I hear ya too Munnzieb! Large box of white choc Thorntons Continentals which SIL brought over on weekend is diminishing at a rather alarming rate today! Whoops! Another one falls into my mouth everytime I go into kitchen for something. Meeting with a friend this afternoon which usually means cake/biscuits plus leftover toddler snacks! Still, maybe if I make myself LOOK pregnant, maybe I will BE pregnant (if only...) Good Luck for the weekend! Fingers crossed for you!

munnzieb · 08/02/2005 13:16

CT - I hear u hon!, u sound just like me with ur logic! I'll be testing on valentines day - so hopefully cupid will be nice to me!

Cuppatea · 08/02/2005 14:40

Hmmm! It's Pancake day aswell isn't it? Better go and get a lemon (for DH) and some chocolate spread (for me!!) Off to friends now for possible cake binge. We are planning to go for a walk to burn it off but 1) buggy push to the swings hardly constitutes mega workout and 2) we can't go far. It will be after 3pm by the time I get there, it gets dark by 5pm and it will take us at least an hour to eat the cake and natter first! Oh well, it takes my mind off TTC (momentarily!)

munnzieb · 08/02/2005 17:25

pancake's today? OH no I forgot, oh well off for some tea now, hope everyone's busy BD! lol.

jessicasmummy · 08/02/2005 17:26

Hi girls - just a quickie to say I'm still around and STILL ttc #1.

pipsy1 · 08/02/2005 18:34

This is the first AF I have had since coming off the pill and I remmber what hell they are. Can't wait to get pregnant just to have a bit of a break from them! Off to ebay now to look at persona. Hope it works in the first month for me as I am very impatient, but reckon as I haven't got much of a clue its the best way for me. Its time consuming stuff all this isn't it!

munnzieb · 08/02/2005 19:31

lol@pip, well tell her firmly it's the last time u wanna see her!

Becki - Good to see you posting hon, how are things with you?

munnzieb · 08/02/2005 19:37

quick note from Jeddah - Please send my love to Tania, Rudy, Hula, Hest and the rest of the old crowd!

My thoughts are with you all.

(honest was her! she's still a bit fragile after the whole DR thing so I pinched our Baby dust to share with her!)

jessicasmummy · 08/02/2005 20:01

Hulababy · 08/02/2005 21:50

Hi becki Good to see you around

munnzieb - say hi back to Jeddah; she's welcome to lots of baby dust - she deserves it Hope she is well.

CD12 today. No change in CM yet though. I normally OV around CD15-17. CD16 is Saturday (my birthday incase i haven't mentioned it before ) and we are staying over at my parents, with DD in the same room -so one night is out! I will start using the OPKs tomorrow too again.

expatinscotland · 08/02/2005 22:06

Isn't looking hopeful here. I'm getting all the tell-tale signs that the Witch is on her way. Should be here tomorrow or Thursday. Onto the next cycle!

BeckiF · 08/02/2005 22:51

Hi ladies, I'm currently on day 99 of my cycle and FF has told me for the 4th time (i think) that I ovulated 8 days ago... it gets to you that it MIGHT just be right thistime, but knowing my temps as I do, I often get a dip then a sharp rise and then uppy-downy until FF decides I didn't ovulate afterall. Had terrible cramps over the last 2-3 days, and if I did ovulate, we have done the deed at the right times. None the less, am fully expecting that tomorrow mornings temp will be below my cover line again and FF will take away the ovulation detection again.

Apart from that, have started contract work this week, which is exciting for me as I have only ever worked full time in the past ... supposedly for 3-6 months initiallly, but who knows.

Have I missed any graduates??

Elf1981 · 09/02/2005 07:01

Oh, it's far too early in the morning. Wish I could crawl back into bed and no go to work today.
Still no AF (reckon I'm five days late). But due to funny AF last month, I might be due today?
Spoke to DH and we decided I'd wait until Friday, and pretend I was due today, so if AF arrives today, I wont be so disappointed. (It's a theory!).
Then DH decided I should wait until Sat, as on Friday I am off work but have to take a friend to the airport. DH believes that if I got a BFP I'd be so excited I'd spill the beans to my friend. He's probably right!!
Thinking about it, we'd decided not to tell anybody until X amount of time, so if I get BFP I think I'll be around the bend before then!!

Here's hoping for no AF today! I will probably post tonight. In the meantime, I'm sending happy thoughts and good luck to you all.

Love Elf.

fresco · 09/02/2005 07:15

hi girls

hope you all are well.
CD12 here and nothing happening yet
i got one question for yous: after intercourse, does it matter if there is any cemen leakage?i mean if it falls out in knickers a bit or does it all have to stay inside?

expatinscotland · 09/02/2005 08:04

Well, cycle no. 1 is a bust. . Hopefully better luck next time!

fresco · 09/02/2005 08:25

sorry expatin, i know every month its such a disappointment.big huggs to you.xx

MINNIE1 · 09/02/2005 08:41

Hi fresco,

I was wondering the same about the leakage problem myself.. I know i do and i wonder does the seamen get to see the egg at all!!! I do stay lying down but have tissue on the locker..
anyone eles have this problem?? I know its really not a morning question to ask

expatinscotland,
Sorry Af arrived

munnzieb · 09/02/2005 08:53

hula- hope you find time for BD anyhow over the weekend! lol.

Becki - i'll keep my fingers crossed for you hon, and hope your new job works out better for you. Nice to see you positive thou. (((hugs)))

Elf - fingers crossed for you honey, (so that makes u, JM and me all testing over the weekend??/monday......oohhhh hopefully one of us will get that BFP! - anyone else wanna get added to my hit list? - it's back with a vengance!)

Fres (still can't get used to callin u that!) - a little bit of leakage doesn't matter, (I do the whole bum on pillow and stay there until morning lieing down, but DH has read on the internet that it only takes a few seconds for the spearms to get into our tubes so the whole turning around and having legs in the air is just to make us look silly! lol, hense why I do the whole BD on the pillow - aparently the gravity helps his spearms get off the bus as it were a few stops later along the line.

ES ((((hugs)))) sorry about AF hon, I prescribe the biggest bar of dairy milk you can find! and fingers crossed for next month!

jessicasmummy · 09/02/2005 08:54

i have the leakage problem too - i tilt my bum in the air for 10 minutes and then let it all fall out so to speak!!!! AF due end of week - so will have to see!

OP posts:
munnzieb · 09/02/2005 09:02

well not to be crude here, but if DH is er.. (u know whispers.. full on in as it were theres next to no spillage, but if he's not then there is, also I find around O theres next to none anyways.) I doubt a little bit of spillage will hurt, after all isn't there like 20 millon in there or something??

MINNIE1 · 09/02/2005 09:03

Bums in the air all round..
