hello, hope I can join you - got +ve opks yesterday and today so feel like we're in with a chance although haven't had a temp drop yet - anyway I was hoping for some company for my 2ww...

MrsMcJnr · 28/09/2008 21:11

Oh Funky and Mamamimi I?m sorry! All this best for this cycle!!

What a horrible time you are having Yellowflowers, I am so sorry, I don?t know how to help but do know how you feel, it took me 8 cycles to get pg before DS (and then I lost one before him) the only thing that kept me sane was talking to other MNetters and trying to try something different each cycle. It is so hard though to stay positive. My two sisters have PCOS so I understand a little about that too (I?ve never been tested) Just read your post ? interesting, you need to find Greedy she had similar when she was pg with her DD, had so much bleeding that none of us believed she was pg but she was and her DD is nearly 1 now. When was your last BFN?

Tinker ? don?t think like that about AF yet Interesting your discoveries looking back at charts, I often look back too. I too OV around cd17/18 and have a LP of around 10/11 days but that?s fine, as long as it?s at least 10 days, it?s long enough for the egg to implant. I?ve been taking pregnacare everyday since my wedding in June 2006!

Bexaa ? sorry to hear that hon hope things improve very soon xx

Dinkyboysmum ? sounds like you?ve got it well covered this cycle!

Hello Insy

We?ve had torrential rain here since around 3am on Sat morning ? so boring!!

Anyone got DC 16 months apart??

VeryKeenForABean · 28/09/2008 21:41

Thanks Tinker!

Interesting about the multi vits. I was taking Multi vits & iron, and folic acid separately, until I realised the multi vits had folic acid in too! Do you know if you can have too much of these things or if the body just excretes what it doesn't need?

Fingers crossed for those in the testing phase - I feel for you in the not knowing bit x

Bexaa & yellowflowers - thinking of you x

Insy & dinkey - we'll be on that 2ww together!

insywinsyspider · 28/09/2008 22:01

MrsMcJnr - hello and I've got 2 19 mo appart ith?

hello verykeenforabean! sorry didn't read any of the other posts before I made mine so didn't know where everyone was at, good to find u n dinky to share 2ww with as think I'm going to drive dh nuts, I'm not v good at waiting!

Sans04 · 29/09/2008 06:45

hello evryone again.
Sorry for been absence, I had a really bad time last couple of weeks ago, first my miscarage and I was bleeding for almost 7 days after some tratment (vacum)and cleaning from my Dr, and for my bad luk I am having a bad flue with another AF bleedinfg since saturday, i shocked and calld my docotor he said it's normal and i don't know how. any way Dr saing that i have to count saturday 27th as CD0, so that means that I am on cd2 now. he said my advice is to not TTC for the next 2 or 3 month but I don't think that I am going to listen to him and I said to him same.

vickyjane: big congratulation to you, I am very happy for you all the best with your pregnancy.

MrsMcJnr: big congratulation to you too, that's great, hope you get a very healthy pregnancy too.

Fingers crossed for all the others and all the best to evryone on the boared.

yellowflowers · 29/09/2008 09:34

Sorry sans04 - sounds horrible. Thinking of you.

My heavy period stopped yesterday so lastest for 3 days altogether. But having had two very very very faint lines on tests on the weekend I now have nothing on test today so reckon it was cp.

Well, fingers crossed for July...

LollysMum1 · 29/09/2008 10:54

Hello, I'm still loitering on this thread because I'm still not sure if I'm preggers. Had a horrible bug/virus since last Weds and in that time have had 3 faint BFPs, the last of which was last night (first response). I had done a Clearblue digital just before that which was BFN but I am tellng myself it isn't sensitive enough. But then did another this morning first thing (Boots own)and was a BFN. Went to doc this AM re my bug and he wants me to take in a FMU sample tomorrow to be sent away for a lab test. What's going on??!! I definitely feel pregnant but I'm scared I've been getting false positives now!

