CD sorry that this month isn't your month but get those tights out

MJIM sorry you are feeling a bit crappy but great news about your DS - you must be so proud!

Knax no symptoms is not necessarily a bad thing as it is still early days and I have a friend who has sailed through 2 pg's without any symptoms at all

Belgian glad to hear your sister is remaining strong let's hope that continues.

Hey to everyone else

DS gone to nursery today for a pyjama party for Children in Need - he was so chuffed to be able to wear his Igglepiggle PJ's all day!! Then he is going to his cousin's party at teatime - which by complete coincidence is also a pyjama party so I don't even need to get him changed

Have a good day

Hi all! Flying visit from me just to say we are all doing ok. Zack is a week old already (boohoo, I really want time to slow down!) and is such a good baby - so far! We are all in love with him, even the boys are quite taken with him. There is a new pic of him in my profile.

I will do my best to catch up today and try and respond to everyone. Love & hugs

MrsPuddleduck · 14/11/2008 10:10

Hi all, nothing to report here (as expected) do keep lurking though!

MJIM - I told you your DS was a clever boy and hence the behaviour. My DS1 has been exactly the same and is head and shoulders above the others in his class now he is in reception. Ride out the difficult behaviour and think how smug you are going to be in the playground in a couple of years time

HC - well done on the lack of testing and symptom spotting. Did you ever go to the docs?

H2MJ - hope Zack is behaving himself!

Ceebee - had forgotten for a glorious moment that it was Children in Need day. Can't stand the stupidity on TV

Belgian - hope your sis is OK.

Chubby - sorry about AF. Keep your chin up. August is a really bad month for a baby anyway (educationally speaking).

BSL - good luck with the ttcing! And well done on the soup! Last time I made it - it exploded out of the blender so haven't attempted it since. DH and I are huge soup fans though so I am inspired!

Hi to everyone else!!!!!!

HumphreysCorner · 14/11/2008 14:57

Heartmum-Zack is beautiful, you must be so proud of him and your other boys.

'Fraid to admit I lurve Children In Need on the telly and even record the bit I can't stay awake for.

Off to collet DD1.

ChocolateEclair · 14/11/2008 16:12

Hi everyone

HC - great idea to try and relax a bit this month. We will pretend we don't know it's CD9 then!

MJIM - so glad you had a positive parents evening! Hope your cold has gone soon.

HM2J - glad you and Zack are well. The pic is absolutely gorgeous! Lovely big eyes!

Ceebee - lol at Josh in his pj's all day. We have had a few of them at school today! A few did a sponsered silence - I was wishing that all of them had!

BB - still keeping your sister in my thoughts. Sounds like you are all coping brilliantly xx

Hi to Willmouse - nothing to report is good! A nice happy household presumably!

Sorry to Chubby that this wasn't your month - stay nice and relaxed and see what next month brings.

I have had a nice week. I've started feeling the baby move in the last few days I was starting worry a little as the book says 18-22 weeks and I'm almost 21 and hadn't felt a thing. All very reassured now! I must stop telling people though every time I feel it as I think that could get quite annoying!

CE "must stop telling people though every time I feel it as I think that could get quite annoying"
I'm the same.

Chubby so sorry the witch got you. Bring on next cycle!

MJIM - Hope you feel better soon.

HM2J - Those pics make me m e l t!

Ceebee - pj's all day - sounds like heaven to me!

BB - thinking of you and your SIL. xx

Willmouse - nice to see you!

HC - CD9 already - hang in there!

Waves to all; Juanitad, Dawn, BSL, Knax, Detoxdiva and everyone - hope you have a good w/e.

I've started waddling.

Myjob - great news about your DS!! So pleased you had a lovely parents evening with good news. Sorry about the cold though...hope it goes away soon!!

CE and Mandy - fab about your babies moving!! Who cares...tell the world everytime those little ones move!!! I know I'd be doing the same!!

CD - so sorry about AF!! Evil witch! I'm sorry and I hope you get a BFP soon!

BB - still thinking of you and your sis!! I hope all goes well.

Off to Norfolk for the weekend....and have a new blackberry (I love toys...) so forgive me for any spelling and grammar mistakes in advance. It's a horrid touch screen thing.

I do have to say, I've been have strong cramps for a few days now. OV pain was so strong that that I felt sick and was in lots of pain. don't know what to think of it really. One more cycle...one more wait and see.

Anyhow, waves and hugs to all!!!

Hi Ladies

Just popping in quickly to wave hello as dh, dd and I are off to Gatwick shortly for a well deserved few days in the sun - have maxed out the credit card for flights but are off to stay with friends so that should be the last of the expense!

Have been lurking but not posting much - have done a bit of b'ding since mc but just seem to be waiting for 1st af so that I can begin ttc properly again.

