I couldn't see that anyone's started a thread for September yet. Seeing as it's tomorrow thought I'd start one now. Seems AF arrived for a few of us at the same time so looks like we'll be in sync over the coming months.
How is everyone doing?

Signing myself up here as 12dpo and negative so still going into September TTC.

going to take what I learnt last cycle into the next cycle whilst trying not to stress and upset myself like I’ve done this cycle.

good luck to everyone in September.

Silverglass · 31/08/2026 11:54

placemarking the thread. 🙂 2dpo here so will be testing from next weekend.

Pottingsheddays · 31/08/2026 12:35

I’ll be joining - currently CD13 on my first cycle TTC after a MMC at ten weeks in July. Not sure what to expect in terms of cycle length as things are still getting back to normal. Keeping my fingers crossed for everyone joining

HelloDarknessmyoldfrenemy · 31/08/2026 13:01

Thanks for the new thread!

On month 9 of TTC number 3. Currently CD18 and no sign of ovulation so just hoping it happens some time this month and I don’t miss a month entirely!

🤞 for everyone here

Froggiehop23 · 31/08/2026 13:35

Hi everyone 👋

Im joining too. Figured out from my app this month that its probably calculating my ovulation early that my body is showing me signs - so no idea if ttc will be successful this month.🤷🏻‍♀️

misslomi · 31/08/2026 13:40

Thanks for the new thread 🥰

I'm on CD2 and my period is heavy and uncomfortable. This will be cycle 5 for us, we conceived our daughter in cycle 5 so I have high hopes!

How is everyone else feeling?

Fairiebee · 31/08/2026 14:25

Good luck to everyone! I hope that the 2WW will be easier with company and September will be lucky for all of us. I am currently on CD12 after a chemical and a MMC on March and April.

Oh I'm sorry 😞 I'm part of the MMC club, it sucks, had my last in April.

Thank you. I'm really sorry for you too. 😔 We both had it in April. I was so devastated I decided to stop trying. But it only lasted for a month. Let's hope for the best 🤞

Its awful isnt it 😔 I've had 2 MMCs and one partial miscarriage that I needed surgery for. I do have a wonderful daughter though, so that helps a lot!

Springcloud26 · 31/08/2026 16:38

Joining for September - TTC for first at 39, waiting to ovulate or AF (not sure where I am) 6 weeks after MMC in July. Looking forward to hopefully tracking properly again this month.

Good luck to everyone this cycle! 💖

Newlywed24 · 31/08/2026 20:20

Joining in here. Currently CD5 of month 3 TTC #2. Have offered to my husband that we skip this month as if I got pregnant the due date would be the week his best friend gets married but finding it hard to think about skipping months when it could take awhile, kinda feels like jinxing yourself 😂

Happymama04 · 31/08/2026 20:44

Joining in - 3dpo first cycle after surgery for a ruptured ectopic in July. Good luck to everyone 🤞

MochaLove · 31/08/2026 21:40

Joining from the August thread! TTC our 2nd, coming up to 12 months TTC now - with one month off and one chemical in that time. We conceived in 3 months with our 1st so starting to worry a little at this point to be honest. Have to remain hopeful though so fingers crossed for this cycle 🤞🏼 CD6 today.

I'm a bridesmaid in May and if I had fallen on this cycle I'd be due 2 weeks before the wedding. I feel as though AF is coming today/tomorrow but glad we didn't skip this cycle. We're entering cycle 12 now, you don't know how long it could take, don't put your dreams on hold for one day. Your friends would be happy for you even if it clashes with their wedding.

I'm right there with you, month 11 tomorrow and cycle 12. Sorry to hear it's also taking a long time. Have you started any tests yet? Ours are all underway and we have our first appt with the fertility clinic coming up. Also had one chemical, we are TTC1 so no children as of yet.

I was alway convinced I'd want 2 but this whole process has made me think I might just be happy with one. I didn't realise how exhausting this would all be and tbh I'm 32 with no idea how long it's going to take, at this rate I could be going in to 34 before we even have a kid and my husband is older than me too. I always thought about a 2 year age gap but if it took as long again I could easily be in to my 40s by the time we had a second. I just don't think I want to dedicate so much of my life to TTC as I feel like it affects so many other things like can you accept that job or book on to that trip. I think the hardest thing is knowing if/when it will happen.

So sorry you are going through this too. I have a GP (telephone) appointment next week. I’ve wanted to start investigating things for a while but I didn’t think they’d help until we’d been trying for a year. Can I ask, how long did it take you to get a fertility appointment once you were referred? I’ve been looking into private too as really worried about long waiting lists. Also because we have a child, we’d not be eligible for any IVF etc.

I totally get you. We have also put things on hold thinking we would be pregnant. TTC completely takes over when it’s been going on for this long. The unknown is so difficult isn’t it! I’ve been down a total rabbit hole of researching why I might not be getting/staying pregnant 🤦🏼‍♀️ it’s very hard not to when it’s coming up to a year! The age gap does bother me but I feel like I’ve had to try and put that to the back of my mind a little now. I will just be so grateful to get pregnant now no matter the age gap.

Hello! Joining also from August’s thread and on CD5 here. Hoping this month is the month for us all! I had stupidly got my hopes up for a May baby as my birthday is in May and I’ve always rather liked it, but given myself a reality check that I would be happy with any day at all (except perhaps December as there’s already 6 birthdays for us during the second half of the month 🤣). Going to try nail the ovulation tests this month as I’ve been mainly going off the Flo estimated dates and DTD at any available opportunity. I guess that’s probably me just trying to feel a bit more in control though!

Hi all, I’m joining too. First month TTC our second after having surgery to remove my left tube due to a recent ectopic pregnancy. I’m 2DPO today but think I ovulated from my left side so not feeling hugely hopeful… wishing everyone lots of luck x

Joining in - 3dpo first cycle after surgery for a ruptured ectopic in July. Good luck to everyone 🤞

Just seen this - I’m in exactly the same boat as you 💐 (although caught mine just before it ruptured)

Oh I’m sorry you went through the same thing. I also had my left tube removed. It’s so hard knowing that if we ovulate from the side of no tube our chances are even slimmer than normal! Sending you lots of love and baby dust ✨

Joining also from August thread. Currently 7dpo and the wait feels long! Does anyone else get vivid dreams throughout their luteal phase? I get it every time and wake up feeling so tired after some dreams

LionMama2 · Yesterday 08:09

Hi everyone, joining from August where I intermittently waft on and off the board 😂.

I am 9dpo and living in cloud cuckoo land. Squinter on a test I did last night but nothing this morning, so probs an evap line! I have the worst backache though so I think AF is just being a tricksy little hobbit this month.

Fairiebee · Yesterday 08:31

Really? You are still early though. I hope you'll get a positive tommorrow. What test do you use?
