I hope so Cal.

My cramps have finally resulted in AF so feeling v sorry for myself. Am trying to get on with washing, shopping etc. Here's to next month!

kookykid · 03/08/2008 14:02

Hi. Sorry for AF Ses. I always feel like that but cheer up after a day or two. Lots of lovely GOFing to look forward to tho in the next cycle!

Cal, sorry you're having such a rough time and hope your DS improves soon. Maybe DH could have him for an hour or so just so you can get some sleep? You need to look after yourself!

Will be back later - off for a snooze!

calsworld · 03/08/2008 15:15

Sorry for AF too Ses, . Do you keep a chart at all of what day you're on, GOF's, CM monitoring etc? I found it quite helpful and helped me feel I had some control on what was going on. Can email you mine if you like?

DS has finally eaten half a cold banana, a suggestion from my midnight thread so is feeling better now. He's had th two hour nap but nothing else so far, I'm hoping that means no repeat performance tonight! Quite a few of his spots have scabbed over today, so that's a good sign too.

SesQal · 03/08/2008 16:30

That sounds better Cal. Fingers crossed for tonight.

Just started recording this month and will continue. Have been on Fertility Friend since cd9. Was always going to be a long shot this month and hoping to give it a better go this new cycle without getting too obsessed!

GYo · 03/08/2008 16:37

Hi Everyone

Sorry that you had such a bad night Cals- sounds like a nightmare esp being PG. Hope that you get a better night tonight.

Ses- so sorry that your AF arrived. Like KK said, try to look fwd to the GOFing in a couple of weeks time

KK - love the idea of a snooze, just been hoovering so might do something similar on the sofa now

Hope everyone else is enjoying their sundays.
Two days to go til my second early scan. Getting a bit nervous as if its all ok I will tell my immediate family.

2beautifulgirls · 03/08/2008 20:33

Hi everyone, i have been very busy of late and have been trying to follow but haven't posted.

Cal- sorry that DS is having so such a rough time of it, hoping he gets better soon. Last year my 2 got it 2 weeks apart and DD1 was only 9 months old, but had them everywhere worst was in her private parts and now has scars there worse thing was i had just had a car crash and was in hospital for 10 days and DD1 couldn't visit because she had CP. Then 2 weeks after DD2 had them then 2 weeks after that i got them!!!

Ses- sorry that the witch got you. fingers crossed for a May baby for you

GYO - how are you feeling? Bet your excited about seeing your little cashew nut

Well we did a car boot this morning to shift some junk and make some cash, it went ok came back with a lot less and made about £80.
I have really mad as ebay have just suspended my account for 12 months as apparently it is associated with another suspended account. I was selling our tent on there so we can buy my friends lurvly tent now i have no idea what to do?
i am CD17 and my boobies are sore like they always are after i have ovulated just to mess with me and i've had this awful tension like headache for around a week now. I saw my nipples in the mirror yesterday when undredding and were convinced they looked darker So now everytime i go to the toilet i have to check them
DH and i had a chat last night and if i am not preggers this month then we will have to stop TTC for a while as we are moving to America in May and getting pregnant after this month will interfere with that
I really wanted to fall pregnant and give birth before we left as i am very unsure about giving birth in the US for variuos reasons, so now unsure when we will TTC DC3

GYo · 03/08/2008 20:57

Hi 2BG

Fingers crossed that your signs are signs of the real thing. Must feel frustrating that you about the timing with the USA move. Maybe if you dont have a baby before you go you will feel differerntly about having it in the US once you are settled down. But I am keeping everything possible crossed for you this month. Keep us posted on the symptoms.

Thanks for asking, I am ok getting nausea on and off but its really isnt anything to complain about, despite being 8wks this week. DH and I are both excited about the scan and nervous too, since last time it was too early to see a heartbeat so not sure what we will see this time!

Your carboot sounds fun and 80pounds is a great result. We love to do carboots but never are organised enough to get around to it, despite having plenty of stuff to sell... I'd worry we'd come home with more than we went with knowing my husbands love of forraging on other peoples tables

Cosmogirl · 04/08/2008 08:16

Morning all,

Sorry, not had time to do a proper catch up yet. Sorry for AF Ses but on the bright side more GOFing to look forward to .

Weekend was good but tiring. Told my parents and they were very happy. Mum burst into tears which was really sweet. Didn't think they would be so pleased . Exhausted this morning tho...urgh...think I will be 6 weeks tomorrow which is when Mum says her MS kicked in for 4 or 5 months - oh dear....

NatalieJaneIsPregnantAgain · 04/08/2008 08:43

Morning everyone

Moos £75

Tink, glad you're having a good time, hope the cough has gone by now.

Ses so sorry for period coming, fingers tightly crossed for this cycle

Cosmo, so glad your announcement went well I've had to tell my mum 4 times now and each time I've been as nervous as the first time, no idea why, I know she will be pleased as punch!

Cal I answered on the other thread but give DS a big hug from me xxx

Playingthe9monthwait · 04/08/2008 09:38

Morning all,

Sorry your having such a rough time with the CP, your poor LO.

Moos - never temped sor can't really help you chart - sorry!

Ses - sorry about your period, hopefully this will be your month.

GYo - glad the MS isn't too bad.

