The FR didn't show a BFP until the day AF was due with this pregnancy.

I know!!!!! Pompey are in the UEFA cup next season!!

nobodyputsBBinthecorner · 17/05/2008 17:06

yeah see the thing is i dont know when my AF is due, have decided will test with FMU tomo, and if BFN, will give it two weeks and retest... or at least a week!

im proud of my team !!

Thats a great plan BB!

nobodyputsBBinthecorner · 17/05/2008 17:09

you know i always thought that waiting would be more stressful than ttc! how wrong i was ! and obv it doesnt end there! after get BFP stress of tellin work, when to tell, the stress of extra scans no extras... god its all stress is nt it?

OP posts:
kayzisexpecting · 17/05/2008 17:13

I find being pregnant less stressful than TTC!

nobodyputsBBinthecorner · 17/05/2008 17:15

OP posts:
kayzisexpecting · 17/05/2008 17:16

Yeah probably.

nobodyputsBBinthecorner · 17/05/2008 17:24

do you find it all easy to do kays financially, if you dont mind me asking? do you think u wld find it harder if you didnt have help with childcare?

OP posts:
nobodyputsBBinthecorner · 17/05/2008 17:30

kayzisexpecting · 17/05/2008 17:33

Its ok BB. We do find it a little bit hard when we have both had a week off and been paid holiday pay.

If MIL didn't have DS I couldn't work as we couldn't afford childcare. She is on about moving and when she does I will have to stop working.

glaskham · 17/05/2008 18:04

Kay- we cant afford childcare if i were to work and everyone in the family works too so thats mainly the reason i'm a SAHM, although however much i love it i do long for some adult conversation. I'm hoping to talk my mum into babysitting on a weekend for me so i can get a saturday/sunday job for a bit of normality and a bit of extra spends aswell!!

kayzisexpecting · 17/05/2008 18:21

I hate working. I very much doubt I'll be going back after this baby. After 9 months off work I don't think I will be able to go back.

glaskham · 17/05/2008 18:23

you see after dd i thought i'd not want to go back to work, but 2 years later and i yearn for it!!! though me and DH have thoguht abotu it and haven't a clue what i can do once they are both in school that will give me 9.30-3pm working hours!!! so looks like i'll have to be a housewife forever

kayzisexpecting · 17/05/2008 18:26

I work in a supermarket and they do 9.30 to 3.30 working hours. I don't mind it sometimes but sometimes I absolutely hate it. I will not be going back to work. I might try doing something like Avon which I can do from home.

glaskham · 17/05/2008 18:30

i looked into that, but you need to pay £7.50 for the catalouges even if you dont sell anything.... which i didn't want to run the risk of!!

kayzisexpecting · 17/05/2008 18:33

Yeah thats a problem. I've looked at like betterware and stuff too. But I can't drive yet so it would be at bit hard to do.

We could become Ann Summers party hosts

glaskham · 17/05/2008 18:39

you see i'm thinking abotu becoming self employed, either ebcome a mobile hairdersser (which will require me to pass mytest first) or a property developer (which is my dream!!) so i can work my own hours, but then i dotn know how bad the money bug would hit me if i were to get too hooked on work, and i'd be scared of being to invloved with my bussiness than focusing on the kids and DH, i'd much rather cope how we are now than be rolling it in and not gettign the time with the kids... hard isn't it!! i'd also love to be a doula or a midwife but dont know how the training and the work would fit in with school hours.

glaskham · 17/05/2008 18:40

ooh...i hadn't thought about ann summers parties- they'd be lots of fun!!!

kayzisexpecting · 17/05/2008 18:42

I want to be a property developer too. But its just getting the money to buy and do up a house.

I might become a dog walker then I can take the kids with me.

glaskham · 17/05/2008 18:46

haha- i'd thoguht about that too!!! haha!!

kayzisexpecting · 17/05/2008 18:48

I love dogs and plus I didn't lose the weight from DS so I will have to be extra strict when I have this baby. So it will be very helpful to my exercising.

glaskham · 17/05/2008 18:52

i'm joining the gym after this pregnancy- when it happens, oh i really dont think we're first time lucky.... i did 2 tests today and both were negative, i'm 4 days before AF due.... oh well, there's always next cycle...

glaskham · 17/05/2008 18:56

right DH is home and tea will be ready in a mo... i'm off, probs wont be around tomorrow or monday as DH has both days off so gonna make the most of the time with him!!

have a good weekend ladies!! tata xxx

kayzisexpecting · 17/05/2008 18:56

4 days early!!!!!! They are bound to be negative this early. don't give up all hope yet!!
