Just thought I'd post this to find some buddies in the TTC journey as a clueless gal trying for baby #1 ! 🫶🏽
Ovulated today, so I guess the 2WW starts ! ⏰
Anyone else starting their 2WW ? ☺️

@Parks17 not sensible lol I meant sensitive 😂 some clear blue digitals are sensible though but I think it's just the one that says pregnant

I’m saving my digital until I have had a few cheapie positives that are making me question if I am or aren’t 🤣 feel like a digital gives the confirmation needed hahah! That’s the one I want to show my OH when it’s happened!

That was exactly what I was thinking.

Told my OH that i wanted to test together so we can find out at the same time but I think we both know I'll have done 20+ cheapies before that time!! lol

Yeah totally!! I feel like we all have the weeks indicator test stashed in our bathrooms along with the odd first response and a load of cheapies 😂😂😂😂

HAHA! Honestly last cycle he was like are we gonna test? I was like your abit late, I’ve tested for the last 5 mornings it’s negative 🤣😭! I don’t want him to see the disappointing results!!

I’m also in the TWW ovulated 28/29 😃. TTC #3. My first two were conceived whilst I was on the pill when I was 17&26. I’m now 30, so I’m hoping it’ll be easy but I have a feeling I won’t be so lucky! When are you going to test? Xx

I have actually zero test at home, and im ganna keep it that way till AF is due!
it’s like when you are on a diet and you dont have any fast food in your fridge, you wont be tempted haha!
this is the only way i can keep myself from testing early and being crazy !

Welcome girl ! I am due on 13th so I kind of want to hold off until 12 dpo to test ... in 6 days ! Let's see how long I can wait 😂

@HeartyPanda I feel like your technique is the best 😂 i have a pack of 50 bloody tests from Amazon ! But so far I don't feel the urge to test, so I'm keeping it that way ... until I do

but from previous experiences I got my BFP from my 2 babies after my missed period and they were SUPER faint. I ovulate CD 13 of a 28 day cycle so I do think I take longer to implant 🤣

I haven’t read through all of the post but how many months have you been TTC?

Since i’m unfortunately off work due to neck pain, i had time to google stuff haha! So i read cervical mucus could be an early sign of pregnancy, after ovulation it’s suppose to be drying up but if you conceived it might be watery or white/yellow thick mucus!

Ladies I caved and tested with very diluted urine on a one step and of course it was negative! This has sent me into a downward spiral mentally. I think I'm out this month, struggling to hold out hope and feel like I'm going to have to take a step back from it all for a bit. I know it's so early with it being my second real month of trying but I had such a crap journey a few years back with an ex which was 14 months of disappointment because of his low sperm count, feel like I have ptsd with the whole thing. I really feel like I need to sit and hug my dogs tonight, have a wine and just cry x

Awwww @HopefulSS bless you, not what you want to start the weekend. But honestly, everything could change, and as you said 2 proper cycles is sooo early ... barely anyone falls pregnant after 2 cycles ..! If that can make you feel better... definitely
Try and sit and back maybe step back mentally but it's so hard to do ...

I'm just having the worst nausea but it's from my d&v bug from Sunday night and it's awful !! So I think I'm out too because I've been poorly during the whole 2WW so far !

Oh dear 😔 sorry to hear that, we tend to forget how emotional we become before AF or before the BFP, dont blame urself. Take all the time you you need. Try to see you previous relationships as a good thing, why ? because nothing happened and it allowed you to meet ur Partner now. The ttc journey is not easy, i absolutely cry each time AF shows and with history of Mc it s not easy. But im having faith it will happen in the right time. Try to fill ur weekend with all sorts of activities, and if u need us will be here 🦕 🦖 u got this♥️

Been super busy today so just catching up.

Still not tempted to test but we had sex (and just for fun!) last night and after I had quite a bit of bright pink when I wiped, so not sure if that means period is coming early again :( so been a bit deflated today.

Though what @HeartyPanda said is interesting re CM as I've had a bit of this post ovulation which I don't think I normally get?! Maybe a bit of hope...

Sorry you're feeling so down about it all. I think if this isn't the cycle for me I'm going to quit with all the testing and just have sex when we feel like it and relax a bit and start up again, maybe try that approach if you can?
Also didn't you say only day 12 is Sunday? So you might not be out just yet. Try not to be too hard on yourself x

Thanks girls, I'm just letting it consume me too much. I need to get me back & focus on my work and exercise and everything else i was doing before TTC. I don't want this to be the focal point of my world like it is now. Yes I am 12dpo Sunday night. I ovulated evening of the 24th, so I haven't really reached 10dpo until this evening, so I know it's still early but I don't know I am probs out. Unless last nights cramping was implantation and I've tested way too soon. I may test once more Sunday morning with a frer and then just accept the result. When is af due for you @continuallyconfused ? Pink is good could be implantation!!

This is SO weird that I just read this.... I just came back onto the thread to ask if anyone had a lot of CM as this morning/throughout the day I seem to be getting a lot which seems odd.....?!!?!

Oh girl if it was super diluted that could be why!! Don't count yourself out until AF arrives, I know it's so so hard but try to do things this weekend that you enjoy and take your mind off things for a couple of days

Oh no :(! A few ladies have had negatives today, so try not to focus upon it too much. I was in a hole last night really down too so completely get it. You know it’s not the final result this month and still time, onlyAF gets to make that mean decision for us. Have a cuddle with the doggos and a wine, stick on a cheesy film and cry if you want to!!! Just do whatever mentally works for you. It’s such a hard time and seeing only 1 line or AF is truly heartbreaking. Look after yourself! We will be here if you need people to talk to xxx

I think CM can be an indicator, but also not necessarily.. some people remain dry too! If it’s out of the ordinary for you though that could be a good sign! X
