Hello guess I'm back on board after a wee while off the ttc board, stress levels ok again!
Am on cd 27 today, still on the 2ww...
due on day 31, am not testing this month as I have no signs of ovulation and the bding has been minor and stress free, not ruled by date watching etc.
Congrats Rachel!!!!!!!!!!!1
Who else is due to test then?
Munz so sorry to hear about you honey

munz · 08/06/2005 13:32

george32 · 08/06/2005 13:51

Congratualtions on your BFP Rachel.

Rom, I'm so sorry. I'm so willing you on each month. Have you thought any more about any other options or spoken to your GP about things yet?
{{{{{{{{{{{{{{hugs}}}}}}}}}}}}}} and G&B chocolate heading your way. xxx

piffle · 08/06/2005 14:00

Rom sorry about AF arriving, take the chocolate and here we round the mulberry bush again next month...
Munz I normally get pretty typical ovulation pain, cd 15/16 and had none this month, but then had one nights bad pain a few days ago cd22 but at 5am it woke me up and I nearly passed out with pain until took painkiller.
this happened before I had ectopic too, so if af is late I will panic before being happy, same would go for + too...

Harrizeb · 08/06/2005 14:45

Oh Rom, I'm sorry {{{{hugs}}}}}

Lottielou · 08/06/2005 15:24

Hi All!
How are you all? Have been staying on TTC after a M/C Let the fun begin thread but am perhaps ready to be lurking over here too now.
Rom - How are you, where are you at with things now? Haven't had time to read through so was wondering can you fill me in? Where's Bella, is she still on here? Have you heard from Nemo and George, how are they?
Hi to everyone else! x

romilly · 08/06/2005 15:25

thanks rachel, spacecadet (am thrilled for you both, just wish i could be joining you)

thanks also to munz (yes i will have some of that choc please, also going to have an enormous glass of wine as soon as i get home) and harrizeb, and piffle.

george - special thanks to you too, i know you are looking out for wendy, bella and i and we do appreciate it. i must admit i am gutted - again. i suppose i will give it 6 months and then start looking into things, so that means one more cycle. i will go and see my gp though to get things in motion.

BlueberryPie · 08/06/2005 15:32

Rachel, that's wonderful news, I'm so happy for you!!!!!!!!!!

Romilly, sorry to hear about AF There's always next month, although I know that's not much comfort at the moment... Since chocolate seems to be the cure of choice here on MN I can only recommend the Chocolate Club - I'm a member and receive a lovely box every month which usually comes in very handy Big hugs to all of you who didn't get the news you wanted this month.

Also wanted to say that although I've only been ttc:ing for five days, DH and I have wanted to start a family for almost three years now. Circumstances have gotten in the way, sadly. The last one was spending six months waiting for test results to see if I might be a carrier for a v. nasty genetic disease. Luckily, I just found out I'm not - so I burned the condoms and here we are now!! (Came off the pill last year when I thought we'd be able to start ttc:ing, before the disease scare...)

Probably more than you wanted to know, but just wanted to make it clear that I didn't just wake up one morning and think "I know, I want a baby"

Pie xxxx

romilly · 08/06/2005 15:32

hi lottielou - a lot to fill in but nice to have you back. briefly, george and nemo are doing great and have had scans and heard healthy heartbeats so we are thrilled for them. bella is sadly finding it tough going so is having a little time-out from MN (but we hope she is quietly getting pg ) and as for me, same old - same old - just starting my sixth cycle after m/c. very disheartened today i'm afraid.

hope your stay is a briefer one than mine

Lottielou · 08/06/2005 15:33

Have just read down the thread a little. Oh rom, sorry to hear that! Huge Hugs to you hun x Go get that choccie n glass of wine as soon as you get home!

romilly · 08/06/2005 15:36

pie - that is wonderful news about you not being a carrier of the genetic disease. what a weight off your shoulders. all the best with ttc.

hmmm, choc. club sounds dangerous

Lottielou · 08/06/2005 15:37

Thanks for the fill in, poor Bella! How long has she been giving MN a break for! I bet she is getting PG as we speak! Oh sending huge huge hugs to Bella! I know how she feels,(as we all do) it does all get a bit much sometimes doesn't it.
I am hoping my stay will be a short one but have a feeling i will be here for a while.

munz · 08/06/2005 15:41

choc club - did my ears read choc club? I'm in where there's choc about!

