Hellloo.
Is anyone else starting TTC for next cycle in January?
I've got a DD who's 6 but I do feel a bit like i haven't done this in a while so just wanted to chat. 🙂

@Qwerty93 that would be the dream. I'm currently sat in bed and it's 115. I don't understand how it's a predictor of pregnancy though? And I can't find anything online?!

Oh yeah. So the 115 will just be your heart rate now…. It’s the resting heart rate. Which I think is mainly monitored when you are asleep and updated the next day.

maybe conpare it to last months. Mine are all up and down… but when I was pregnant it was on a straight upwards trajectory.

basically it’s probably the hormone progesterone staying…. Or simply your body is working harder as it’s pregnant.

@Qwerty93 thanks for explaining. It was up by one beat again this morning to 84. I am now CD 21 so if it continues to go up after this then hopefully that means pregnancy?!

@Qwerty93 also - my BBT has dropped this morning?! It was 36.38 but was 36.63 yesterday! So that wouldn't suggest pregnancy as it should stay high or go up right? First cycle TTC and I'm finding it all so confusing 😅

I think @Qwerty93 is right, when I was trying for my first there was a lot of groups on here tracking RHR as it’s a sign of early pregnancy, @brycequinny yours is looking very positive for sure! Increasing each day.

I didn’t see a slow rise till about 10dpo onwards with my first.

Just following my post yesterday RHR by the end of the day came right down and stayed the same as the previous 2 days, so god knows now 🤷🏼‍♀️ I was feeling optimistic yesterday not so much today.

This was my BBT with my first, you can see there was some little drops here and there but it steadily rose and kept above the baseline, what I found was a sharp drop indicated my period was on it way.

@Mama09876 thanks for explaining and sharing your charts! Your bbt chart from your first pregnancy looks like it had an implantation dip around 6 DPO. Also, you seem to have a low follicular phase temp like me! Which makes me feel better as I was worried it was too low and my luteal phase temps were too low also which may mean there's an issue

I didn’t realise there high/low temps in phases can indicate issues, I just thought everyone would have a different temp depending on their bodies/environment etc 😂 I get temp increases for pregnancy.

i haven’t done my bbt for over a year now, up in the night and just keep forgetting 🤦🏼‍♀️ I am thinking if it hadn’t worked this month I’ll start tracking again next month.

How many DPO are you currently?

Mines dropped again to 60bpm 😢

I did a one step this morning and it's very faint still :(

I'm unsure 😭😭 so I woke up this morning and was bleeding, straight away just assumed af put a tampon in, did a test but left it because I was like why did I eveb do a test your bleeding. I've gone to toilet now and the bleeding has stopped. Like the tampon only had a spot on it and a little pink. So I've done another test. And I don't even know if this is something or not 😭lol

@Qwerty93 i don’t think it necessarily means you’re out, my RHR was up and down until about 10 DPO then I seen a continual increase.

It's such minefield 😭 will be thinking of you today! I'm not sure if I should do a different brand of test or try to hold my wee longer or just leave it now 🤦🏼‍♀️

I know I'm thinking the same thing, I think if I continue to bleed today, it must just be dodgy cheap tests I reckon. They are 10miu so supposed to be the most sensitive really, but I dunno. It's awful isn't it 😪

I’ve got to say with those boots ones I found them notorious for evap line, thin grey line on it but at first glance could not been positive. I basically don’t like that brand 😂 but lots of ladies I’ve seen use them on here and been fine.

If you’ve got two faint lines on two tests now, got everything crossed they get darker for you 🤞🏻

I usually use one step strips, and I've had faint lines on those for a couple of days now! But a negative digital and then the positive boots early. I think it's definitely a positive, just cautious it could be a chemical, I have unfortunately had a few chemicals and a miscarriage during this TTC journey.

I should chill off testing but I also have surgery scheduled for Friday that I'd like to know if I need to cancel 🤦🏼‍♀️

Mine are amazon ones, I've looked at boots and the ones they do in the shop near me anyway are 25miu so not as sensitive xx

I'm not 100% sure. I think about 12-14 DPO.

The RHR has gone slightly down today though which makes me a little nervous.

Congrats @Fluffydino21 and everyone else who's got their positive this month. I love this part of a TTC thread when all the test pictures start coming through, so exciting!

Still only 8dpo so can't start testing yet, but January seems to have lasted a year already! 😂

I’m 8DPO also, it’s literally taking forever!
