Hey girls. What cycle day is everybody ?

8/9 on my side I think, fatigue, lower back cramping, nausea and headaches. Had two bites of a breakfast sandwich and the sight of Sausage suddenly made me sick, also cried again this morning ! But this could literally all be pms. I am determined not to test until Monday at least. ... we shall see.

I'm 9 DPO, I have some lower back pain and unusually hungry but that's all! And I usually get back pain when AF is due so that could be why. As for the hunger... a week or so after ovulation I got really intense hunger that lasted a few days and I couldn't shift! Now it's back but not as bad... but is prob just PMS!!

Sounds so promising, I bet it’s hard to not get your hopes up! Fingers crossed for you, let us know when you’ve tested 🤞

I'm around 9dpo too! I've had the worst sore boobs, to the point last night I rolled over in my sleep and my 🍈🍈 moving caused enough pain to wake me up from sleep 🙃 I normally have sore boobs after O but they tend to stop being sore around 10dpo, so wondering if this is a good sign! Other than the boobs just a low level headache and the on off cramping. It's my first proper cycle TTC since I came off the pill, so taking a little while to remember what's usual for me on the lead up to AF!

@Lila34830 so the plan was to test around 12dpo, however, I've already caved and tested 😂 bfn obviously, but a girl likes to hope! How about you? When are you planning to test?

I might hold off until Tuesday the day af is supposed to come ! But at the weekend I feel like you have more time to think and wonder and probs could cave 🙈

Update: no surge in LH, so i think my cycle is just messed up due to the CP. So i think im officially in two week wait for AF, ironically i want it to show fast so i can get on to the next cycle. Wont lie i feel so bumped about it 😩. Was really hopeful for this cycle...

Honestly I feel your disappointment, happened to me 2 cycles ago and I was so upset, but it's your body's way of preserving itself! I'm sure next cycle will be better 🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽

I'm day 9, waiting for fertile days to show up but no smileys yet. I have quite a short cycle.

@ThisOchreTiger you know what this cycle it took me 24 days before by LH peak and I honestly felt like the actual wait for ovulation was worse mentally than the 2WW so I sympathise !!

Good tip. Where do you order the premom sticks? I was looking online but can only see the US website, nothing for EU or UK!

The Mira ones are crazy even on sale 😅 think I'll try without the advanced monitor for a couple of months first!!

I'm going to hold off until I get a late period! I've actually never tested. I can't really explain it but I'd rather wait until AF gives me my answer, than test too early and get disheartened at seeing a negative

I'm trying to focus on my health and diet this month. Following the fertility nutritionist. Can't remember who posted the link to a pic but thought it was interesting!

I’ve had terrible cramps today and a very small amount of dark brown blood so I suppose AF is here. So I’m on CD1, I’ll be focusing on nutrition too this month @Itstime2023

@Heartypandaa I'm glad your headache is gone! That's good news!

I feel like I'm slowly going mad symptom spotting! I still have a headache that's been lurking in the background, but most recently everytime I stand up I feel really dizzy. I know I'm drinking plenty of fluids, easily around 3 litres a day.
Also, this is TMI, but I feel like I'm getting thrush or a uti. I feel quite odd down below & I have had quite a lot of CM. No smelly urine, classic thrush symptoms or anything like that. Just that sensation that you can get when thrush or a uti is brewing!
How I feel that it is acceptable to share this information with people on the internet I do not know 😂😂
