DH and I have just had sex .

A little early I know, but DH really wanted it - that and the fact that he wants to stuff his face with pizza and will be too tired and full later. He tells me he is a very considerate lover, he warmed the bed (I should point out that he washed the bedding and put clean on), started himself off whilst I was getting a bath so to quicken the whole process and then we had sex on his side of the bed so that I didn't have to lie in the wet patch tonight .

Unfortunately, due to his making me laugh (I forgot how funny he used to be) I had the hiccups the whole way through. Funnily enough though, 4 minutes later after he had finished, they had gone.

And then he told me a joke...and it all dribbled out .

In case your wondering.

What's brown and sticky. A stick.

Anyway.

ladyemmalou83 now I feel bad, you didn't have to change your name. I like it though .

Ladyemmalou83 · 04/09/2009 20:37

Hey dont feel bad, I'm an Emmalouise and proud of it.

Love the sex story. I wish my DH was considerate enough to do the deed on his side. Its always the middle or myside. Cant beleive u dribbled!!!! PMSL!!!! U need to get a cork.

My mood has good dramatically better today, havent so far bitten anyones head of at work. only 1hr and 22 mins till I finish....whoop whoop...home to Apple pie!!!!

mampam · 04/09/2009 20:40

MrsRigby I'm nearly falling off the sofa here for laughing!! oh and for getting it at this time of the evening!!

DH is in a really shit mood and wants to go to the pub (I know it's bad cos DH very rarely ever wants to go to the pub!). He's up in the bath now but I'm kind of thinking that we haven't had sex for ages so I may have to seduce him into staying here for a bit of nooky instead of going to the pub!

Any suggestions ladies as to how? Don't be shy!!!

bluesnowfalcon · 04/09/2009 20:42

Mrs R lol you made me giggle to myself and it's been a really long couple of days! Hope it didn't all dribble out for you and I agree that he seems very considerate to leave the damp patch on his side

MrsRigby · 04/09/2009 21:06

ladyemmalou83 I'm a Tracey-Anne .

mampam tell him you'll give him 3 blowjobs for every time he has sex with you, that always works for me . Another really good ploy is to take off all your clothes and just sit there naked and let him find you when he comes downstairs. You could take that last step a bit further and start to masturbate infront of him. DH say's you should go join him in the bath.

mampam · 04/09/2009 21:27

MrsR not sure I can be bothered with 3 blowjobs!! Don't think he'll notice me now even if I was sat here naked cos he's watching a documentary about Blackadder.

I've even offered to watch some porn with him!!! What more could he want?? Thought that would definitely clinch the deal but NO he's watching Blackadder!

If he doesn't give in soon I may have to go upstairs for a DIY jobby, not gonna get me up the duff though is it??!!!!!

Meanbeansmum · 04/09/2009 21:29

Mrs Rigby! Oooo er missus lol! One solution for the dribbling that we used this month....mooncup ;)

Firerise · 04/09/2009 21:33

Tested this morning and BFN. Stinking mood all day and just want this cycle to be over with now so we can start again but now DH has just got back from the pub several hours late as we were meant to spend a rare evening together and has then asked me what the matter is. Not his finest moment. .

Thanks for making me laugh mrsR!!! Also the idea of a cork to eliminate dribbling isn't such a bad idea!!

DH now has hiccups but no intention of curing those in the next four minutes or anytime soon!

Pah....sorry, need to snap out of bad mood.

Good luck with your seduction mampam hope you get your wicked way

bluesnowfalcon that glass of wine sounds like a good plan I think I shall join you in one!

Firerise · 04/09/2009 21:37

PS - happy birthday for yesterday bluesnowfalcon

mampam · 04/09/2009 21:53

Firerise I've kind of gone off the idea now. The moment has passed!!

If DH and I don't get our arses into gear soon there will defifinitely be no BFP for us!! We haven't done it for weeks!!

MrsRigby · 04/09/2009 22:01

firerise tell your DH to take a mouthfull of water, put his fingers in his ears and pull down whilst swallowing the water. It sounds stupid, but it does actually work.

meanbeansmum not a bad idea, just taken a look at the website.

Does anyone else find that sperm dribbles out of them following sex ? I'm wondering if there's something wrong with me down there.

MrsRigby · 04/09/2009 22:04

Don't worry mampam I'm on the June thread and will be progressing onto the July, August, September, October, November, December ...

mampam · 04/09/2009 22:04

MrsR it always dribbles out of me so I try and lay still for as long as I can afterwards!

mampam · 04/09/2009 22:05

MrsR think I'll see you there!!!

Ladyemmalou83 · 04/09/2009 22:49

MrsR it always does with me too. I just shove a cushion under my bum and hope for the best. Eveywoo told me over drinks the other night, not to pee straight after to, as it gets rid of most of it. Am I the only one who didnt know that?

