romilly · 14/05/2005 14:58

charlee - i honestly think you should wait until you have been checked out as you dont want to start bleeding heavily again. i know thats probably not what you want to hear but i'm afraid that is what i would recommend.

hi rom so sorry you feel so down know how just how you feel though really i do.We will get there all of us everything happens for a reason and sometimes its just not the right time its important we all stay positive.Im still bleeding and lots of cramps not moved hardly off settee since yday morn really dont think i still am though as all other symptoms have stopped sore boobs etc etc so feel sad but have to move on now.Charlie i agree with rom you should wait really as you dont want to start to bleed again as bleeding continously as you have makes you week which wouldnt be good for you or beanie if you concieve sorry its not what you want to hear and its only my opinion

Debbsy · 14/05/2005 15:07

wendy11 · 14/05/2005 18:18

Rom - I have been thinking about you today and it is good to see you on here. I know how disappointed I have been with my body for not doing what I want it to but then again I am one of those people who decides they are going to do something and just does it - DH reckons I have absolutley no patience - unfortunately baby making doesn't just happen at the drop of a hat for some of us, but as I keep saying.....we WILL get there.

Debbsy - ((((hugs))) I am so sorry you have to go through this. Keep resting just incase and remember that miracles do happen, but please also be prepared for another outcome.

Trix - thanks for your words of support. It is always good to have a few successful stories to keep your spirits up.

Bella - happy BDing this weekend!!

Charlepeters - good to hear the bleeding has stopped but as others have said I would wait until you have had your tests before making any decisions about trying again.

To everyone else......hope you are having a lovely weekend - whatever you are doing

Spacecadet · 14/05/2005 18:32

, to everyone who has had a bfn, when will af realise shes not wanted? she turns up uninvited all the time..i still have my af at the mo it seems to be dragging out, wendy11 my dd1;s school teacher tried naturally for 20 years to become preg and the tried ivf and fell preg and now has alovely 4 year old dd,hang in there

Tabs · 14/05/2005 18:49

Hello ladies - sorry I haven't been around much the last few days. Had Father in Law's 70th birthday party at ours today, so have spent the last 3 days shopping for, preparing and cooking food. All turned out v well and everyone had a good time, but am worn out now, so thought I'd have a relaxing half hour and catch up with you all.

Wendy - you might also be cheered to know that 2 of today's guests were twins conceived through a first attempt at IVF by a then 40 year old friend.

Debbsy - I'm so sorry that things aren't sounding good for you, and hope that your DH is looking after you well.

Piffle and Rom - sorry to hear that AFs arrived. Doesn't seem fair that Rom didn't get a BFP on her own thread.

Munz - great news about HSG, so full steam ahead!!

Trix - hope you've been having a good weekend after your shock OPK result. What made you test if you thought you'd already ov'd? Sixth sense eh?!

Bella - I'm an old timer in terms of trying too (over 4 years already), but just haven't been sharing it with you guys til now!! Can you count me in the priority orders for spring too please??!??!

Charleepeters - think you've made the right decision not to go for it tonight. Best to find out what's going on first.

As for me, temps rose this morning, so looks like I ov'ed yesterday, as expected. Means my timing was pretty good this month, as we managed Ov day, day before, and 2 days before that. That should earn me another 'high' score from FF. Now I regard 13 as my lucky number, so am hoping that ov on 13th is a good omen! So now it's time to start wishing my life away for the next 2 weeks - will test on Sat 28th if no AF by then.

Hello to everyone else who I've not mentioned , and hope you're all having a good weekend.

Frizbe · 14/05/2005 18:56

Hi all how are your weekends going?

Glad the bleedings stopped charleepeters, but agree with everyones prognosis of waiting for the tests to be completed!

Debs {{BIG HUGS}} from here too matey.

Glad your feeling better today Rom, spring babies here we come

Munz are you doing a link to the new thread? or should I go searching for it?

We'll you'll all be glad to hear that my sister in law's sister has just given birth to a healthy baby girl, unfortunatley a little early at 32 weeks,(hence 5lbs 9oz) but she's doing good, breathing on her own, so they're just keeping mum and babe in hospital for another week, to be on the safe side. So that's a big phew for our extended family, as her waters broke 3 weeks ago! and bubbas managed to hang on this long!

We've taken ss and dd to a farm park today, so I guess I'm bound to be preggers now, as I've been petting the lambs....that'd be just my luck.....

Enjoy your weekends.

Hulababy · 14/05/2005 19:03

So sorry about AFs piffle and ROM; it isn't fair.

Will spend some time later on ctaching up on this thread! I had a great night out last night still feeling a little delicate . Now is my usual OV time - well, next couple of days. But after the EWCM earlier in the week, who knows?????

darlingbud · 14/05/2005 19:30

H all,

not been on here recently as been a bit busy but I have one question. I have recently started ttc for the second time (dd is 2.4 yrs old)
I had normal af after last packet of pills and should have started taking it again on Monday this week. I didn't and I started another af yesterday. I can't remember from last time - is this normal and ususally how long do they last?

darlingbud · 14/05/2005 20:02

anyone?

darlingbud · 14/05/2005 20:37

no-one? ok maybe later

Debbsy · 14/05/2005 20:40

darling bud sometimes after being on the pill your af can be a little bit sporadic to begin with

darlingbud · 14/05/2005 20:42

but that's 2 af's I've had within a week of each other.

Debbsy · 14/05/2005 20:43

when your on the pill you have pill periods what the pill does is fools your body into thinking its pg so when you come off the pill you have a proper af which is good you have had one so soon as sometimes they can go missing for a while and not settle down for a few mths so its good that you have had one so soon.

Debbsy · 14/05/2005 20:45

as it shows your bodys responding to being off the pill quickly.

Hulababy · 14/05/2005 21:02

So sorry Debbsey.

So, where's this new thread Munz? We need a good lucky one again - this one seems fab! Can we have a stats update at start of next one too, as I am getting confused trying to remember where everyone is up to.

(thanks for thinking of me Frizbe - and you too Rom).

Debbsy · 14/05/2005 21:19
