@Frenchtoastie I'm cycle day 13 today so I guess still early but peaked day 12 last month I'll attach the photo.

I just wish I could foresee whether today or tomorrow is “peak” 🤣

Hm, mine are very light prior to any kinda surge like register on Premom as 0.1.. attached mine for last few days with todays peak just for reference and normally is. But I can always just about make out a line

Hard to predict, only tracked two cycles but one I peaked 8hrs after first positive, second one I peaked 30 hours after first positive 😂

Oh really? I have been told that even if you don’t see it visibly when wiping ect there still will be plenty inside which you cannot see so try not to worry too much!

So could be day or tomorrow 😭 maybe DTD tonight and then tomorrow you might get a second wind? (If you haven’t peaked)

oh that’s good to know! Last month I had loads when I wiped and thus month nothing 🥲

I can see the lines where they’ve dried down, but are faint. Do you track them in Premom? It can be hard to tell what the line looked like when the tests were considered valid. It least there is a line, mine are really light before I get a sudden peak. Are yours normally this light before a surge or is it out of the ordinary?

Yeah, it’s so annoying as my obsessive personality can’t cope with it 😂. I wish there was an exact science to this LH testing, hate it being a rough guide of upto 48 hrs!

Definitely log them on pre mom so it gives you the rating for each one there’s different tabs for different brands of tests x

I'm super light too, but my peak comes later... last month I didn't have any CM but I had a peak, I'm hoping to have CM + peak this month...

Afternoon ladies,

Well tww starts properly for me today! I don't think it'll be a successful cycle for us unfortunately. Lh peaked on Saturday evening, and started to decline the next morning, however I didn't get any CM until yesterday (and even at that, not alot) so a bit uncertain as to when ovulation actually was, we didn't DTD yesterday or today so I don't think we've covered enough days, I know they say it can stay active up to 5 days but it lessens our chances I guess.
I just didn't have the energy to force DTD, it's getting to the point it just feels sort of...awkward?
So..if it happens to be our month, it'll catch I guess.

Hi ladies, I was away on holiday for a while and decided to just put anything to do with TTC out of my head... now that I'm back home, I've found out a friend is pregnant.
I'm obviously happy for her but feeling a little sad today.

I can completely understand this, I found out my sister was pregnant the other month so a little different, and whilst I was happy for her and excited for a niece/nephew I was also sad for me as it was just after AF arrived after our first month TTC. For her it just happened, no testing / tracking ect. Sorry for rambling there but just wanted to say your feelings are normal and valid 🙂. You never know this could be your month and you could share the journey with her!

@KT199 my AF actually just ended last week so fingers crossed over the next week or so! This is only our second month of "properly" trying but it's already so draining 😳 all the testing, researching, googling... if only I put this much effort in at school 😂

Hi all! Just catching up on posts now! God this is hard isn't it! Hope your all feeling ok.

I was testing my OPK with strip tests from poundland .... thought today I'd get the clear blue one and straight away got my solid smiley face! Going to do one the strip tests in a bit to see if they are a dud pack! So someone tell me ... when do I now need to DTD - done it every day since Saturday, including today. Do I need to do it again tomorrow? 🫠🫠🫠🫠

@littlebluu it is so confusing! I find myself wondering each time if we’ve actually covered when needed.. and I am already reaching sex feeling like a chore at this point in my cycle. I feel like I can’t be bothered forcing it either.

@Lila34830 I wonder this too tbh. Because ovulation is 24-48 hrs (allegedly) after start of the rise and 8-20hrs after “peak”. I feel like the positive test makes you feel like you have to start with DTD.. but I’m certain last 2 months we’ve not timed it correctly and by time it comes to peak we’re all out of steam and the “product” from my OH is probably next to nothing and useless for peak and ovulation day. I wanted to wait it out a little more this month and typically.. I had “peak” yesterday when we’d already DTD the day before. My temps haven’t changed as though I’m going to ovulate, my surge was really short and I have no clue what’s going on 🤣

If you’ve got a solid smiley then the CB is saying the next 48hrs are your most fertile! So “peak” fertility today with the suggestion tomorrow would be ovulation day. Your choice if you go again 🤣🤣😅

@KT199 this is exactly what we've done and by the time I was peaking we were completely done and couldn't be arsed so I think we have DTD too early like 3 days before actual ovulation, and I think even though sperm lives for 5 days it's actually not guaranteed ! I'm supposed to peak any day from tomorrow so I think we will DTD tomorrow and then when I peak through ovulation day and maybe once again on cm day ?

are these boots own brand of ovulation sticks? They gave me the faintest line and never a peak! I tried Premom and they work perfectly! Xxx

@slothbat I second @Gemmaemilyx my pre mom are great especially logging them into the app I find this super convenient. I'd recommend them as it can also help you track your pattern of ovulation (that being said it's only my second month on them 😂 but last month I had a peak etc :) )

Yeah I was looking into it, I was logging last month on an app called Glow, I'll attach a pic of last month and you could see it increase but this month with the tests nothing?!
