It’s my own doing too. I test way too early and convince myself I see a line! I became a serial early tester after my loss a few years ago!

Bless you, it’s easier said than done though to stop. It’s good we have this community to feel like we aren’t just in our own heads

Yes, I’m currently CD17 and still no ovulation but think it’s coming (finally) as LH tests are getting higher yesterday / today and seeing other signs too this morning

Hi everyone - hope its OK to join? I am on CD1 of the 2nd cycle in which we're trying to conceive a sibling for our DD who is nearly two. I have a short LP due to breastfeeding and time is not on my side as I am 41

11dpo and took a Clearblue this morning. I feel like there’s a vvvvfl but can’t pick it up on camera. I’m counting it as negative for now, will see what tomorrow brings

Does anyone know when I should test? I think I’ve been testing too early. I have PCOS so periods can be 25 days or 45 days between. I done a couple OPK’s with quite a dark one on Tuesday 30th could have peaked before or just after that. Ovulation pain on Tuesday / Wednesday.

I started hcg tests yesterday but now wondering if I’ve been testing way too early.

@Ttcno2thisber obviously too early if you think you ovulated last wednesday that's 6 days ago wait at least 4 more days...but then again if you're not sure about ovulation very hard to know

Yeah I had a feeling I’m probably around 6dpo! Will maybe retest Monday

I wonder whether with PCOS youd benefit from a different kind of tracking method? Like a mira or inito? I bought myself the former, even though I dont have PCOS, and its a game changer. The cycle Ive just come out of for example I got a lot less ewcm and could have missed my fertile window

TTC baby number 1. I only started using OPKs this cycle. Got the ‘peak’ on Saturday afternoon on clearblue digital, DTD also on Friday, Saturday and Sunday- is it likely I ovulated on Sunday? Based on the peak OPK. Is this test very accurate??

Started TWW now I guess!
have been also trying to track BBT at the same time daily.

@EmeraldPie the cb digital opk is very accurate I conceived second cycle with these ones so very accurate 😊They are very sensitive so maybe even Monday is possible..fingers crossed x

12dpo today and bfn on Clearblue. I reckon af will be here Friday or Saturday. Once she arrives will speak to dp about getting some private testing done. He’s adamant he doesn’t want to try for more than a year because of the age gap that we’ll have between DS and a baby so want to rule out any issues that could be remedied 😞

@HansBanans soo sorry to hear that 😔it can take healthy couples with no underlying issues up to a year to conceive...there's something like a 20-30% chance every month if you time bd correctly...took us 7 months including the chemical so I know how you feel tho 😔

@Ec2808 I know, I’m trying not to stress but this stupid time limit isn’t helping 😂

@HansBanans trust me I know we started in February because we would have liked a different birth month than may or June as DS is june 8th and DD is May 31st and look what we got May 20th 😂3 birthday only weeks apart 😂

@Ec2808 oh nooo 🤣 at least they’re all out the road and the rest of the year is cheaper 😂 I said years ago I’d love a July baby which is what next cycle would hopefully bring, so here’s hoping 🤞🏻

I was worried about falling pregnant last cycle as it would have been a similar situation for us but I’m at the point now where I could have a due date of Christmas Day and I wouldn’t care. I just want to be pregnant 😂

@HansBanans totally get that! 😂least of my worries now too tbh!! just happy it finally worked but will say was the month were i didn't fixate as much as i was because was soo determined it was not healthy 😂

Currently on 3rd cycle TTC and have very regular cycles, although on the shorter side. Usually 22 - 26 days max. Today I'm CD27 and think I ovulated on CD17 (late ovulation for my normal cycle) which means I should have a BFP by now if I was pregnant (from previous experience). No AF yet.
I took a test with FMU today and BFN. Took a CB yesterday and think there was an evap line. I hate those. Always used FRER but only seem to be available via Amazon these days.
I feel like AF is looming and my body is mocking me but we shall see in the next day or so.

Welcome @MamaGeordie, I also have shorter cycles normally (25-27 days the last few cycles)
🤞For you, not every pregnancy is the same, you might have had a later implantation

@MamaGeordie Hi, welcome! if you ovulated later then AF will also be pushed back..LP of 10days would be considered on the short side and is not really ideal..what way do you track ovulation with bbt or opks?