Lottielou · 08/06/2005 15:46

Count me in for that choc club too!

BlueberryPie · 08/06/2005 15:51

I'll try to link to it:
chocolate club

You can choose to get one box a month, or every two months or whatever. It's not cheap but worth it in my opinion (as I only have myself to spend on) because two or three chocolates at a time tend to be enough - they're quite rich. They also do all sorts of yummy things like chocolate covered rum raisins mmmmmmmmmm

munz · 08/06/2005 15:57

oohhh hmmm, ooh talking of choc have any of u tried pembertons chocolate? hmmm it's yummy - can u believe it theres a choc factory about 8 miles from where I live and i'm resisting the urge to go there every week - u get free smaples there!

charleepeters · 08/06/2005 16:02

oh god theres been a chocolate club all this time and no one tols me!

Rom - im so sorry! you really deserve a beanie, life is harsh, dont give up hope im sure ti will happen. good things happen to good people.

milosmum - glad to here your feeling positive

munz - how you holding up today?

well same old same old for me due to ov anyday soon so bding when ever possible, still savaging dh poor bloke!

hugs to all xx

Hello to everyone,

More good news - Big congratulations to you Rachel. Take care

Rom - I am so, so sorry for you. Life can seem so unfair at times but as someone has already said good things come to those who wait. We will get there in the end.....I guess the waiting is just alot longer for us. Look after yourself and have a large glass of wine and some chocolate, and then pick yourself up and get going again. I am hoping and praying that this will be your month. Thinking of you.((((((Hugs))))))

Munz - good to see you feeling a bit better. I know there will be up and down times ahead but they will get better and there will be more ups than downs.

Same goes for you Milosmum.

Anyone heard anything from Cadmum. I did CAT here but have nor heard anything back. Possibly she did not receive it as if I can remember properly she had some difficulty receiving CAT's in the past

Like the sound of this chocolate club although I don't think I should indulge too much in chocolate - all this lying around and eating out of boredom is not going to do my waist line or for that matter the girth of my hips any good

All the best to everyone and I will check in again tomorrow.

RachelRog · 08/06/2005 17:50

Well...went to see midwife and although she couldn't book me she has arranged a viability scan in 4 weeks time......offered to do it in 3 weeks but I have a big exam so could do without bad news before that.

Trying to stay positive....hope all goes well this time....always that little monster lurking over my shoulder whispering bad things.

ChaCha · 08/06/2005 17:51

Sorry to gratecrash! I wanted to see how Munz is doing? Don't know how else to contact you Munz but i do hope that you're okay

Hulababy · 08/06/2005 22:16

Gosh, 2 days off and so much to catch up on. Here goes?

Dana/Slink/LottieG/Lunarsea/Kaysha/BlueberryPie ? welcome to the TTC thread; good luck.

RachelRog ? Congratulations!!!!!! Excellent news, well done.

Frizbe ? cheers; putting apartment back on market on Friday so fingers crossed

Hi ? Harrizeb, charleepeters, handbag, slink, flamesparrow, george, worriedbev, lottielou?and to everyone else I have missed off (sorry)

Munz ? glad work went okay; take care. Don?t expect too much from yourself right now. Can you ask DH to back off a bit on that front? Give yourself time.

Milosmum ? hope you are keeping well; have a fab holiday

Rom ? sorry about AF I am willing you on for this month!

Wendy ? keep resting

Piffle ? welcome back

Not much to say for me right now. CM is confusing me right now, especially int he evenings when it goes a bit EWCM type. But it can't be as too early - and it isn't like that during the day I don't think. Odd.

Just realised that my AF will be due mid holiday. At least I won't be thinking about it loads before hand, but a bit of a pain it being there.

Frizbe · 08/06/2005 23:35

Hi all

RachelRog {grin] that's great! fab news, come one girls, whose next? you know they come in threes!

Munz, firstly 8 stn? you've gotta be jokeing, last time I was 8 stn was, oooh, farrr to many years ago! but you've followed that up with chocolate club, so I'll forgive you! you'll never be 8stn on a choc diet

Dana, hi nice to meet you, welcome back to lottielou.

Rom I shall keep willing you onwards and upwards, you obviously have an March/April beanie awaiting you! in the meantime have some more of my virtual choc, and a virtual glass of wine!
