jools well done you for the gym, why not try body balance and yoga, both are fantastic when pregnant and aid toning by stretching and repositioning the muscles in a longer leaner way, this twice a week along with 2 days of cardio is proven to be great throughout pregnancy. And later on the aqua class will be so much more comfortable with bump!
