OK...so I haven't been on for a while...mainly was too depressing as couldn't try to TTC as OH was still away. He's back now and [crosses everything humanly possible] hopefully will have a BFP in the next 2 weeks! I'm only at DPO3 but already symptom spotting (or as my friend pointed out...when I do it at work its just procrastination!!!)

So...any other symptom spotetrs out there??

Emma, I've been reading a lot about home pg tests in the last day (funny that). Apparently the earliest you can get a positive result is DPO 8 but that only happens in 5% of pg cases. Most sesitive ones say 65% 3 days before AF due so you've still got loads of chance...meanwhile I'm trying to convince myself not to test tomorrow morning (DPO8) because obviously it will be BFN as only DPO8 but also...don't like DH today so don't want to talk babies and also I'm going out tomorrow night and want to enjoy seafood, nice cheese and wine and wont be able to if by some fluke of chance I get a BFP.
On the symptom spotting front...feel bloated but that could be the moutain of pasta I ate on Monday evening I have been tired but that could be because DS has wakened lots over last couple of nights because he's been really thirsty

Chilled LOL re enjoying forbidden foods etc I am exactly the same - even though I know my chances are pretty slim this month I am now feeling guilty if I have a sniff of wine - Ive been on the peppermint tea all night - boring!! Good luck but dont do the test yet (if you can stand it!)

Back from evening with Mum. Told her what's been going on and she was ok with it. (A bit disappointed that I hadn't already told her and that I didn't ask her to go to scan with me today in absence of DH).

DH phoned earlier. He was great and just said take a day at a time. He's home tomorrow night.

Hi Lulabelle! Your not alone!!! It's so easy to spot potential symptoms!!

Hope everyone else is ok this morning. Anyone done a sneaky test this morning???!

emma2617 · 12/06/2008 08:09

Morning Ladies!!

Ses Sorry it wasn't better news...but as Chilled said, it wasn't a definate no, just not a definate yes. At least your getting plenty of follow up tests to make sure you get an answer!

Sooo proud...I didn't test this morning!!!!!!

As for symptoms, I am EXTREMELY hungry!! I was absolutely stuffed after my tea last night (which we didn't have until bout 9.30 as we bought new TV and DP had to fiddle with it!!) but I woke up at 6.30 this moerning absolutely ravenous!! Apart from that there isn't much else, I am beginning to realise it's not gonna be my month!!

Hope everyone is well!!

Ses15 · 12/06/2008 08:16

Ses15 · 12/06/2008 13:20

McDreamy · 12/06/2008 14:01

still haven't tested still no af!

Ses15 · 12/06/2008 14:02

You are very patient! Too much self control!!! When are you planning to test?

chilledmama · 12/06/2008 15:09

Welcome McDreamy and Lulabelle. I recognise your name McDreamy from a TTC thread I was on for a bit back in Feb and Mar...sorry you're still TTC but hey means we have you here instead!
Managed to resist the urge this morning. Mainly cause DH really annoyed me and I really want the Seafood pletter tonight but of course have been doing overtime on symptom spotting today as a result of not testing. I have been a bit dizzy and I am still bloated. There is no way I will be able to wait until Sunday or Monday...

Ses15 · 12/06/2008 15:14

This should be the self control thread the way things are going!!! I'm no good at all this waiting!!!

McDreamy · 12/06/2008 16:12

Probably will wait til the weekend! I have been feeling a bit dizzy in the last few days but I've put it down to the heat. Did fall asleep on the sofa this afternoon and DH had to make the DC's tea

McDreamy · 12/06/2008 16:13

Hey chilledmama maybe we should do a simultaneous test

McDreamy · 12/06/2008 18:43

I have got this overwhelming urge to bake though!!! This evening I have made lentil chilli and rice, anzac biscuits, mango ice lollies and walnut bread!!!

Ses15 · 12/06/2008 18:48

OMG McDreamy!! What's got into you with all the baking???!! Must be pg hormones!

terrier141 · 12/06/2008 18:49
