we are going to put our house on mrkt for a not to high price need to sell for dds school starts in a year local school is awful on ofsted on 56%
and need and extra room for new baby

Morning all- I'm knackered!! I've been up 3x a night for the last 4 nights needing the toilet- i should have realized that was a sign!!

Its pouring down here so i think we'll be off to sort the food and venue for my mums surprise birthday today. (DH's parents pub).

My mum and sister knew we were trying, we're very close so they know everything.... my mum didn't seem bothered though.... she's too wrapped up that my younger sister is pg i think!! That will be a tough one to get over- i didn't even get a congratulations off her!!

We originally had our place on the market a year ago and our latest offer is £60k less than our original asking price!!!

Diege there will be no baby no4!! this is the last!! I swear!!! DH would have kittens (litterally) at the thought of 4 little Askhams!!! Though he has said he'd like another boy.... so we're getting there!!

I dont think I have the guts to have a word with my mum... and to be honest i'd rather she wasn't so involved with mine as She can be very intruding, and interfering.... Luckily my sister is getting smothered in that way, and she doesn't mind it by the sounds of it!! All i wanted though was a congratulations!!

I did mean getting there on him getting round the idea of little askham no3!!

On a ttc thread, I have a moving house related HHHOOOOOOOONNNNNK!!!

Morning GYo- i'm a bit bad tempered but i think its because i was due some PMT and its boiling up!!

I got my tests in the post about 30mins ago and i had to do one (even thought i'd been to the loo around 2hrs earlier again) but a positive line came up straight away!! I think I will definitely believe it now!! It was still a bit faint but i think that may just be because it was a cheapy test, and because of the short time between toilet trips!!

Went and arranged my mums birthday party and all seems well- D-PIL's are doing the buffet very cheap for us!! so I have enough for a lovely cake, decorations, champers, and maybe a limo drive too!!

Don't know if that's allowed and don't know if anyone else is around but.....

The people with the ridiculously low offer have upped it a bit and the people with the house we want have agreed to drop their price accordingly!
And the chain is fairly sound as the people with the house we want (it's called Gable Cottage - doesn't it just sound wonderful??!) are happy to move into rented accommodation and want to complete October and the people buying ours have a first time buyer buying their place!!

I did say to DH that I wish I felt a bit more excited as we have been here before (twice) and it's all fallen through but I think my excitement levels are rising!!

Yep I do too!! I've now had 3 bfp's in the last 4 days!!

The house sounds lovely.... I've just been browsing houses local to here with 3 bedrooms so we wouldn't need to convert this to 3 beds instead... but they all look much smaller and so much more expensive... we may just have to re-mortgage and pay for a conversion. Our garden is amazing- its around 70ft long and very easy to keep on top of still!! And i do like the house, its just not as practical... but we'll cope till we decide what to do.

Either way we have a massive bedroom for the kids and we already have one of each sex in there, adding another of either sex wont change the fact that we've got to convert sooner or later!!

Glask, deffo good news on the testing then . In my experience (and I've wee'd on a lot of sticks) the cheapy lines never really get that dark - think it's becaise they are cheapies! Your house sounds great with that garden - loads of room for a 4th
Well back from village after food shopping, so settling in for afternoon with dds videos and my ironing pile. Of course now it's baking and sun is out
