Ho was everyones weekend, I simply cannot get on here as much these days. Between dh and ds working and playing on it, add to that gross rubbish slowest ever dial up connection and a suddenly very demanding 2.5 yr old dd..
Phew.
Anyway day 32 last two cycles have been 29 and 30 days so did a first response, got a faint line, so did another as you do, it was neg...
so am cautiously optimistic that I didn;t imagine it...
Have been absolutely shattered this last week, dh even bought me vitamins I've been that bad...
so maybe just maybe...
fingers crossed

romilly · 13/06/2005 12:13

fingers crossed for you piffle - ooh exciting hope you are!

hula - PMSL at your red wine klutz. sometimes the keyboard just needs drying out - you never know! i had a similar episode with a cappucino once but the keyboard came back to life

bellalasagne - sorry about AF, its so awful when you are two days late and have got your hopes up.

harrizeb - sorry too sounds like difficult timing for you. hope that doesnt mean we will not be seeing you on here.

charleepeters · 13/06/2005 12:16

Fingers crossed Piffle! xxxxx

Well im not holding out alot of hope my temp went up for ov and stayed up so i thought yeah!
but now its plummeted right down again, butim not feeling that well and have had hardly any sleep, oh bol**ocks to it i dont know, im tired, emotional, and i feel poorly.

Keysha · 13/06/2005 12:27

Piffle fingers crossed for you XXXXXXXX...

Dana · 13/06/2005 12:30

Wow, this thread moves fast. Have been off-line for 4 days, and so much catching up to do.

Ooooh Piffle, sounds promising - are you going to do another test or wait a bit?

Hulababy Hope you get a new keyboard soon and nice clean walls.

Harrizeb, sorry to hear that your husband will be working away. For 6 months of last year DH was only home at weekends - sometimes 2-3 weeks between. It's tough with a toddler, isn't it. Happy birthday to your DS this week btw.

On CD9, but have no idea how long my cycle will be as first month off the pill. Agreed with DH that we wouldn't plot and plan but just take it as it comes, but I can't help thinking about it all the time.

DH, bless him, have no idea about cycles, ovulation etc. so every time we BD, he goes "Ooh, maybe we just made a baby". And because I am not meant to be planning, I can't say that "actually, according to this ovulation calculator (which I am not supposed to be looking at ), I am not ovulating until such and such a date".....

Hello to everybody, hope you all have a good week and hope to see some BFP's soon!!

munz · 13/06/2005 12:33

charleepeters · 13/06/2005 13:51

ive just noticed a few really small spots of blood - does this mean af has come 2 weeks early??? if not what can it mean

OP posts:
HandbagAddiction · 13/06/2005 14:03

Don't get too excited but it could be an implantation bleed.

charleepeters · 13/06/2005 14:07

thanks for being positive handbag but i can see how it can be im only ment to be 6DPO according to fertility friend

OP posts:
QueenFlounce · 13/06/2005 14:08

Charleepeters - >sneaks into thread< Sounds like implantation to me too....Good luck! >dashes off again

HandbagAddiction · 13/06/2005 14:09

Yeah - but doesn't implantation 'normally' occur between DPO 7 and 10 and in whcih case, you'd only be a day early and FF could be wrong by a day?!

charleepeters · 13/06/2005 14:09

you sneaky beast queen flounce! i did have exactly the same thing with ds but im NOT getting me hopes up!

OP posts:
charleepeters · 13/06/2005 14:15

i googled 'implantation bleed' and can apparently occur between 6 - 10 DPO so you never know i had really bad cramps last night i thought af was gonna come on but it didnt just two tiny spota of bright red blood in EWCM (sorry TMI!)

OP posts:
romilly · 13/06/2005 14:16

Debbsy · 13/06/2005 14:18

fingers crossed charlie

Frizbe · 13/06/2005 15:17

Ooooh Piffle and possibly Charlee as well, good luck girls!

Hula, sorry didn't mean to leave you hanging last night, dh insisted I get myself to bed!!
Sugar soap is the stuff you clean paintwork with before you re paint it, hope you've found it and its worked!

Big hello to eveyone else, I might have to add up eveyone on here if I get a sec later on, we must be on about 20 people now surely!

Worriedbev · 13/06/2005 15:45

Good afternoon everyone. Sorry I havent been on today before now, I just want to thank you all for thinking of me, I feel a bit better today and dd was excited but only mentioned it once when she got home, I expect she will get more excited as the time goes on.

I dont think I have ovulated this month yet as no high fertility on monitor and no high temp, normally ovulated on cd10 or cd11 but now on cd17 and nothing, very confused.

BL - sorry about af arriving. Hope it goes soon as you can get on with bedding again.
love Bevx

Harrizeb · 13/06/2005 16:25

Hi ladies,

I'm at work so can get on here at a more reasonable hour . Thank you for your thoughts.

Hula you've had me giggling today with your sticky keys. Turn it upside down over the radiator to dry it out and then try again - although for our entertainment value - don't! hope you've got it sorted soon it's so frustrating for you, and hope the walls are less tie dye as well.

Charlee fingers crossed for you, and that you feel less poo soon.

Romilly you are so kind with your chocolate sharing - I have G&B butterscotch if you'd like some I will still be round, thanks for asking we're just going to not try quite so hard - (having checked my diary we managed 6 times in 8 days no wonder DH has been smiling )I feel a bit sad that I'm actually going to be relieved when he's away on ov days.

Dana - wow you have a good memory thank you, we had a great party yesterday for his christening and birthday. So he get's Happy Birthday twice . LOL at you not looking at your Ovulation Calendar how funny - think we are all the same though, once you decide it's what you want, you do all that you can to maximise your chances.

Yes it is going to be hard with DH being away so much, we've talked but I really can't be brutally honest with DH about how nervous I am feeling about it. He really really wants this job and wants to be the best at it, but not at the price of DS and me, so I need to find the right balance of how I talk to him about my concerns so that he can do what he wants to do and we can do what we all want, too.
It's also going to give us a really flexible, transferable job to move to Canada with - so really it's an investment in us although it's going to be hard.

Piffle - fingers crossed when you test again, poor you though sounds like it's a bit of a juggling act for you at the moment. Maybe you need to book some MN time in on the computer it's just as important as games (although I'd be tempted to say more so )

Hello to Frizbe, Handbag, angedemarche, Keysha, Debbsy, Worriedbev, Milosmum, MrsFS, spacecadet - hows it going? sparkly, Bella, and eveyone else

Take care and speak to you soon

H x

romilly · 13/06/2005 16:27

harrizeb - less poo

romilly · 13/06/2005 16:33

yes please to G&B butterscotch mmm mmmm

whereabouts in canada are you going to?

Harrizeb · 13/06/2005 16:37

converted my mum to it yesterday - poor lady she is supposed to be on a diet too.

We are hoping for Toronto. As we're both in IT it's suggested there or Vancouver, and as the West side add's hours to the flight Toronto at least means it's more likely we'll have family come over and visit . Just have the 18mth wait for visa's to be processed to get through.

romilly · 13/06/2005 16:58

my sis has just got her permit for working over there and is off to some ski place near vancouver (banff or whistler).

how exciting. wonder if you can get G&B over there? if not, you will have to come on here for a virtual fix

Harrizeb · 13/06/2005 17:04

How exciting for her, just a little bit , a chap at work is over in Toronto at the moment where we were in October so I am looking forward to getting my fix from his photo's. Don't know about G&B - will have to set up someone here to post me bars of it, umm would then need to ration myself - like that would happen . Virtual choc it will have to be to :-).

How long is your sister planning on going for? just the season or does she want to stay longer?
