i'm dying for a pee and the postie still hasn't arrived!!!!!Help me

sorkycake · 16/06/2008 11:11

pee in a pot, it'll still be good to use.

glaskham I'm baffled. is it possible you didn't ovulate? would you get a FR?

OP posts:
glaskham · 16/06/2008 11:13

i'd get anything but kinda dont see the point in wasting all the money to be honest!! I dont see how ALL them tests (totting up to 9 tests so far) could be wrong.....

BUT i can see resons to why i could be pg and reasons why not.... I know i ovulated, had plenty of EWCM, and felt the ov pains... an in the last 7 mths or so i was tracking ovulation i always ov'd!!

sorkycake · 16/06/2008 11:18

maybe go and see the doc then. does sound unlikely that 9 tests would be wrong though I agree.

Last month my usual LP of 12 was 17 for no reason. I was charting so I know I O'd. I'd had a chemical pg the month before and put it down to that.

Maybe it's a wonky cycle.

possibly.... i dont think i'll test again till after the weekend though if AF doesn't turn up before then!! its driving me mad!!!

Neeerly3 · 16/06/2008 11:21

glaskam - i was due last tues and only got my BF(eint)P on the thursday, so give it time......(and to note, my ebay cheapy was still really feint when i retested on saturday morning with FMU)

glaskham · 16/06/2008 11:23

really Neeerly??? ok... well i'm a little down because if AF had come when due and i wasn't pregnant i'd have been fine, just got on with counting down the days till OV, but with now being late i'm all messed up, one min thinking i must be as i'm never late, next thinking well ALL them tests cant be wrong!!!

tinkhasabean · 16/06/2008 11:26

lastboxoftampons · 16/06/2008 11:29

Oh, 2BG of all times for the Royal Mail to crap out I'm sorry!

Congrats, Tink, that's great news!

2beautifulgirls · 16/06/2008 11:31

Congratulations tink, just 1 little bean then?

2beautifulgirls · 16/06/2008 11:43

So just as i'm about to run out of the door and speed to the chemist my postie drops another package throught the door, my Ebay cheapies. (I had been accusing DH of winding me up and hiding them )
Just did 2 (1 FMU stored in a pot and 1 from my pee just now)
And 2 BFN and now i have AF cramps

lastboxoftampons · 16/06/2008 11:56

Oh, no, 2BG. But, remember, it's not over until she shows. How late are you now? I was very crampy in early PG. Fingers still crossed for you!

kayzisexpecting · 16/06/2008 12:06

Sorry 2BG. But LBOX is right, its not over yet.

I have just done my wee sample for the consultant as I always forget to do it until the last minute and I need to try and squeeze some wee out. But I have had a bottle of Lucozade today so is that likely to affect the result?

Ses15 · 16/06/2008 12:08

Just back from another blood test! Everyone still seems unsure as to whether it's still "stuff" from mmc or a new mmc. I was described as an enigma but felt like shouting "I don't care just get it sorted! I want to start ttc again!!!!" I restrained myself....

2BG - all not over yet I guess so I'll keep hoping for you...

Tink - fantastic! Really pleased for you

Starshinetiger - yay! CD1 then and officialy ttc!

Glaskham - I'd listen to Neeerly - seems like a plausible explanation so fingers crossed!

Should now go tidy up the house as we have a viewing at 5pm!

Neeerly3 · 16/06/2008 12:09

2BG, i was very crampy too, and still am to an extent - my memories of first preg are very hazy, so these pains to me felt very period like, very low and quite sharp - the tell tale which made me test last thursday was i was overwhelmingly tired and again, still am - hope it passes. Not getting very much work done.

2beautifulgirls · 16/06/2008 12:25

Thanks LBOT i'm only 1 day late, AF due yesterday.

Kay unsure about the lucozade, but just mention it to the consultant to be sure.

Ses Sorry that you aren't getting any answers or closure, it must be frustrating for you. What are they doing next?

Neerly Hope you ritedness passes soon. I just feel generally achey like when AF is coming. But have been Extremely tired every afternoon from about 1.30pm-4pm

Thanks everyone, i know not all is lost just yet! I think i have just convinced myself that i am sooo much that i thought it would be confirmed today. I think its the being in limbo that frustrates me the most. I have just bitten DH head off about nothing and he said your period is definately on its way!

Neeerly3 · 16/06/2008 12:27

oh and another point is I am very snappy also, which i don't remember from last preg!

Ses15 · 16/06/2008 12:33

I have to go back Wednesday for another scan. It seems that they think whatever is there is quite small so an ERPC would have a higher risk of tearing the uterus. That suggests that it's more likely "retained product" but the fact I've not had any bleeding and the HCG levels are in the 000s suggests it was a new pregnancy that has miscarried.

Don't know if anyone knows much about HCG levels but last Wednesday was 2055 and Friday was 1925....? I guess any drop is not a good sign whatever!

Right - first stop on tidying is making the bed in the spare room. Here goes....

kookykid · 16/06/2008 13:07

Tink - glad your scan went well.

Ses - what a mare... still having no answers. Wish there was something I could say, but thinking of you.

2BG - Sorry for bfn, but don't give up hope yet! And you Glask, still sounds like you might be pg.

I'm v pleased as think I have a found a childminder for DD in our village which is fab as was worried she'd miss out on getting to know other kids from around here. Sept still feels like ages away, but am dreading giving her to someone else to look after.

glaskham · 16/06/2008 13:13

well still no AF signs or spotting, and had a good old root feel inside and although my cervix feels a little low there was LOTS of sticky thick gunky CM, very gunky and lumpy and stretchy... bit like the pic you posted NJ only gunkier, not clear and slimey like my normal OV EWCM!!! oh dear..... will keep my fingers crossed still.... but i'm very confused!!

sorkycake · 16/06/2008 13:15

ooh i've got that Glaskham.

Aww Ses I hope you get some answers soon.

OP posts:
glaskham · 16/06/2008 13:18

i considered taking a pic just to compare with NJ's pic she found but i'm afraid my nails just couldn't pull it off as well as the lucky woman with that hand modelling job!!!

NatalieJaneIsPregnantAgain · 16/06/2008 13:25

Glaskham, more EWCM later in the month is a good sign

Tink glad all was well, and another scan!! Lucky you!

Ses, without trying to get your hopes up, I don't know very much about hCG levels, but I do know that someone on MN did have a drop in levels but the pregnancy carried on I think she said it was possible that it was twins, one was lost, so that twin's part of the levels dropped or something. Can't even remember who it was now, might be worth starting a thread though?

NatalieJaneIsPregnantAgain · 16/06/2008 13:26

Oh and the pic wasn't me, or mine, someone else linked to it on MN, so I nicked it LOL

DS1 has woken up, but I have just sat down, so am leaving him till he cries
