oooh frizbe sounds promising roll on next week.

wendy11 · 16/06/2005 14:39

Thanks everyone. Think I just needed to get that off my chest as I feel much better now. Frizbe the waiting is definitley the hardest part of it all. I have said it before and I will say it again......Oh how I wish our tummies were fitted with a cat flap that we could open up take a look and know within days instead of this 2 weeks of torture

munz · 16/06/2005 14:45

off now for the MRI scan, will let u all know tomorrow how it goes (if they give mme the results straight away) - hopefully they will do!

spacecadet · 16/06/2005 15:14

romilly · 16/06/2005 16:02

George - thanks so much for thinking about us. How are you doing? Hope everthing is going according to plan.

Munz - Hope all has gone well for you with your scan.

Debbsy - I think any appointment tends to leave us feeling a bit over emotional about the whole thing but at least now the ball is rolling hopefully you will get some tests and results very soon

romilly · 16/06/2005 23:24

aww thanks debbsy, george - always great to see you george! and wendy, thankyou. dont know where i'd be without you guys. george - i keep taking a sneaky peak at your thread to see how you and dqueen and nemo are doing.

On 2WW; AF due mid holiday. Hate the wait.

Sparkly - are you feeling any better?

Sounds like you got some good news then Dennsey.

Glad your appointment wasn't too bad Munz. at hospital though

Hang on in there Wendy. Thinking of you.

Debbsy · 17/06/2005 10:04

Frizbe · 17/06/2005 10:31

Hi all

Hula have a good hols

Debsey sorry for your friend, the best thing I think you can do is just be there for her, better to call it off than go thru and regret it.

Munz hope your results ok?

Wendy fingers x'd for you for Sunday, so want this to be your month

Hope you all have a good weekend, I shan't be on for a few days, but will be back and ready to test early next week! argh!

Hulababy · 17/06/2005 10:32

No, not Manchester. Flying from Leeds/Bradford - never used there before but quite small, so should be fast through. Flying home to the new Doncaster airport, which is quite exciting. thiat is the town me and Dh grew up in, and the planes fly right over the prison I work in - really low too.

Debbsy · 17/06/2005 10:33

hi frizbe i am but its this weekend we are going out tomorrow nite and sun day and nite we are staying up in manchester just trying to keep her occupied really but i know it must b v v difficult for her.

Debbsy · 17/06/2005 10:34

good luck frizbe see ya next week good weekend

HandbagAddiction · 17/06/2005 13:56

Afternoon all! Looks like everyone is going to be making the most of their weekends! Let's hope the weather delivers what is promised! Feel a bit odd today.....but convinced this is pre-AF and a result of only 3 hours sleep last night as dd very unusually decided she wanted to be awake between 1 and 4am and DH was in Manchester for the night...so I had to handle the whole thing! GGRRrrrrr! Now on CD22 and just hanging around...you know the story!

Hulababy - hope you have a great time on your hols. We're off to Southern Brittany next Friday for a week - we've rented a cottage 100m from the beach with access to a local campsite pool. Going with another couple who we know very well and have holidayed with many times pre and post children. Their dd is now 2 - so it should be loads of fun.

Frizbe - all sounding a bit hopeful for you this month! Will be avidly checking next week to catch up with any test results!

Debbsy - so sorry to hear about your friend - that must be an awful situation to have to deal with. Hope she's OK.

Romilly - happy bd-ing honey!! Get to it girl!!!!

Spacecadet - Hope you're OK and things at home are working themselves out.

Wendy11 - agree wholeheartedly, the waiting is agony. Hang in there - you'll be albe to test very soon.

Munz - how do hospitals get away with having that kind of attitude, especially when the whole topic is so sensitive to those affected. Makes me really for all the people they see fit to treat like that. Hope you are OK though.

Sparkly - how's the sickness?

Piffle - what's your news??????

Hello also to Dana, Starryeyed, Charleepeters, Milosmum - where are you by the way??, Harriezb and everyone else....

Hope you all have great weekends!

munz · 17/06/2005 17:02

Hi ladies,
sorry I haven't been on for what feels like ages. Wendy fingers crossed for you, and lots of baby dust. Charlee - great news get looking for your dream house. Handbag - Hi how are you nice to hear from you, it's been a little while. Sorry you've had a rough night. It's not nice when you have to deal with getting up lots in the night all on your own.

Munz I'm sorry that the hospital were crappy -

Debbsy I hope this weekend isn't as hard as you think it will be. At least she has you to help her deal with a really really difficult situation.

Frizbe sounds promising, so fingers crossed for you too.

Take care ladies, have a good evening.

wendy11 · 18/06/2005 18:14

Hello everyone

I had another really bad night last night. Woke about 2 in the morning and of course in the dark and when everyone else is sound asleep the doubts creep in, not helped by the fact that I had really bad tummy cramps. Cramps have almost gone and I felt a bit nauseous this morning but I think alot of that was due to lack of sleep, the medication I ma taking and nerves. Tomorrow is test day and I am absolutley petrified. I think I would prefer to remain in ignorant bliss but we have to do it for the hospital. Keep thinking about me girls and thanks for all the support I have received here during my treatment. Will be in touch soon.

munz · 18/06/2005 20:19

wend - fingers crossed, and test early so we know!!!
