I'm 1dpo today - anyone want to join me & save me from going insane over the next 2 weeks? 😂

Here is what I found : Urinary PdG (pregnanediol-3-glucuronide) is a direct reflection of the progesterone levels in the blood. This is because after progesterone circulates through the bloodstream, it is then metabolized and released in the urine as PdG.
Mira measures pdg which kinda represents progesterone and estrogen. If they rise after 10 dpo, that means there is a greater chance of pregnancy. Mine is not really clear at the moment.

I don't know if you go to an NHS clinic or a private one. With NHS, usually there is a long waiting list for people to book appointments. Although it is not specific to pregnancy, however I can understand your pain and would like to share my experience. I went to the dentist this Jan and asked for a small procedure/surgery. It took NHS 5 months to contact me for the first appointment. When I went to the appointment, they just checked my health and said the procedure will be taken place in the next appointment. I couldn't book the appointment myself because someone from NHS will contact me to book the following appointment. So I assume it will take NHS another 5 months to contact me again ...

You have a long cycle and I assume you use OPKs to confirm ovulation? I use BBT, LH strips, CB fertility monitor and Mira to confirm LH Peak. That is why I knew the exact date of ovulation for this cycle. I BDed every day until the ovulation day. I used to have 32 day cycles before MCs and I know that usually the luteal phase lasts for 14 days for most women. Although I don't know how long this cycle is going to be for me, however today is 11 dpo so I guess it is safe to assume that I only have to wait 3 extra days to see what is about to happen.

Is the shadow (if anyone can even see it) on the top test an indent line?
I've put it next to a fresh test as honestly - I just don't think I trust my own eyes right now, anyone else feel like this. I think that every symptom I have is just in my head because I've read it on a forum 🤪 and then I thought I seen a shadow on this test this afternoon but I'm only 9 DPO so I doubt it!

I can see a very very very faint shadow on the top one. 🙂

@LucyCL I can't use OPKs unfortunately. Due to having PCOS I have high LH a lot of the time, and get blazing positives nearly every day of the month. Once my period arrives I can work out when I ovulated, and I'm meticulous about tracking and logging symptoms. By doing this I'm quite good now at identifying ovulation. However, my body usually tries to ovulate at least 3 times per cycle (which are between 28-38 days). I don't know for sure which is successful until period arrives.

Can I join? I'm 9dpo today too 🥰

I thought I could see a shadow of a line on a Boots Early test today (see first photo). About an hour later I came back to it and it looks like the second photo.... 🤔 could be an indent but there is colour in it 🤔

It's so difficult tracking with PCOS isn't it @MocktailMe my premom app barely picked up LH surge and I only confirmed ovulation with a blood test 🙄 not sure if anyone else had tried theses things with PCOS but I've found zita west supplements and acupuncture really helped my cycles.

I would also add @Bb542 that I think you have to take a reading from a test within 10 mins, so the second pic might not be reliable, I could be wrong but I am pretty certain I can see something on the first one anyway 🤞🏼

@Bb542 so I can see the faintest of faint lines in the first one that could be an indent but I can see it much clearer in the second later photo. Not really known an indent to be there from the start then get darker? So could be good news!

@KLPark Yes it makes it so hard! I know I ovulate regularly I just think of all the cycles trying at least half have been badly timed sex leading us to zero chances. I'm sure if I ovulated on the same day each month we would be having a baby by now.

My symptoms have been a metal taste in my mouth, dizzy and I have pulling twinges right now too 🤔

The post CP cycle: Today is CD34 and 12 dpo, I had the most concentrated FMU of this cycle because I wanted to know when I am about to get AF.
Mira chart shows that my pdg has dropped again in one day and my BBT has dropped a bit. I did a FR just to be sure it was BFN. I am still waiting for my today's RHR to come up on my apple watch.
My luteal phase lasts for 12 days. Everything will get reset for the next cycle!
I will do a FR on 14 dpo if AF is still not here.

I didn't have a clue that our RHR had anything to do with TTC thank @LucyCL so fascinating, obviously all this TTC stuff is equally as frustrating, but I'm trying to look for the positives in everything right now and there is part of me that's enjoying learning more about how my body works.

Yes, I just found that out too. That is why I decided to purchase an apple watch to experience it. If RHR rises , it could indicate pregnancy. Although I suffered from CP this cycle, I do want to turn this experience into an interesting experiment which is collecting data to find out more about our body. That is me trying to be positive instead of grieving for my pregnancy losses. I am still hopeful and look forward to the TTC journey.💖
I have collected 4 days of RHR and as you can see my RHR was higher in the previous 3 days, that is because I was becoming anxious about not getting a faint line on 10 dpo. Today I have totally let go and my RHR went down again. So, I still need to find my true RHR baseline. Also my apple watch still needs to collect data of one more night to establish my BBT and I look forward to finding it out tomorrow.😆

I had a bfn last night at 11dpo and my heart rate has not gone up at all. Think I'm out! X

I had BFN this morning at 11DPO too @Rolo104 😔 although I was sure that I could see a shadow but I honestly just think my eyes are deceiving me now ! There's still hope this month, don't rule it out, reading through a lot of the chat rooms (guilty pleasure!) so many women don't get their BFP well after 14dpo and some even not until I have a missed period.
My temperature is still raised, not dropped since around ovulation, I've still got cramps, headache and the sniffles but again I can't tell what is in my head from all the reading and researching and what is reality - I guess the only thing I know to be true is i'll just have to bloody wait and be patient and I have zero control at this stage! What will be will be 🤦🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️😂

13 Dpo, BFN.
However yesterday my CM was watery and wet. That usually means there is a rise in estrogen. However based on Mira chart, this morning there is a further drop in pdg and a slight drop in E3G. In my case, AF will be due tonight or tomorrow morning (I think).
My LH level went down slightly however there has been a slight and steady increase in LH since it reached the bottom after ovulation.

I finally have the data of wrist temperature. It doesn't tell me the exact number however the deviation will be useful for me in the future.

RHR: As AF is so close, I am gradually getting my true RHR which is 60 at the moment so I wonder if it will drop further when AF is here. 😆I also think that it might be better to wait until afternoon to establish the RHR of the day.

My BBT remains elevated however based on the data I collected this morning, I predict that there will be a big drop tomorrow morning.
Would be great to collect all the baseline levels when AF is here then I can use them to monitor my health and potential ovulation and future pregnancy.

Also the baseline from the wrist temperature on apple watch: I wonder if it will be readjusted again when AF is here. Because my current BBT is elevated which doesn't reflect the true BBT/baseline when AF is due.

Does anyone know? I am still new to RHR and wrist temperature😁.

I just got AF!!! I am no longer in the limbo of the post CP cycle!! I am now free!! I cannot wait to see what is going to happen in this new cycle!😀 This cycle is going to be a normal one! So today is officially CD1 for me! Baby dust to those who are still waiting!

I had the most vivid dream last night of taking a blazingly positive pregnancy test.
Gave in to the woo and tested this morning at 8dpo. I think there is the faintest of faint shadows there, only time will tell. Fingers crossed 🤞

@zalmentra Looks like the beginnings of a BFP! I got one at 8dpo with my son x
