jools i wish there was something i could do for you to help relax you, but since im hardly the queen on of relaxation there is nothing i can tell you to do on the plus side one of the ladies here is pregnant 14 weeks and she had a spare clue blue thingy that says the weeks...so i asked her to do it to see what is said ( i told her about you and it reading 1-2 weeks) and guess what hers said 1-2 weeks and she is clearly pregnant, had the scan just the day before! i think you should just pee into the toilet and not on anything else from here on in...deal?

vjay how is the bump? cant wait to see your pics, not long til the scan and we can find out the flavour!

The drive was fine, parked at dh work so i could relax in the cab....left myself an hour for the 10 min trip and then the bloody taxi guy just didnt understand where i needed to be even though dh had drawn a map i was so in the end i screamed at him to let me out, then i panicked and ran down all different streets trying to find the place while dh was sat in the office on google earth trying to direct me...the heat was just draining and knowing i was late didnt help

barbie that sounds awful, poor you, but at least you got the job, I would say have a drink to celebrate, but I think you did that on friday

Congrats on your job. Are they making you work 7 days a week? How can you work so many days? You must get some sort of break?

yes tidy the house...takes your mind of it for a few hours! working 6 days a week the plan is to work my ass off for the next year, save as much as i can and hopefully ill have an excuse next year not too work!

Sounds like a good plan. All that working will distract you from ttc too. I bet as soon as you are relaxed & not thinking about it so much you will get a bfp.

Right got to go & clean out my crummy cupboards now!

hello to everyone and congrats to barbie on getting the job...dont know if ive mentioned before but i lurve MAC! My net connection hasnt been working all weekend so will catch up properly later. Hoping to go and make the most of the sun . In a good mood cos i had a dream about my baby and he/she (it didnt provide that much detail!) was so cute!

Have been to the gym, Sainsburys and garden centre - just lugged a bag of compost in from the car and am now regretting it as my tum is aching, so of course I'm busily trying not to convince myself I've dislodged my ben !!

Have gone back to head in the sand mode though - was really really tired, nauseous and cold last night , but bounced out of bed this morning and had plenty of energy at the gym - was prepared to cut back, but didn't feel I needed to. I haven't felt hungry today either

No nausea today, so I'm just trying to ignore my paranoia as there is nothing to be done at this stage and live life - I couldn't bear to put my life on hold for another failed pregnancy Sorry to be so negative, but I do have a very pessimistic personality !

Right, off to eat free range chicken with rosemary from the garden, roasted leeks (dug up today), potatoes, parsnips, baby carrots etc - YUM (but I have no appetite !!)

Yum Jools, if I hadn't just eaten sausage & bean casserole in red wine & caramelised onion sauce, & home-made rhubarb crumble for afters I'd have been round to yours like a shot!

My (.)(.) are definitely sore today, hopefully not from all the prodding & poking I've been giving them.
