Hopefully we will have some more BFPs by end of next week - have my fingers crossed for you all

CD10 here. OV is normally around CD15-17 for me. My birthday is next Saturday and we ar e staying at my parents, sharing room with DD - so one night is defintely out (CD16 I think). Would be kind of nice to have concieved on my actual birthday though!

Bought a new house today Very excited!

Hulababy · 06/02/2005 20:27

My new house

pipsy1 · 06/02/2005 20:27

Been away for a few days and the whole thread goes mad!! Many many congrats on the BFP Rudy. So exciting that its working for someone!
My AF has been all over the place this month so I have no idea of cycle length at all - has anyone tried ovulation sticks? Or is it just best to look at CM?

Hulababy · 06/02/2005 20:47

I used OPKs for first time last month. Have some for this month too, and hopefully MNetter is kondly sending me some more for the month after too. I used them as I was plotting temp and CM on fertility friend, and it was not detecting OV. However, the OPKs did detect OV - so felt a great sense of relief last month!

ChaCha · 06/02/2005 22:36

Yesterday, CD14ish, I had horrible pains in my right ovary. I had a large cyst removed from this ovary 8 weeks ago, the ovary itself although not damaged was subject to some kind of torsion. Do you think this was the reason for the pain? Anyone gone through this? Send your comments on the back of a postcard to:

hi all, hope you had a good w/e. I'm going to gynae on thurs thank God. I still feel absolutely dreadful with my phantom preagnancy. I am so tired I wish I could go back to bed. I've only had exhaustion like this b4 when pg but the number of bfn cannot be ignored. . even dh has noticed & commented so it must be bad. Hopefully gynae will have a logical explanation for pregnancy symptoms, including milk - I mean that's NOT my imagination ffs. Sorry, bad enough being on this treadmill without phantom pg & milk production to frustrate confuse & make you feel like crap. sorry. Dh was "ill" all w/e so had to take sole charge of the kids, shopping, cooking etc, & now the kids are ill, so feleing poretty wrecked now. I'm on cd 18 or something. Any tests due. Lets have some good news sonn, eh?

Hulababy · 07/02/2005 08:58

OH, (((hugs))) ernest. Sounds nightmare. I really hope all the symptoms are of a REAL pg - and it is just not detected by the tests yet.

RE: the milk. When I was TTC the first time, I did get this also for a few months. It was very confusing - but GP put it down to something to do with hormones. Don't want to put a downer on things, just thought you may be intersted. Fingers crossed that yours, along with everything else, is more positive baby news though.

It's CD11 for me. OV later this week all being well.

munnzieb · 07/02/2005 09:06

Cha cha - possibly Ovualtion from that side? Apart from that not too sure what it could be.

Ernest (((hugs))) what CD are you on? remember some tests take up to 8 weeks to show or, or so i'm told by a DR. fingers crossed, can you have a blood test done to show things clearly?

Hula - happy BD'ing hon!

CD19 here, (feel a bit silly for testin yesterday now, but hey, at least it's out the way and I can't be tempted b4 AF is def late. still hoping, Woke up feeling sicky and peed in the night, (think i'm getting obsessed girls! - well in my defense I have got 3 months of obsessing to make up for! lol) tummy's still tight, and nip's sore, I'm still on with the whole bug idea thou! either that or AF is being V cruel this month!

Hulababy · 07/02/2005 09:11

Cha Cha - agree with munnzeib; could be OV pains.

Have my fingers crossed for you munnzieb.

mummygow · 07/02/2005 09:15

Goodmorning everyone - havent been on since Sat, which was very quite - sorry havent had time to read everyones post - just a quick question - woke up at 2.30am this morning feeling very sick but wasnt sick still feeling yucky do you think it could be.... or do you think I have a bug - would it be very silly of me to go and buy a pt -I am CD19 so even if I was it prop wouldnt show just now - just remember last time preg was in America for 2 weeks and felt very sick thought it was heat came home and then started being sick did a test and was about 5 weeks preg so do you think it could be the early signs - ooohhhh sorry for rambling!!!!!!!

Hulababy · 07/02/2005 09:28

Hopefully it is mummygow. How many DPO are you?

Nikkichik · 07/02/2005 10:09

Morning all - I think I have good news. Af due Thursday/Friday of last week so did a Boots test on Friday and got a very definite BFP -hurrah!!! Have done 2 more First Response tests since then and they have been really, really faint so am a bit confused now! Guess I will have to buy a different kit and have another go tomorrow! Feel a bit downhearted now and am trying to be positive but not get too over excited. I do feel a bit strange I must say, very tired, slightly nauseous and my boobs feel like bricks!!! - and have a feeling of needing to wee all the time (almost like the first signs of cystitis)!!! Ahhhhhhhhh - advice please!

mummygow · 07/02/2005 10:11

Hulababy I am only at CD19 - sorry took me so long to reply got logged off and took ages to get back on!!

MINNIE1 · 07/02/2005 11:01

Nikkichik,
Congrads, I have alway though that you can't get a false +tive.. Your level of hormone maybe low and af is only 3-4 days late.. Sit back relax and wait till morning to do another test.. (I know that is hard) But fingers crossed for you...

CD 15 and i had a "O" on my persona, THis is only my first month using persona and i was quiet shocked to see it!!! Has this happened to anyone eles.. Or could i be super super fertile ha ha! O its all so exciting...... Can anyone help??

ernest · 07/02/2005 11:05

I always got o on my persona 1st month of using it (used it now 3 times, to conceive ds1, 3 & this one, if it ever happens)
