aw thanks kays! i saw my friend yesterday she has two weeks to go with DC3 and she has the tiniest bump! honestly she only looks about 5-6 months bless her, seems babies are everywhere atm! x

I know! Someone I know is about 5 days overdue and she is so small.

At the hospital today we were near the delivery ward and you could hear babies crying. I can't wait til December.

BB CD30 sounds good to me aswell.

I am feeling so tired but that is because dd had me up since 4 this morning. Her teeth are playing her up I am sure one of her back ones are coming through.

It is a struggle at the moment to clean the onces she has as she wont let me in with the toothbrush. I have to pin her down, which isn't nice. She has 4 on the top at the front and two at the bottom. She normally lets me do it but I think her gums are hurting.

aw is it easier to be excited now you've had the scan?! arg i really cant wait either its just all i can think of atm its nice tho cos dps the same

Yes its much easier to be excited now.

LL, DS loves having his teeth brushed but afer we do it he tries to pull his tongue out.

I know dd usually loves it but the last two days she has cried as soon as she sees the tooth brush.

LOL at your ds trying to pull his tongue out though. poor thing..

aww it really doenst sound much fun! LL do you have one of those soothers that dispense medicine when they suck um?

used to use one but dd loves all medicine now she would drink it by the pint in her beaker so we dont need it anymore we just give her a spoon.

LL,he did it after we saw the dentist last week and ever since then he has done it. Don't know why though.

Well I went last week and they had a look at his as he was there. I don't think they need to be seen but you could always register her.

What does BLW mean? I have read it a few times and have no idea what it means. I think the W is weaning but what is the BL?

I don't know. I have seen it before too.

Evening, not got long again - DS1 has come home from party with his face painted, except it isn;t coming off easily so we are heading for a long shower methinks!

BLW is Baby Led Weaning, and IMO and E a godsend! Aitch has a really good blog (you will have to search for a link, I haven't got time!) and there are tonnes of threads on it. As with most things there are draw backs (i.e. the mess!) but especially when you have other kids to run around after, it really is the most simple thing!

Right, shower here we come!

Sorry, should probably have outlined BLW! It is basically that you start with solid food, rather than puree/mashed, and the baby will feed him/herself rather than you messing around with bowls and spoons (see why 'the mess' comes into it?!!!)
