Hey ladies 👋🏽
Just thought I'd post this to find some buddies in the TTC journey as a clueless gal trying for baby #1 ! 🫶🏽
Ovulated today, so I guess the 2WW starts ! ⏰
Anyone else starting their 2WW ? ☺️

@Lila34830 I'm on CD20 - I did think maybe the test thought it was a brand new cycle as I've only used it this cycle!

@kt199 Thank you! That was my first thought, especially as it's the first proper cycle i've used it on. Been off the pill for 2 years in November with very irregular cycle so it's taking some getting used to!

The good news is estrogen is higher mid luteal phase if conception has occurred, so maybe it’s a little sign! But can’t really hang onto it as it doesn’t show levels and you aren’t far off the middle of the luteal phase when it typically rises anyway! I guess it is good to know though that your hormones are rising at the right times!! 😊

I feel like I'm coming down with some kind of flu !!! So annoyed ! I feel so nauseous and fevery so maybe my bug is back 😭 (I'm fully aware this is deffo not pregnancy related, but I'm so annoyed !)

Yep I feel that too! I will be 36 before I have a baby too & that's if we manage to conceive easily. If not I may be older! Some of my friends have also conceived really easy at my age too so I was hoping I'd be the same.... we are only cycle 3 though which is considered very early. I don't think we can stress really until the 6 month mark.

Yeah it is so nice we can all vent and share experiences with! Glad you are doing ok. I'm so impatient I really am lol trying not to over analyse anything x

Ohhh no way 😩 some people do report cold/flu and defo nausea as a pre pregnancy symptom so don’t go counting yourself out!!

HAHAHA that comment about the oestrogen, I WAS TOO TEMPTED TO TEST USING MINE WHEN I REALISED!! I’ve held back though hah! Promised myself NO preemptive testing this cycle.

@KT199 ok you aren't a dinosaur at all lol 😂 I'm really struggling to get through this week without going crazy! It's all madness! Roll on Tuesday / Wednesday when I know AF will be coming. I normally spot a tiny bit the day before so Tuesday will give it away!

When can everyone start testing from?! I'm due on on the 11th! Trying to hold out till then! How are you all feeling?

Testing for lh yesterday I refuse to fall into the LH tests on top of HCG tests 😂😂

I second how amazing it is to have people to vent to!! If I was hassling my OH every 3 minutes saying im this, im that, is it a sign I think he would lose the will to live with me 😂🤣🤣. I also haven’t told any family/friends we are trying, so it’s amazing to have people in the same boat to offload to.. I really think it’s done my mental health the world of good!

Honestly, ME TOO! It’s completely consuming me today, I can’t seem to think about anything but - which is probably why I’m so active on this thread when I should be working 🤣. On top I’ve got some bad bloating which, I do normally bloat from 7DPO onwards but it never sticks around if that even makes sense? I usually burp/pump (how embarassing, so sorry for the TMI) and it disappears but it’s just not doing that today so I’m trying to drink plenty and keep wondering about.

Well you never know! 😂 but I do know what you mean as I like to try and be real with myself too 😂

Hahah! I see people doing LH tests alongside HCG as they show up positive if your pregnant too 🤣 but your right, absolutely do not need to take on anymore bad testing habits!

@KT199 I've been on the loo for the last two days, that's not normal for me either. I haven't got a dodgy tummy at all but I just need to keep going.... I wonder if it's hormones?! I have no bloat now though. I'm also not doing enough work today, so much for work being a distraction eh 😂😂😂
