TTC No.17 - Heres hoping for a very fertile New Year!

Thanks for suggesting that I start this thread - its a real honour. Won't be leaving it yet as am only on cd24, despite getting bfps from the 3 tests I have done today (paranoid or what?!).
Lots and lots of babydust to everyone. If this pg is successful, I will have conceived in the midst of an awful cold so that should give everyone some hope. Lots and lots of hugs.....

Just joined here to try and pinch a bit of that baby dust! DD happened before we were even trying and now at 18mths we feel ready for another, but so worried about the whole 'trying to conceive' idea. Can't bear the depression of waiting each month and then getting a period. How do you TTC without getting stressed?

pipsy - you will soon learn hon, on this thread we're all mad, stressed during the lead up to AF and eat a shed load of choc! (well I do) I think that's the key to it! lol.

Cockenzie - I didn't think you were ment to use persona if your cycle was more than 40 odd days, and they do say to only bd everyother day as the quility of the sperm is not so good every day, or soemthing, i'm sure i've read that, prob on here.

(am currently sat ehre munchin on a choc bar, whilst listening to lionel richtea! lol, you know I tried to use my old belt today (i've not used it since we got married) and now the belt doesn't even go around me! so once i've finished this lot of choc bars I'm on a strict diet, no choc no junk food, no chips, and low fat cheese! (good job i'm sat down or i'd have fainted by now) oh and I suppose i'd best go back to swimming!

Well then I think I've joined the right place. Am good at the choc binges, and sure DH will be most pleased if there is somewhere else I can vent my PMT etc etc!

Pip - you're DH sound's just like mine! except after about an hour I'm mean and do a little quiz on what i've told him! I still can't get over he thought my persona was a glasses box, he was all set to have a moan that i'd bought new glasses and all!

pip - wait till we have the round of weekend tester! then it's really mad! I think everyone's busy BD or in the week after OV!

JM - Well put it this way, i'll be CD3-7 ish and I ov on 12-14 ish so i'll be pinning him down, buttonin down the hatched and gettin ready for some good bd! lol, (i'm off for 3 weeks as well so hopefully we'll get lucky and will be able to tell our parents in person as we'll be travelling all over to see them all.)

Hi you guys back on again to bore you all with the daft questions I asked last night - I think I am on CD10 and EW (is this the right abbr) started appearing so am I looking for it to have elasticity and be quite see through and would I be right in thinking that I OV about 2nd Feb as that will be CD14 but the daftest question I probably asked in my last post last night was can I fall pregnant before CD14 or is it more possible in the 14/15 CD to follow - please dont all be laughing because I will soon be as knowledgable as all you with all your indepth advice.
