Oh! I forgot to call for my 21 day test results. To be honest they give me so little info that I am not sure it's worth having. plus I think it was done at the wrong time anyway.

Am so tempted to test also but I must resist !

QueenyEisGotTheBall · 28/07/2008 20:01

hi ladies
jaamy sorry AF got you hun good luck with this cycle
beanie is it wednesday AF is due for you? good luck
mrsF good luck this week for your iui results
i had my referral letter today for the MC clinic so my appointment is 28th august at 330pm hopefully this will give me some answers and i will be more closely monitored when i get my BFP
hi to everyone else
good luck to all the testers
xx ei xx

beanieb · 29/07/2008 07:30

good news about the appointment !

yes I am due wed/thur.

Lay in bed for an hour this morning thinking about whether to test or not. FMU all gone now though and I managed to resist even though I have 2 clearblue digital tests in the house. I'm pretty certain I am not pregnant but then no symptoms means nothing eh!

blackrock · 29/07/2008 07:55

Be patient beanie, hold on until you are late.
Glad to hear about app. Queeny and hope it makes the difference for you.

AF is short, only one full day and temp has gone back up? Confusing

daisyj · 29/07/2008 07:59

beanie - try to wait till Friday, so you don't waste those fiendishly expensive tests! However, if the wait is going to drive you mad then remember that the Clearblue tests are pretty sensitive, so will probably work early and not using FMU.

As we all know, no symptoms means nothing. I've had almost nothing both times .

Morning to everyone else. I'm hanging around here this morning as am waiting to take poor sick cat to the vet. Don't know what's wrong with him, but he's not eating or purring (both of which he does to excess usually) and not really moving much.

beanieb · 29/07/2008 09:33

AW - how old is the cat? hope he's ok. Mine seems to have sat outside the bathroom window in the rain all night!

will keep resisting.

QueenyEisGotTheBall · 29/07/2008 11:17

hi ladies
daisy sorry to hear about your cat have you noticed him making noise when he tries to do a wee? my cat was ill a few weeks ago and was acting how you are describing your cat acting. he had struvite crystals in his bladder and has to have special food and vitamins to help his wee maintain a balanced PH. i hope this isnt the problem for you as up to now the treatment has cost a fortune and we have pet insurance who are ummming and ahhhing over whether he is eligable for cover
beanie dont test!!! and if you do dont use a CBD as they are not very sensitive! use a FR or a tescos own for the first test and wait to use the CBD for a confirmation one if you get a bfp good luck
blackrock was your AF heavy? could it be implantation? do you have a test? i would wait til tomorrow mornin g and test with fmu to see what result you get good luck
not much happenin here apart from a low temp again this morn so i dont thin k i have oved yet
xx ei xx

beanieb · 29/07/2008 12:04

I'm annoyed. OH is supposed to be having his sperm tested but when he rings the number to make an appointment it just rings and rings and rings. He's called his doctor who has given him another number but stillno answer. Anyone near Cardiff ever had to call the hospital for this?

scully · 29/07/2008 12:28

Hiya ladies, congrats on the bfp's that have happened since I last posted
I'm on cd21, dh and I only managed to bd once last week on cd15, so even though a poor effort, hopefully we timed it right
Given my last 2 cycles have been 28 days I should be due Tues next week, good thing I'm at work the next 3 days, will take my mind off the wondering......

beanieb · 29/07/2008 13:10

ok - I have cracked and bought a tesco test. I am going to test tomorrow unless I can hold my wee in a few hours and do it this afternoon. Am 12 DPO now

blackrock · 29/07/2008 14:26

Tomorrow morning Beanie... go on hold out...!

AF was heavy, but only for a day. Will see how things go... I have two tests that wait patiently in the cupboard for that day on the distant horizon when they will be needed...

I have saved lots of money on tests by having a variable cycle length. I start getting excited and thinking something has happened.. but AF seems to arrive before I start thinking of the need to test.

beanieb · 29/07/2008 14:29

lol - I was about to go and do it now I don't know what to do! I'm due Thursday, I should resist, please talk me down!

Good luck Blackrock!

daisyj · 29/07/2008 16:07

Don't do it yet!!! A cheapie Tesco one may well show negative if you are even a bit too early. Remember, my Boots one was negative on CD30 and I got a positive First Response one on CD34...

sars87 · 29/07/2008 21:49

Hi all. I hope everyone is well?? I have really bad back ache and feeling really sick. just don't feel rigth. I am dreading me ovulating if i still feel rubbish as the last thing i want is him near me. haha. xx

beanieb · 30/07/2008 08:11

Period due tomorrow, tested a minute ago and as I thiought I'm not pregnant. So on we go. Will just wait for my period and try again next month.

morning ladies
beanie sorry about the BFN i am hoping it is too early for you to test though and AF buggers off for 9 months or so
hi to everyone else
xx ei xx

beanieb · 30/07/2008 11:53

Naah - Ovulated on CD11 and my doctor did the '21 day test' and told me I did ovulate this month so I am sure any pregnancy would show up by now (CD24) so I am certainly out!

blackrock · 30/07/2008 12:53

Beany: Hope Queeny is right...

daisyj · 30/07/2008 13:19

ei - thanks for the tip. He perked up a bit about half an hour after I posted, so I decided to leave it till today (when DH is at home with the car - I would have had to take a taxi). When I got home last night he seemed a lot better, and this morning he was prancing around like a young 'un, not the creaky old thing he actually is. Weird! Anyway, fingers crossed he was just suffering in the heat, although our house is still pretty cool, even in this weather. Who can account for the behaviour of cats...

Of to take the bean for a lunchtime walk.

beanie - sorry about your BFN, hon . Have to say, though, that I really thought I should have had a postive CD30, and I didn't get mine till CD34, so don't give up hope - it could be a false negative... xx
