Good news I got a +ve OPK this morning - We had a lovely night away and were upgraded to a suite - yay! Stumbled Retired to room after dinner and stayed up to 12.30am watching Sex and the City on DVD in our four poster bed - I'm totally cream crackerd today but it was worth it for all the gourmet bd . Of course neeed to continue tonight and tomorrow just to lock it down.

Curly-Im having a scan at 8 weeks, lets hope i get that far. Im 5 weeks today, so just over 3 weeks to wait.

Jools Fingers crossed for you on your 2ww, symptoms sound promising. This time round the only symptoms i had were metallic taste which appeared at 2dpo and hasnt gone away, yuck. Creamy cm, which is now in abundance, sorry if TMI, boobs felt fuller, but didnt hurt at all (they do now though, they are so sore), and pre AF type cramps from about 9dpo. I did the hpt on the Friday,thinking it wasnt going to be positive as my other 4 pregnancies my boobs have hurt bout a week before, i was so shocked to see a BFP, only reason i did it was because going out for big night out for my friends birthday and wanted to know if i was safe to get wrecked tipsy.

Barbie-So glad to see you got a positive on your opk,hoping to see good news from you on here very soon. I will change my name to Anniebigpants when i get a couple of good scans under my belt

Poor GG! Thanks for the welcome. Think you should drink tonight because form what I've read it one night wouldn't do the baby any harm if you are pregnant and the painkilling effect of alcohol will help with your sore bits!

Good plan Neeko!!! Besides if I get pregnant again I'll be looking for every excuse to worry, it just wouldn't be right if I'd been a complete angel I couldn't blame myself for anything! Also if I am pregnant its already holding on tight to have survived me throwing myself down the stairs!!!

No major additional symptoms to report yet - although its been getting a bit windy round here 7DPO today and, looking at my notes from last time, 8DPO was the day I became almost certain I was PG because my boobs went all strange - hot, fizzy nipples

Am in two minds really - would be over the moon but part of me wants to continue on this strict diet and lose another stone - if feel soooooo much better - more confident, fitter, happier, sexier - but really have 2.5 stone to go before I am approaching my "correct" weight for my height, so would have liked to get closer to it. Ah well - at least it means I hopefully shouldn't be too disappointed if AF arrives next Saturday.

Am off to enjoy the sunshine, having done my obligatory 2 hours in the gym, put the washing on, moved the lawn, cleaned out cat litter trays etc ...

Ok Joolsiam I am officially tired jut readng your post! Had a bit of a cleaning binge myself today but my DD is doing her best to undo all my hard work.
Have decided to take my own advice and have put a bottle of wine in the fridge for tonight. This will be my first drink since New Year's day.(unbelievable, I know)
