Hi everyone, just starting up a board for those of us thinking of TTC this month 😊 This is our first month TTC number 3. I just turned 40 so it's unlikely to happen quickly if at all, but we've decided to give it a couple of months just to leave it to fate! Looking forward to chatting with you all!

My body is mocking me😂 my cycles have been 27/28 days for months now so regular, before that it was anywhere up to early 30 but I'm on CD29 now still testing negative
I've had so many BFN with early tests and now normal ones as I'm due on but just wasn't meant to be this time and that's ok
Was so sure I had early pregnancy symptoms but I was also definitely looking for them so who knows. And then this week I feel like I had my usual PMS I'm just waiting for AF to come now.

had a sudden stitch/pulling feeling yesterday around my belly button and this morning!!! Fingers crossed this sticks, first positive since trying! Sending you all love

Hi everyone - hoping it’s ok to join! TTC our first child and currently CD21 of cycle 4 of trying (my cycles are normally 31-32 days). Not particularly hopeful this month due to not tracking ovulation closely and not DTD as much, so I imagine I’ll be back for the January thread, though there’s a tiiiiiny part of me hoping for a Christmas surprise!

For my sanity I’ll be trying my hardest not to symptom-spot during the 2ww and will test just before Christmas for the consolation prize of a lovely Bailey’s on the big day if no luck. It’s so hard not to obsess over it isn’t it! Wishing everybody who’s still in this month the very best of luck!

Hi! Hope it’s ok for me to join! Ttc cycle 7, I’m currently CD13, had flashing smiley on clear blue tests CD 10, 11 and morning of CD 12, then got a static peak smiley on the evening of CD12, so hopefully ovulating today or tomorrow.
I’m under my NHS fertility clinic due to 3 recurring losses and have had numerous tests, I have sticky blood condition and under active thyroid, my medication for thyroid is a bit of trial and error at the moment, being tested every 8 weeks to see which dose stabilises it so that my levels are under 2 mu/L, they were 3.81 mu/L when checked a couple weeks ago, so my dose has been upped. I’ll be taking a baby aspirin every day from 3DPO, then hopefully if we get a BFP, I will continue the baby aspirin and will be on blood thinning injections and progesterone going forward.

How is everyone else getting on so far this month?

This happened to me a few times over the past few months TTC. Late periods when I'm usually like clockwork, wrird symptoms which made me think I'm could be pregnant.. I think it might have actually been due to starting folic acid in advance, .as this can apparently affect some women's cycles. So I stopped and my cycles have gone back to normal now.

Don't know why I have gone and done this to myself but this came up pretty fast on a Clearblue ultra early test this morning, and I swear I could see the evap line appearing in front of my eyes too very shortly after this picture was taken!

I'll take a FRER tomorrow morning at 12DPO and try to not get my hopes up too high.

Unfortunately, after a completely blank FRER this morning (12dpo), I think this was either a faulty test or an evap line that just appeared right away.

I am quite sure I am out this month at this point, so will be taking a break until IVF begins - good luck to you all ❤

I’ve got some cramps going on but haven’t tested for ovulation this month so this could either be ovulation cramps or about to have my period cramps 😂 damn my PCOS and irregular cycle. Feel I might have EWCM so going to make sure I leave time for sex tonight just in case. But will probably be reporting back with the start of my period tomorrow!

just checking if anyone sees anything here? I have mega line eyes and thought I could see a tiny faint mark at first but 10 mins later I can’t see anything now.

(no idea if and when I ovulate due to PCOS - I don’t test anymore as never found a peak and gave up. TTC for 14 months)

Ladies, should we start a January thread soon? I'm hoping we can start trying properly soon although I still haven't gotten my period 3,5 weeks after D&C

I can’t see anything, sorry but I often find that lines look stronger in real life, photos often really struggle to pick up faint ones. Fingers crossed it turns into something!

It’s really hard with PCOS. Have you tried clomid or metaformin yet? Sending baby dust your way

Slightly off topic hope this is ok to ask. I’m marking myself out this month. Our first NHS fertility appt is Tuesday, I have already had ultrasounds done privately to confirm PCOS.

Has anyone else been through PCOS Ttc treatment on the nhs and can give me a bit of a timeline of appts, what processes they did, how long they took in between etc? I have been told in more than likely going to be prescribed letrozole for a while before trying IVF.

Sorry to hear the metformin hasn’t worked. I have PCOS but haven’t had any experience with the NHS ttc pathway so can’t help there but really hope your appointment on Tuesday goes well and they can prescribe something that will help.

Well my period hasn’t started so assuming that the pain I felt was ovulation pain! Which would have been great but didn’t actually manage to get round to having sex due to the 2 year old being up until 11pm… so think I’m probably out anyway! Period due 3rd Jan if my timings are right.

Is anyone else in the TWW? Or struggling to make time for sex due to poor sleeping children? 😂

Good afternoon ladies - I’ve been jumping in and out of threads for months and thought I’d have a few months of not overly thinking things - I did however get my progesterone day 2 and 21 levels checked this month just incase I’m peri menopause- 0.9 day 2 and 40.9 day 21 so pretty good I think 🤔
anyway yesterday done a test and thought I saw something - the kinda line that disappears when you tip it - today I tested and got this .. is this too faint for 11-12dpo ? Scared to believe it

Hi @Tes004good to see you again! If implantation happened later, on 9/10 dpo then I think it's a good line!

Done another one - they said to use from day of missed period so I don’t think they are early detections

@Tes004It does seem a bit light but it has to start somewhere - if it gets stronger in 2 days, I wouldn't worry!

@Anya23 yes is defo on the light side but if it’s from missed period I expect it would be atleast 25mui
I wish I had taken more notice of my cycle this month now - I guess I could be more like 10dpo - previously I’ve had the odd positive test but always followed by a stark white so the ic tricking me a few times over the last year but this time it feels real 🤞 top one this morning and bottom this evening 7 hours apart .. think it shows progression??