Hope you all have a good week - am keeping fingers crossed for some bfp's when I get back x

Lol MJIM I was just wondering the same thing!

Sounds like you had a lovely day today - I wish DS would walk like that but he is such a lazybones!! Have been playing with my P&T this afternoon and working out how all the parts go together etc. DS loved sitting in the high up bit and the part where the baby goes looks really comfy and cosy!! Can't wait to try it out properly with both of them

Have also got the crib set up in our room eventually - sheet is on, grobag ready, cuddly toys in and blankie waiting - all we need is the baby

Detox have a lovely holiday

HC - urgh! Sorry you have got the lurgy (how can MJIM have given you it???? lol! Telepathy!) Hope you feel better soon!

MJIM - 2 months old! I cannot believe how fast that has gone! Just shows how you should enjoy every minute!

Shouldn't Juanitad have had the baby by now???? I was hoping she would put us out of our misery! (maybe she has been in hospital - or a cs?) Hope you and baby are well if you read this!

ceebee - you must be so excited putting up the crib etc!!!! Seems like yesterday you were telling us about the AF gone AWOL! DO you remember?

All is good here - had a lovely relaxed weekend. Kicks are so strong now that even DP can feel them. He is over the moon!!!

detox - hope you have a fab holiday. Well deserved I think

BSL - enjoy Norfolk! Try not to think about ttc for one weekend!

Waves to everyone else! xxxxxxxxxxxxx

ceebee74 · 16/11/2008 18:18

HC really hope you get better soon - having a cold is really crap isn' it?? PArticularly when you have 2 lo's to look after and can't just put your feet up!!

MJIM wow 2 months old already - it really does seem like yesterday that she was born! Are you feeling broody now that the newborn stage has passed?

CE am about the strong kicks lol. This baby has rarely done that - certainly not enough for DH to feel them!! This one is a real lazybones

Have just checked the stats list we did on the AN thread and it is Juanitad's due date today so it could be another 2 weeks before she has the baby (although, I really really hope not for her sake )

I can fully remember wondering where my AF had gone lol - and it certainly doesn't feel like 9 months ago!! Well only 3 more full days to go.........

HumphreysCorner · 16/11/2008 19:06

Then juanitad could be a mummy now.

Am sat with s tissue under my nose and yes, ceebee, you are right as DH busy outside so couldn't put my feet up. Can now that they are in bed. Phew!

MJIM-I am supposedly in the 2WW on CD 11 and DPO 3. As if!

Morning everyone!

I hope everyone had a good weekend! My weekend in Norfolk was lovely! But no reception at the house for any MNing! We had a lovely weekend pottering about. We've totally got in to farm shops and cooking all the wonderful seasonal foods around. Norfolk was perfect for that. It was also Open Studio weekend in North Norfolk, so we went to a few artists studios and looked at the paintings and glasswork etc.

Mjjob - On 5DPO today. I am trying hard NOT to symptom spot, but it's proving very tricky! It's scary how quickly the time goes past, I can't believe Naomi is 8 weeks already!! It feels like only a couple of weeks ago when you were posting about the contractions starting!

HC - so sorry you're full of cold!! Fingers crossed for a positive OPK soon!!

DD - hope you have a lovely holiday!

Ceebee - how lovely to get all the baby things ready!! I love those pushchairs! they look so great when I've seen them out and about! I can't believe we have lots more little ones due soon! It's so lovely!

CE - how lovely about the kicking and your DP being able to feel them too!!!

Waves to everyone!! Looking forward to lots more babies arriving soon and also some more BFPs!!

HumphreysCorner · 17/11/2008 09:26

Good luck bluestar and pleased that you had a good weekend.

Massive temp drop today so FF has removed OV date but OPK was -ive last night. It may be my rotten cold altering temps.

Will check back later for any baby news.

Big wave to all.

HC
x

bluestarlavender · 17/11/2008 09:41

HC - I'm sure it must be the cold affecting your temps!! Hope you get a + OPK soon! It must be pretty frustrating at the moment.

HumphreysCorner · 17/11/2008 10:12

bluestar-I have AF like cramps as well today so expecting that to start any minute on CD12. Ho hum, at least I am not DPO 5 anymore having missed vital BD days. Must send troups in tonight though as day 12, will have to put a gas mask on so DH doesn't catch my cold. There was a faint line this morning on the OPK from last night and I scrutinze them every morning and this is the first line I've seen this month so hoping a small bit of the level of OV might have got through. Will test again tonight.

Off to make a warming hot choc as frozen.

HC
x

bluestarlavender · 17/11/2008 10:28

HC - I agree with you re-checking the OPK in the morning!! I do this too and it seems to tie in with 1-2 days before OV. Maybe the cramps are OV pain...I had very strong OV pain this month and wondered if my AF was starting.

Yum yum to the hot chocolate!! Sounds great!!