2beautiful - sounds like a very successful carboot sale! at ebay, they can be sods. Probably nothing for it but to start up a new account, really crap though as you have to start from the beginning again,

Cosmo - glad telling the parents went ok. When I told mine, I knew they would be delighted but I still felt like a teenager who had done something wrong, don't know why! Its really sweet actually, she was very calm and collected in the beginning as we stressed who early it was and she has had a mc herself but now I've had a scan and seen the heartbeat she is gradually getting more and mroe excited.

Saw ILs last night for the first time since DH saw them. Was really lovely. SIL who "hates kids" seem really excited as did both MIL and FIL.

Morning everyone else, Nat, KK and anyone else whos lurking but not posted!

Playingthe9monthwait · 04/08/2008 09:39

Sorry your having such a rough time with the CP, your poor LO. - was obviously directed at Cal

lastboxoftampons · 04/08/2008 11:04

Hi All
Been lurking some, but it's hard to keep up! I have no idea what's going on with me this month, my chart's a real stumper, but I've just had some spotting, so I suspect that once again, we're out

2BG I felt the same way as you - albeit the opposite! - about having a baby in the UK. I really wanted to wait until we were back in the US. But to be honest, it got to the point where it was more important to have the baby than where it would be born. Just make sure you know what sort of insurance coverage you'll have, but after that, I say go for it! And let me know if you have any questions about giving birth in the US - I havne't done it, but well, I was born there!

GYo · 04/08/2008 12:42

Hi LBOT

Nice to "see" you here again. Sorry you think AF is coming. How many months have you been trying since the MC now?

Hope you arent too fed up...

GYo · 04/08/2008 12:43

Permission for random rant?? [type]

NatalieJaneIsPregnantAgain · 04/08/2008 12:48

Rant away (I've done enough of it on the other thread!)

OP posts:
GYo · 04/08/2008 12:48

I think I meant not type!

Anyway- will rant anyway, feel free to ignore me.

There is a guy in my project room who seems nice enough. Not as geeky as some. Last week he picked up my paperback and commented on it - as it was trash for reading on the train- I felt moderately embarassed. Later on he said "I thought you were more of a Jayne Austin girl" - - Im not into that kind of stuff at all - felt really judged on something silly.

Today, just now he walked past my lunch and commented that the salad was "looking very healthy" I find it really rude to comment on others food/ personal items.

Possibly being too sensitive- will crawl back under desk/rock....

NatalieJaneIsPregnantAgain · 04/08/2008 12:59

No I agree with you, he is being rude, but I don't think he would be meaning to offend you. There are much better ways to offend people IMO!

Take a deep breath, and ponder on his wankiness, will make you feel better!

OP posts:
GYo · 04/08/2008 13:03

LOL yes, am sure he didnt mean to offend, some people dont seem to see the invisible boundaries that exist for most of us!

Definatly enjoying pondering wankiness - thats cheered me up no end!

How is the school holiday gone~?

NatalieJaneIsPregnantAgain · 04/08/2008 13:40

Back again, even the MIL rubing her finger over the place checking for dust isn't enough to keep me at the cleaning today!

Pondering wankiness is one of my most favourite past times!

School holiday is OK I think, considering we are pretty much house/garden bound and the weather isn't great, DS1 is being really good and mostly not getting too bored. DS2 is loving having DS1 home, he is shattered out by his nap time, and actually last night came and grabbed my hand to pull me up the stairs before bed time!

I really must get on with this polishing, if you see me here before at least 3 o'clock, kick me up the bum please!

OP posts:
Playingthe9monthwait · 04/08/2008 17:14

ooo we've been quiet again today. Has anyone heard from Kay of Sorky? Its been ages and I would like to know if they were ok. I know Kay has had internet issues and Sorky has suffered badly from MS, but just wondered if anyone had heard from them recently?

Ok, I'm actually off home now as it looks like its stopped raining for a bit!

lardybump · 04/08/2008 18:22

hello everyone I am back from my weekend away. What have I missed??????? I am 11 weeks today yay.

2beautifulgirls · 04/08/2008 20:49

Thanks LBOT - you will be regretting that i have a mountain of questions to ask you!

GYO- sorry about work collegue being rude! probably not intentional, blokes can be a little tactless. Plus your probably a lickle more sensitive due to all the pregnancy hormones

NJ- how did the dusting go? How many have you got coming tomorrow and has DH got any idea yet?

Hi LB, did you have a nice weekend? Didn't miss much i don't think, been very quiet on here over the weekend.

Well i now have what looks like teenage acne appearingall over right side of face and neck plus started on chest now it seems and its sore/itchy. I really hate my body at times! I never ever get spots, not even when i was a teenager why now?

SesQal · 05/08/2008 07:15

Morning all

Playing - you're right about Kay and Sorky. Hope they are ok.

LB - Hope your weekend was good?

Cal - Hope DS is getting better.

Cosmo - Glad your parents responded well to your news. They sound like the're very excited!

NJ - how are you doing? Did all the business with your Mum blow over?

Does anyone know if anyone's due to test soon? I had a feeling there were 2 or 3 this week - Glaskham? Gruffalo?

glaskham · 05/08/2008 08:15

Morning all!! Had a great long weekend away, got back late yesterday. Wish we could have stayed longer. Batman is ace!!

Just thought i'd pop myself back on here!! Looks like its been fairly quiet again in here!!

Just bought a voucher on ebay to save entry price on one of us so we can take the kids to gullivers!! Quite looking forward to surprising them and taking them there!!

Have I missed anything big???

glaskham · 05/08/2008 08:16
