Hi everyone, just starting up a board for those of us thinking of TTC this month 😊 This is our first month TTC number 3. I just turned 40 so it's unlikely to happen quickly if at all, but we've decided to give it a couple of months just to leave it to fate! Looking forward to chatting with you all!

I’m currently cycle day 9! Trying not to obsess with the OPKs and stress too much and just DTD through my fertile week which has started now!

I keep feeling these pinching pains that I only get when I'm pregnant so I'm not sure what to think! DH and I are having second thoughts about TTC (🤦‍♀️) so this might be a one-shot thing. We'll find out next week 😅

I had my first period after my implant came out on the 10th November and currently on CD4 (I think…) so right at the beginning and going to track properly this month. Fingers crossed for everyone here for good news at Christmas 🎄

This is our first month actively trying. I was on CD10 yesterday and we dtd and according to my period tracker ovulation is tomorrow.

@Jess1898 we've been so on the fence about having a third child for years and this was a pretty quick decision this month so I think we're both feeling a little unsure! AF is due next weds so will probably test at the weekend!

I’m really struggling with the TWW this time!
only 3DPO and want to test 😂

annoyed at myself as it’s been the cycles I’ve not really thought about it that I’ve seen a positive test and the 2500 others where I’ve been counting down the days that it’s BFN 😞

must keep distracted!!

Hi hope it’s okay if I join here, think I joined the other Dec thread but the more the merrier lol - we are cycle 3 TTC 1st child, currently 1dpo, looked like I geared up earlier last month to ovulate but didn’t for whatever reason but happened a second time and finally have ovulated (using opk and bbt), period due round about 17th Dec, I am determined to hold off on testing until then! We will see if I stick to that hah

Hey guys hope it's okay to join. I'm 4/5 dpo and hate the TWW really praying for a positive next week, it's so hard waiting to test but the disappointment of a negative is worse!

Trying not to symptom spot but find I'm obsessing and constantly thinking about the possibility of a positive! Not helping that the day I'm due my period this month we will be attending a gender reveal

Hi guys! Joining to read just for now. We've been trying since August this year, fell pregnant in October, but that unfortunately ended in an MC, and had to have a D&C last week. We'll wait for one cycle but apparently I'm already ovulating so I'm guessing we can start trying again around NYE as I have shorter cycles 😅I have a DD who is almost 20 month, and luckily we had no such problems conceiving her

I was hoping to wait untill Thursday 11th when I'd be 12/13 dpo so result will be reliable. However I know I'm going to struggle to wait that long 😂🫣

I'm away this weekend in Venice with my partner which is great because I'm hoping I won't give it much thought and just enjoy myself. Will likely test Tuesday morning at 10/11 dpo

I'm due period next Saturday but I'm so impatient, I've got some early detection tests so going to start testing beginning of the week.

We're TTC our third and it's been 10 years since we last got pregnant but I already feel like I'm getting those very early symptoms. I had them before so I hope my mind isn't just making it all up!

Hope we all get those positives we're hoping for!!

So, I was feeling a bit off yesterday and tested and surprisingly got a positive test! The bleed I had on 23rd November doesn’t appear to have been a period!

I had a transvaginal ultrasound and it’s currently being classed as a pregnancy of unknown location because they couldn’t see anything. They don’t know if it’s too early or if it could be ectopic. I’ve had bloods done and should get the results today!

I had some spotting last night but only a miniscule amount that I wouldn’t have noticed if I weren’t checking for it and my cervix seems to have closed so fingers crossed for positive news!

Hi ladies 3dpo here today, trying for baby number 1. Had two chemicals this year (last cycle was a chemical) so I’m worried but let’s see how it goes x

@Jess1898 how far along are you? I had an ectopic last year. I had a lot of heavy bleeding with that and my hcg was up and down

@Plumchummim only about 4 weeks! Had a call from the hospital and my HCG was around 236 so I’m having it checked every 48 hours now to see if it doubles as normal or not

Congratulations! From memory, that HCG level seems good for 4 weeks! Fingers crossed for the next 48 hours 🤞🤞

That seems good for four weeks! Also it's normal not to see anything on a scan yet. I had pink spotting around five weeks with my dd, and I had no problems with that pregnancy, they said it can happen in the first trimester. But it's best to be checked out either way

I think they are worried it could be ectopic because I was having one sided pain but then I had pain on the other side that eased afterwards and I’m horrendously constipated so it could be that!

She did notice some free fluid by my ovary which she said couldn’t indicate ectopic but could also be from a burst cyst. And she said she was concerned at how thin my lining is so there’s a couple of worrying things!