Jools1 · 29/09/2008 11:10

I think the general consensus recently is that those Boots tests are utter cr*p. I had problems with those ones, then resorted to the Clearblue as did at least one other person recently.

I'd go for a digital one for an unambiguous answer, or try Sainsburys ones - they are cheap but, IMO, easier to read.

Good luck

Sans04 · 29/09/2008 14:17

Thanks yellowflowers
i dont know what to say hopfully you'll get there because my sister inlow had a normal period and she was pregnant in the same time, Dr told that she might produced more than one follicles that month and one of them survive with fertelising and the others desolved and came as a period so fingures crossed for you.
good luck

xxxx

MrsMcJnr · 29/09/2008 22:39

Thinking of all of you having a hard time at the mo I always wished before I got pg with my DS that someone could show me a crystal ball showing the fact that I would have a child, then I wouldn't have minded how long I'd have to wait as long as I'd get there in the end xx

madmarriedNika · 29/09/2008 23:40

hello all, afraid I think I'm out too this month- weirdly AF has turned up today & by my reckoning (having triple checked the calender) I'm only on CD24- which is most strange as I usually have a very regular 28- day cycle. At first I vaguely hoped it was an implantation bleed, but now too heavy to be anything but AF How our bodies play tricks on us eh...

Yellowflowers & sans04- really feel for you xx

wishing- I'm so sorry this wasn't the month, especially with having been so late..

Thinking of you all xx

wzmo · 30/09/2008 02:50

well sadly i am out i have not been writing and just waiting to see if AF came and it did but... there is always next month.

Sans04 · 30/09/2008 03:11

hi to all
Thanks MadmarriedNika, that's the way we can't do anything about it, but as wzmo said always there is next month.
sorry to hear that Wishing lots of my love to you, take it easy soon or later you'll get there.

1LittlePrincess · 30/09/2008 14:16

Tinker1980 · 30/09/2008 20:18

Hi all, I'm out of this months thread as AF came yesterday as predicted. Oh well there is always next month.

mrsmcmj thanks for the reply my lps are mainly 9 days. This month though it has been 12.

verykeenforabean I don't know about your preg vits but the ones I have been taking have vits higher than the rda. I hear (but don't quote me) that too many vits is not very good. But I think it depends on the vits being taken.

yellowflowers and wishing sorry to hear about this month and I hope this month is the month for both of you. I will be joining on the new thread.

littlemissmischief good luck for the tww

silentlywondering · 01/10/2008 07:36

Hi sorry I haven't been round much.

Congratulations to all of those with BFP's hugs and sprinklings of baby dust for those moving to the next thread.

Still feeling sick and lethargic but still no sign of AF 5 days late now did a test on Monday whic was neg. When should I test again?

silentlywondering · 01/10/2008 10:36

Arghhhhh just spent out on a clear blue digital as they are supposed to be most reliable. Followed all the instructions, didn't drop the test or anything and screen stayed completly blank no little hour glass to tell you it is working or anything. So I called the helpline and the lovely people at clearblue are sending me a new test out and a prepaid envelope to return the dud test in. Thing is it won't arrive till Sat at latest and I want to know now god damn it!

littlemissmischief · 01/10/2008 12:34

Hi everyone
Havent been around much as Ive been trying not to obsess too much (although it hasnt worked) but I have been checking in on everyone.
Sorry to all those woh got AF hope next month is your month

Good luck to everyone on the 2ww too.

Silentlywondering - How annoying its so typical isnt it.

Well dont know what is going on here, now on CD39 i think have slightly tender boobs and they seem to be bigger and are veiny, also seem to have metalic taste and feeling quite sicky but dont know when to test or if to bother. could just be a long cycle month for me and all symptoms in my head (wouldnt be the 1st time). Im feeling very at the moment not knowing what to do? The worse thing too is if my AF does decide to turn up in the next few days it will be another nearly 2 months before we are at this stage again (due to my freakishly long cycles)
Sorry for the rant - feel better now x
