hereshoping · 27/06/2005 22:13

great it does!
cadmum im still here and really touched fro your concern! I have been having a rough time - i hda a big bleed at 8 weeks, another at 11 weeks but amazingly am now 13 weeks and due 31 dec! Couldnt cope with going through another mc on mumsnet so had to cope with this by myself.Ive been amazingly well looked after by my epu and scanned virtually every week but they were ultracautious with me till Frid when they told me the blled was way smaller and everything looked OK. was told to rest rest rest, had to give up all exercise, missed quite a lot of work and no sex to dhs disgust! however on frid was told could start living again
still anxious but feel much calmer. have lurked on mumsnet but couldnt post. hi to all on Dec thread who know me - may get over to you soon
hope all is well with you cadmum - would love to hear yuor news

Cadmum · 28/06/2005 02:24

Hereshoping: Thank you so much for your reply...I am crying like a baby! I am SO happy for you!!! I was really worried about you but I fully understand your need for privacy. I just could not imagine what you must be going through (without the support of us crazies?!?!). Can't even be coherent here. This week-end was so awful for my entire family. (DH even hopped on the bus for a 9 1/2 hour overnight journey from NY city because he was convinced that I had lost the plot and he coudn't book a flight that would get him here sooner.) Your news has restored my faith and made me feel happier again.

Sorry everyone else, I haven't even read the rest of this thread but I will be back shortly once my little people are all tucked up in their beds...

charleepeters · 28/06/2005 07:56

Morning ladies - still nothing exciting going on for me im afraid still waiting CD 13 so its the horrible waitng game.

Hereshopping that's great news wishing you all the best x

munz · 28/06/2005 08:55

i've emailed rom so am now waiting to hear back, MM - I don't think the choccy bribes will work this time! lol.

It's oddd isn't it the two of us asctually wishing AF here after last time! lol. still good news from my camp DH isn't going away (well only for 24 hours) which doesn't matter, least it's better than 10 days so it's not as essential AF's not on time now!

wend - the dip was on sunday went from between 36.8/36.9 post OV right down to 36.4 it's now back upto 36.8 and was yesterday so that's odd, I was only half hour over the set time frame in testing as well so not that long. it would have been CD23 out of a normal (hopefully for this month CD27/28) but after last month who know's when things will turn up have been feeling mega PMT thou yesterday and slightly this morning so the witch is on her way!

off to find rom and harrass her!

charlee - surry ooh that's a pooosh place to live! lol, DH is wanting to move to wiltshire in february which will be fun! hopefully i'll have a new baby for my new house!

munz · 28/06/2005 08:56

HH - wow glad things are OK for you, u just rest up still thou and take things easy.

wend - can u have juice in the water to help it along? and u MRS!!!!!! do as the Dr tells u, or there'll be no choc for u either! lol, just u take care of u and the beanie!

Harrizeb · 28/06/2005 09:24

Hi everyone, specially Cadmum - welcome back glad you found us. I hope you have recovered from your very scarey time at the weekend and I'm glad DS is fine.

angedemarche - many congratulations (although I'm sure you've moved over to the due in... thread by now) glad it was such a short stay for you.

Rom hope your ok - like Munz I have G & B if you need tempting

Hereshoping - that is such excellent news I am sooooo pleased for you.

Hello to everyone else too well we have lovely sunshine today which is nice and I am at home to enjoy it which is even better. Unfortunately because DS is poorly.

We are on CD 12 and I feel quite sad as I am actually avoiding DH at the moment - not difficult as he is in bristol this week - a 2 hr drive and he is commuting. So we have been up at 5.30 the last couple of days and are completely knackered by 9.30pm and ready for sleep.

Hope everyone else is ok and getting plenty of BDing in. So who's next for testing? fingers crossed for you and

(sory ttc ladies for gate crashing, big hugs to wendy, rom (thinking of you girl, hope youre okay!), cadmum, munz etc!)

munz · 28/06/2005 13:18

right then girlies, I've just been sent this joke - he he he BLONDE'S RULE!!!!!!! YAY (scuse the swear word at the bottom buit u have to leave it in really!)

A guy gets on a plane and finds himself seated next to a cute blonde. He immediately turns to her and makes his move. "You know," he says, "I've heard that flights will go quicker if you strike up a conversation with your fellow passenger. So let's talk."

The blonde, who had just opened her book, closes it slowly and says to the guy, "What would you like to discuss?"

"Oh, I don't know," says the guy. "How about nuclear power?"

"OK," says the blonde. "That could be an interesting topic. But let me ask you a question first. A horse, a cow, and a deer all eat the same stuff, grass. Yet the deer excretes little pellets, the cow turns out a flat patty and the horse produces muffins of dried poop. Why do you suppose that is?"

The guy is dumbfounded. Finally he replies, "I haven't the slightest idea."

"So tell me," says the blonde, "How is it that you feel qualified to discuss nuclear power when you don't know shit?"

(did that tempt u out Rom?)

Cadmum · 28/06/2005 15:10

Thanks for the joke Munz!

Romilly? Hello? Are you out there lost in cyberspace?!?! I hope that everything is alright... We miss you.

OP posts:
romilly · 28/06/2005 20:32

hi girls - firstly a big apology for going AWOL - havent really been on form the last couple of days. started off on sat. a/noon with vet visit, had to have my cat (who has been with me for 15 years) put-down - which was horrible . she had a stomach tumour. then i followed that unpleasant experience with a pg. test because i thought what the hell, i cant feel any worse today - and guess what - BFbloodysoddingN (scuse my language). well i had caved in far far too early, 8 dpo fgs!! - so i am telling myself what you will all tell me. now i'm on 11 dpo and have got v. painful stomach cramps. unusually painful. then when i tried to catch up with you guys the computer crashed. so i've really missed you all and thanks for missing me

cadmum - i am so glad to hear that DS2 is alright, shockingly frightening story - i was about to give my godson some marbles but have just changed my mind! glad he is being more careful now!

munzie - loved the joke, loved the chocolate-waving in the air for me and thks for e-mail hon. which dpo was your temp dip on? sounds like classic imlantation dip.

harrizeb - thks also for G&B sorry you can't bd this month - frustrating.

hereshoping - absolutely wonderful news from you honey hope you can relax and enjoy next few months more.

wendy - keep drinking that water! that sounds painful. are you still taking it pretty easy otherwise. really feel for you on all the worrying, glad you can share some of it with us. i am hoping and praying i can come and worry with you soon

george/dqueen and nemo - i am going to have to sneak over to check out this tummy toilet paper measuring lark! so obviously these ante-natal threads are just as barking mad as the ttc ones, lol

welcome to eldestgirl - by the way you are not the eldest girl cause i am! i am the granny of the thread and charleepeters and munz are the babies!

charlee - LOL at jade goody - and sorry d/p is being annoying. dont let that get in the way of your OV'ing if you can help it

frizbe - how are you getting on? feeling ok?

debbsy - hope you are feeling refreshed and revitalized after your hols and ready for action

milosmum - thanks for missing me! whats new with you?

anyone i've missed? sorry, but this has been a bit of a marathon posting for me.

love to all x p.s. bella if you are out there honey, i havent forgotten you, am praying this is your month too.
