Good morning

I think, THINK, I may have had some EWCM yesterday, not sure if it was erm... spittage...!! LOL Will find out I suppose when ever period turns up...

Glad you had a good time yesterday Kay

GJ, joking aside, think very carefully before causing an 'accident', I know of two people who have done this one who has managed to pull it off, her DP thinks it was a real accident, still together, but IMO, their relationship really isn't as stable as you would want, second woman got found out (tripped over her own lies) and her and her DH have just gotten divorced, not completely down to her lies, but it started going down hill when he found out. Both of them also had dreadful pregnancies, one of them admit they think the bad pregnancy was down to the stress of having to constantly lie, not just to her DH, but to the midwives, doctors, consultants etc. Having to remember what she had said to who, not much fun I'd say!

Moos, did you do the full explosion? (where else could I ask that except MN?! I love this place )

Why do some sellers on eBay have to be such fucking utter twats?

NatalieJane · 27/04/2008 10:43

Ooooh meant to say as well, Tink, from my very limited knowledge on charts, that is looking really good, let's just hope it stays up high

tinkerbelldust · 27/04/2008 10:55

cheers hun

Diege · 27/04/2008 11:12

Morning! Yah EWM Nat - hopefully of the A-road variety . I've not had any at all this month (on day 19 now) but I seriosuly think I didn't ovulate this month as I was so stressed by work and things (and no, I'm not blaming those-who-cannot-be-named for that )
So tell auntie diege about the e-bay seller Nat. I sell a lot on E-bay, so might be able to offer some wise words? (or maybe post on e-bay thread - they are v.helpful there) .
Kay, glad you had a great time in Whitby. Is it Goth weekend at the mo'? Can't wait till our hols there - maybe we could meet for a coffee?
Rain rain and more rain here. Think we'll all take the bus into town, have a mooch round the 'mall', and then get the dds a much promised dvd to watch from Blockbusters (some chipmunks thing??). Life on the edge here!

Diege · 27/04/2008 11:13

Meant to ask Tinks, do consistently high tempos mean that you may be pregnant, or just that you are ovulating? Great either way!

kayzisexpecting · 27/04/2008 11:36

Hello,

YAY for EWCM!! LOL!!!

Yes Diege it is goth weekend. It was great yesterday. Some people go to great lengths and make their own dresses and they look fab! We'll have to meet for a coffee when you are on holiday.

GJ, a friend of mine tried to make an 'accident' happen. Her DP walked in on her putting a needle through the condom and needless to say he walked out and they spilt up. He also told everyone he knew she had done it. Her mum and dad just about speak to her now but most people ignore her and she hasn't had a boyfriend in 6 years. So be very very careful.

tinkerbelldust · 27/04/2008 11:41

18 consistent high temps after ov mean pregnant

Diege · 27/04/2008 11:51

Wow Tinks, must be quite stressful taking them every morning then!!! Think I'd rather be in ignornace, lol! Dare I ask where you are up to in the count down to testing?
Wow Kay, that's a warning story there if ever there was one! A bit of the boyfriend to tell everyone, but then can understand his anger too! My friend from years ago didn't get pregnant after her self-insemination, and has since split from BF, so all good!

TheSlightestTeuch · 27/04/2008 11:57

Tink, as I understand it, if your temps stay up then FF will confirm OV on CD33 and you are on countdown to testing! Since we don't know aboutyour luteal phase, then we will have to guesstimate 10 days from now (being 14dpo) as a suitable testing date ...7th May?

Poor GJ...we don't know for sure what exactly you are planning but we will keep you in check!!

Diege · 27/04/2008 12:08

I know Teuch, don't think we're coming on all heavy GJ!!! Just keeping a sisterly eye on you that's all . Only you know your situation, and we're not judging, just providing anecdotal info' . If I'm totally honest, I think a missed pill or two/being economical with the truth about 'safe' times figures in my past history too, without telling dh .

kayzisexpecting · 27/04/2008 12:13

The thing was he only wanted to wait 2 months until they had finished their degrees. By not waiting 6 years later she still has no children.

