Monstrous How many DPO are you?

Hard to say, I'm not entirely sure when I ovulated this month, which is why I don't honestly think I'm pregnant! But I think it was around last week Thursday/Friday so 9 days maybe?

what IS it about POAS that makes normally well adjusted intelligent women go all weak and jelly-resolved?

yes, I caved and tested this morning.... as still no sign of witch, and the only time I can ever remember a period being late was the 2 occasions I've been pregnant. It was a BFN of course. I guess MC messes you up for longer than I thought .

Hope any other testing going on this morning is MUCH more positive. Good luck

Argh think the witch has got me this month. Would usually use the word period but as its Halloween!

I don't know why but every month I am not pregnant I get really upset. Worse this month though. Woke poor DH up in the middle of the night to cry to him. He thinks that the first 5 months didn't count as we were using too much lube. He said last time he didn't use as much and thought as it was non spermicidal it would be fine. Not sure if that is the problem or if there is something else.

Sorry to warble on but having a c r a p time of it at the moment. Not sure if I should go to the doctors to see what they say as I have gone all mental.

No problem with the ranting Scarylou, thats what we are all here for!!! I don't know about lube, we stopped using it just in case it was causing a problem, but that was months ago and still no BFP, so make of that what you will Don't worry about going mental either, I can't speak for everyone on here, but I always have a complete wet and soggy breakdown whenever period arrives.

Morning all

Just updating as AF got me last week Don't worry ScaryLou, I had an utter breakdown on Thurs when AF arrived and I still haven't quite recovered. I thought we were on cycle 16 but actually when I checked back it was Cycle 18 which just depressed me even more. I'm waiting for a letter from the doc referring me to the Fertility Clinic, I hope it will turn up this week.

Muser when can you POAS?! Sounds promising.

Polly assuming I do have a 28 day cycle (I've never really paid attention to length before!) then I could do one of my Clear Blues 4 days before, which would be Thursday? But I might wait until the following week if AF doesn't get me as I keep POAS and getting BFNs because I'm so impatient!

Currently on day 10 and can't wait to see signs of fertility as this is really my first month on the case. On the other hand, I'm telling myself that if it doesn't happen this month or next it will be better for the school dates. DS is pretty much oldest in class with an early Oct BD and that works well for him.

So am determined to stop being all stressed about it as I have been and think positive!