Well home from work now, DH eat all the apple pie, but still feeling remarkably better than this morning, not 100%, but still better. Hoping AF or BFP appears soon, would like body to stop the mind **ing.... no symptoms of either today, few mild cramps, but nothing like normal... Silly body

HarryJoesMummy · 04/09/2009 23:20

Hi all - just checking in and catching up with you all.

mrsr the dribbling sounds pretty normal to me

Not much to report here - in the middle of the 2WW, AF due next Wednesday so just under a week to go. After tiny amount of bleeding last week had a lot more blood today but only on one occasion -other than that nothing. No idea what is going on - far too early for AF but can't believe it can be implantation given that I ov'd on CD12/13. Will just have to wait and see... patience is a virtue and all that...I just hate not being able to trust my own body. If I don't know what's going on, how will I know when I am pg???

Firerise · 05/09/2009 09:10

Morning all,

looks like I have to hop off this bus at the next stop as I have started the Crimson tide this morning. After the BFN yesterday I'm just v thankful it's on time so we can start again soon! Have bought a bumper pack of opk's for this cycle so maybe will have more luck!

Good luck to all of you and hope to see lots of BFP's v soon!

I'm off to hop on the June bus now, hopefully they are as lovely as you lot!!!!

X

mummydemma · 05/09/2009 10:00

Morning everyone!

I don't know why I allow myself a day away from this bus, because when I come back, there are so many posts to catch up on! I think it's great that it's such a friendly and supportive bus.

Looks like I did the right thing avoiding "Grumpy Thursday" though!!!

for all those who got their AF this much. Good luck to you for your ride on the June bus.

So, who is testing this weekend then? There are a lot of high CD numbers on the list. BFP anyone?

Right, I'm off for more coffee and the last chocolate brownie for my 10 o'clocksies! I'm only thinking of the DCs you understand....1 chocolate brownie and 2 DCs = lots of tears....so being the thoughtful mummy that I am I'm saving them the stress!

Ladyemmalou83 · 05/09/2009 18:46

Mummydemma that is highly thoughful, you wouldnt want any squabbles between ur DC , enjoy the brownie.

I think Im gonna stop at Tesco's on way home and just indulge one more time in the old POAS, if it comes back BFN then I'm gonna admit defeat on this cycle. And just incase it does come back with the wrong result, maybe a bottle of wine and a chocolate bar for emotional support. Ohhhhh and I had better buy a pregnancy magazine too, never know might need it, (or is that too much?)

Think I might have built my hopes up today, have major headache, and yet again no cramps!!! Whoop whoop lets hear it for the lack of cramps. Of course when faced with BFN later, I shall no doubt curse the lack of cramps......

Loujalou · 05/09/2009 19:39

Am 11 dpo and I have had spotting. Next stage period Am feeling down in the dumps about it as thought I might have had a chance this month. Had sex 4 times in fertile period but doesn't look like it.

Also have had a stitch all day which is a bit weird. But obviously not a sign. Looks like the June bus has a new member.

Its only month 4 but still last time was month 3. I know I know it will happen but each month gets harder. This is the only stress I have in my life at the moment. Got to keep going but feel like I can't. Darn hormones.

MrsRigby · 05/09/2009 21:33

Not a whole lot to say this evening - CD36 .

I keep thinking of trying those ovulation tests, but they say on the packet that they're not suitable for women with PCOS.

Working my way through yet another box of chocolates whilst feeling sorry for myself .

firerise I'm on the June thread .

loujalou could the spotting be implantation?

WickedWitchSouthWest · 05/09/2009 22:11

oooops I'm still on this bus! Please can a lovely helpful person remove me? I've hopped on the June bus.

ladyemmalou helloooo to a fellow Emma-Louise! I ALWAYS pee straight after - am very prone to uti's and worry that if I don't then I'll get one? I wonder if I can get away with putting cushion under my bum for 20 mins (without hubby sectioning me) and then peeing? Hmm. Always something to obsess over.

loujalou could be implantaion. Also, I'm now on cycle 6 and feeling remarkably chipper and relaxed over it. I guess it gets easier with time, but I don't want to test that theory too far!

Ladyemmalou83 · 05/09/2009 22:50

well another BFN tonight. Woman in Tesco's said their own brand tests are not that good......??? Any thoughts? Maybe she was just trying to sell me CBD. She was swollen with bump, and explained that she never got a BFP on tesco tests....

Had pregnant friend in my office tonight telling me that I wont get pregnant so soon after a chem prge/early mc. My gosh, this is her first child and suddenly she is the expert. Think Im being bitter...

Hello WWSW, not are both in the Southwest, but also have a fab name!!!

Now....where are those cramps hiding and why hasnt the fat lady come to sing?

Loujalou · 06/09/2009 08:18

Well am on day 24 and it looks like period has arrived but not 100% sure. Before I had my DS I was always a 28 day girl. Which was annoying as it always seemed to come at the weekend.

Part of my wants to take a test so I know that I am not pregnant but think its a waste of money.

MrsR No sign of your period?

pigleychez · 06/09/2009 09:38

well im jumping off the bus ladies.

My ride has been a short but enjoyable one so thank you to you all

Im now about to jump on the May antenatal thread after my BFP this morning!
So excited and shocked with it being our first month ttc number 2. DH thinks hes some kind of superstud!

Good luck to everyone and hope you jump off the bus soon.
