Currently ttc#5. First cycle off the pill. Got four girls already _ Due to ovulate in two days. Already dtd twice out of sheer impatience 😂

Yay i finally hit peak so I should ovulate sometime tomorrow I’ll be joining the 2ww club very soon

11dpo and think I’m out as I’ve started my usual AF spotting. Really got my hopes up as my bbt rised quite high yesterday! Had a really bad nights sleep and felt quite stressed so hope that didn’t ruin anything

AF reared her head today. Bang on 14dpo aha. So definitely out!

Hi everyone, been watching this thread! Has anyone has false positives from the "one step" tests? I took three today and have faint lines. But I'd be really surprised if im pregnant (have had no signs of ovulation this month)!

No I haven’t and I keep wondering if I do as I’m thinking every time I think it’s spotting it’s actually my cervical ectropion which can flare with progesterone! But I also had this last month and AF came fully on 14dpo! My bbt was low last night but I only got 3/4 hours sleep because I was up worrying about a family member so I don’t think my oura ring worked well, so going to see what it’s like tomorrow morning and then decide if I bother testing! It could’ve dipped as an implantation dip?!

Hi 👋 @FastFish1993 No experience with these tests but I feel you would be super unlucky to get 3 evap lines! Did they all appear within the time frame? Maybe try to get a FRER or a digital for tomorrow? Tentative congratulations!

That disturbed sleep could affect your bbt. Or as you say, implantation dip! Don’t give up hope yet! Maybe test tomorrow if your temperature goes back up?

How long have you had cervical ectropion for? Sorry, I don’t know much about it! Can it affect TTC?

Yes I might test tomorrow if it goes back up but I don’t have any in so it won’t be FMU so might have to be day after! I’ll order tests tomorrow if it goes up!

Years! I had it pre DD and I had the coil and the threads were causing it irritation and that’s when I spotted it. It calmed down until just before we started TTC this time and again it was coil threads irritating. It’s essentially a natural differential to my cervix where cells from inside appear outside and they’re most fragile to blood increase caused my hormones, in particular progesterone! When the spotting happens it does feel like my cervix is sore too. The only time it’s not happened is when I’ve fallen pregnant and I assume it’s because my cervix is higher up! And no it doesn’t impact it ☺️

Sorry to everyone who had their AF today! Is anyone trying anything different next cycle? Not sure if I should keep to say stuff if AF comes in 3 days time, I’m tempted to just give up all the vitamins I’ve slowly added and just see what my body does!

I’ve kept my FMU in a empty jam jar before to use after I’ve bought a test 👀 but perhaps your idea is better 😂 @Glittertint

Ah, I see! Good that the cervical ectropion doesn’t affect TTC! But must be quite annoying, dealing with blood during my period is bad enough, no one wants more blood! Fingers crossed for a temperature rise tonight 🤞

How long have you been trying now? I really don’t know the answer regarding vitamins! I’ve been taking folic acid and vitamin d since October and then started a vitamin b6, folate and myo-inositol supplement about a month ago. Still in the “trying hard” phase of TRC though my husband is wavering on the idea of a third 😢

Yes it is! It’s only a small amount though but I usually just think “ah I’m out”! and thank you 🤞🏼

Technically I’m currently on cycle 5/ beginning of month 6. But our first cycle I had a check up of the cervix on the day I ovulated so technically missed that, and cycle 3 was the CP. I’ve had long and short cycles! How long have you been trying? I’m taking a pre natal vitamin and then extra b6, iron, inositol, vitd, zinc and magnesium. I’m tempted to cut my prenatal and just do b12 and folic acid separately.

@Glittertint I’ve got a “pee jar” hidden in the cupboard under the sink for ovulation testing every afternoon. My husband definitely thinks im mad but there you go 😂 I think TTC is much much more stressful for a woman, men just fire and go whereas we stress over every little thing so I think we are justified in being a bit crazy about it all!

I had the copper coil out early December, started trying immediately. Ovulated pretty soon after that but DH was away at the wrong time so didnt managed to dtd enough during fertile window. Jan/ Feb was my stupidly long 65 day cycle, where I did managed to dtd loads at the relevant point but nothing happened. So now cycle number 3, think im 3 dpo, CD 32. Still not convinced I actually ovulated though. My Lh levels are about 0.15 but still testing in case they rise again. So 4 months, cycle number 3!

CPs are hard ❤️ Totally see why you are taking a more relaxed approach to testing as that. Which prenatal are you taking? I have heard on here that they can mess with people’s cycles. So maybe worth dropping it for a month or so and seeing what happens?

Thank you! Tested on Monday and there was absolutely nothing. Will test again tomorrow morning and see how it looks.

Today is CD19/1 dpo. I will start testing next Saturday (10 dpo) unless AF comes earlier like the previous cycle ( it came on 10 dpo 😐). Again, this is my third postpartum cycle. Baby dust to everyone here!

@HelloDarknessmyoldfrenemy it’s a pretty good idea to be fair! Yes I agree and we always blame ourselves too when it could be male not doing their job!

Ah so similar in terms of starting points! It’s really hard with irregular cycles isn’t it! I’m CD1 today which means I only reached 10dpo which is unlike me and this cycle was 25 days. So in the time we’ve tried I’ve had 25,28,32,35,25! I’m hoping it starts calming down! Have your temps stayed up?

I’m taking the wild nutrition one which is meant to be very natural but I have thought this on whether it’s actually helping!

That's what I was expecting! Still not got my period so it's looking like I either got my dates wrong, or irregular cycle following coil removal.

I did another test this morning. I swear I could see the faintest line but DH couldn't see anything and nothing showing when I took a photo so think it may have been wishful thinking!!