NatalieJane · 27/04/2008 12:50

Don't get too excited for my EWCM, it was only a little bit, and I normally have at least 24 hours of it, so I am not getting excited!

Bloody eBay, anyone remember the 'Brand new in it's box water slide' I ordered about 3 weeks ago? Well it turned up, very used, grass and muck all over it, stinking of stale water, so the seller has agreed it wasn't new at all, but is still fucking about, offering us everything under the sun, except the refund. I am giving her a chance because if we go through PayPal, we will have to pay for retuned postage (about £15) whereas if she just agree's to refund then she will pay it, I wouldn't mind but the exact slide was in woolies for £100, now it has been reduced again to £89, and inc. P&P we paid £67 for the one we got, that is unusable, so there is no way we are going to settle for it, for another £22 we could have gone to woolies and ordered it properly. Grrrrrrr!

It is such a touchy subject, I can understand easily someone trying to cause an accident, but in reality it isn't as simple as putting a needle through a condom.

tinkerbelldust · 27/04/2008 13:02

thanks d and t
i had down to test on may 10th
i am very excited about my chart
nj it is quality not quantity
sorry 4 slide hope you get it sorted out

pinktink30 · 27/04/2008 13:14

i have just ordered a baby annabell and magic milk bottle from ebay for dd1s bday(in aug) getting over organised again!!

pinktink30 · 27/04/2008 13:24

also cd33 for ovulation is great!! as bd on cd30 and cd33

CosmogirlIsStillWaiting · 27/04/2008 13:28

I think we need more info GJ....but for what it is worth, I reckon this kind of thing is much more common than people think. I know of two women who are likely candidates to have orchestrated pregnancies without partner's prior knowledge. Personally it isn't something I could do. I would want to know that DH was 110 per cent on board with the idea of becoming a Dad first. If it is what you want, but not what they want, ultimately I don't think it will end well.

Anyhoo, you got our five pence worth! [even if you weren't asking for it!] Hope everyone else is having good Sundays. I am currently putting off all the jobs I should be doing by writing this message. Better hop to it I suppose......

kayzisexpecting · 27/04/2008 13:35

Nat, I think she was hoping the holes would cause it to split. She knows someone who got pregnant after sticking a needle through a condom a few times. Thats where she got the idea.

NatalieJane · 27/04/2008 13:57

Sorry Kay, I didn't mean anything by saying it isn't as simple as sticking a pin in it, I meant, there is a lot more to it emotionally to it then the actual act of how ever you cause the accident, IYSWIM?!!

Tink, (I am going to keep calling you Tink, no matter what you change your name to, I can't keep up!!! ) you are better than me, before DS2 came along, I'd have xmas sorted by October, and DS1's birthday sorted at least 3 months before, now, I am normally still sorting things in the morning of xmas/birthdays! This year before DS1's birthday we were up till about 2.30 in the morning blowing up balloons and putting banners up, when I say we, I obviously mean me, DH was snoring on the sofa!

pinktink30 · 27/04/2008 14:01

lol

possible symptoms cramps really bad, pooing lots (tmi)
quite wet cm

kayzisexpecting · 27/04/2008 14:02

I think there must be. I know I couldn't do it. Despite what EMIL thinks.
I know her friend had 3 DCs and wanted a 4th and her DH said no but if an accident happened he wouldn't mind.

NatalieJane · 27/04/2008 14:06

See I think if DH said that to me, I think I probably would try and corrupt him get him drunk..... But I think if he said that, then what he really means is 'Yeah it'd be OK, but I don't want to go through the TTC'ing again, and how much difference is one more going to really make?!!!'

But then DH would never say anything like that, he is far too black and white for any grey areas!

kayzisexpecting · 27/04/2008 14:13

Its stupid really. If you don't want anymore kids then don't say that you wouldn't mind an accident happening. Just say no.
