mc but I don't know if that is linked to last conception. Anyway, good luck! SB

Am pretty sure of ov on wed going with my migraine theory so that puts yesterday in the frame for conception but not today? Is that right?

Do you know, I'm not that sure...I had my two DD's years ago - the youngest is nearly 9 and when I conceived them it just happened. Last month when I conceived I just knew to go for it around the middle of the month. As it happened I had noticed clear stretcy mucus on the 16th and seemed to remember reading that was a good thing - which it seems it was. I kind of thnk that you just need to go for it if you feel like it. Again not very scientific advice...

I am getting early morning cramping which could be read either way, but it's way too early for AF to show up as I'm so used to long cycles (50 days plus). In my potential 2ww I am potentially 7/8 dpo so could be implantation. Or as I found when ttc#1, it could be my body gearing up to ovulate again because it didn't quite manage it last week despite all the ewcm.

nymphadora poor you with getting migraines when you ov! Are you sure you're definitely ovulating - can't believe nature would be that cruel, a migraine isn't going to get you in the mood. Are you charting your temps and/or checking your CM as Samantha suggested? Also (forgive me if you already know this, am new to this thread) if you ovulated on Wednesday then Thursday would probably be the last time to bd as the egg only really lasts approx 24 hours. You really want to have sex in the days leading up to ovulation. Perhaps your migraine is your body's way of saying 'ok time to stop and give this egg a chance'.

But what do I know, I haven't got a clue when I've ovulated in my own cycle! Would like to chart my temps but co-sleeping with DS means when he's up I have to get up straightaway.

digital Its 3/5 that I have had a migraine at that point. I havent been charting or anything (yet!) but am having a 21 day blood test this time so at least I'll see if I ov this time! The month I had a chem prg I had a migraine at that point too.

The migraine affects still seem to be lasting though if anyone has any suggestions. I have the aura and some vertigo -type dizziness. No pain or anything like that just every so often I have to sit still whilst my body & head realign. DH keeps telling me just to take the pils but since they are just painkillers I dont think they are what I need.
