I'm 1dpo today - anyone want to join me & save me from going insane over the next 2 weeks? 😂

Mine this morning was definitely negative, so I think yesterday must have been evap. Gutted tbh as it's the only time I've seen any sort of line since September :(

I've also got atrocious heartburn today and it's giving me a sore throat so I pity my coworkers today as I'm just really badly not in the mood!!!

I am sorry to hear it! What does your evap look like? I am also having a sore throat... I hope you will feel better!

I feel like I see something today, but test yesterday was negative. Still no sign of AF either. This is draining :( x

Update : after feeling deflated yesterday I got this today! There's defo colour to it in person 🥺

No sign of AF yet for me. Spotting seems to have stopped but again not unusual for me really. 9dpo today but no frer so not worth testing imo.

Ahhh wow @hannah1201 that's no squinter I can see that nice and clearly! So so happy for you and of course it's still before your AF is due too so should be seeing nice progression there!

Mine was negative this morning but I am trying to stay positive. I'm still only somewhere in the region of 5-10dpo. I know realistically that it would be really early (or impossible depending on when I ov'd) to get a line rn. But I'm still so hopeful that this month will finally be my month 🙏

I am so happy for you! I am 10 dpo and yesterday my "faint positive" line must be an eva because this morning I used FR and easy at home to test with FMU and SMU, they were all negative.
For the last two pregnancies, I got a very faint positive in the afternoon of 10 dpo. I was a bit deflated. However seeing your update gives me a bit of hope! I hope your line will get darker!

I bought an apple watch hoping to use it to predict pregnancy in the future. However I am still very new to RHR and not familiar with its relationship with BBT. I started to wear it 3 days ago.
8 dpo: 79 bpm
9 dpo: 67 bpm
10 dpo: 63 bpm

However this morning my BBT has gone back up again. I'd be grateful if anyone could shed a light! 💙

AF still hasn’t arrived for me - feeling nauseous, tender breasts, highly emotional but still getting ‘not pregnant’ on clear blue ultra early digital :/ x

@hannah1201 ahh wow! Thanks for sharing that, there's no doubt that's a BFP 🫶🏼 I tested this morning at 8DPO and not a hint, so this gives me hope. Fingers crossed for everyone else too! 🙏🏼

@LucyCL I use my Apple Watch to BBT I am not sure about the resting heart rate data though, would love to understand more how that works with TTC.

What I have found using my Apple Watch with Natural cycles - it's great because you don't need to remember to temp in the morning but if it isn't fully charged or the battery dies during the night it won't log a temperature. I've been logging everything for the past two months and two nights in this cycle my battery died(my own fault I guess ) but it's thrown out all of my cycles and even though I've had ovulation confirmed with a progesterone blood test, Natural Cycles has me
not ovulating this month and it's kicked it all out of sync so none of it's reliable, I've had to contact support.
But I've also used the Premom Bluetooth oral thermometer (obsessive I know but I wanted to compare the two ) and the temp is quite a bit lower than the Apple Watch - just something to bare in mind as well as setting the charging reminders for your watch. 😀

@LucyCL As long as BBT is high and AF hasn’t arrived you are still good, I think temp starts to drop day of two before AF.

My test are getting darker, officially one day late this was this morning 😊
Still getting intense stabbing pains every now and again, seeing the GP next week!

I am so frustrated and upset. My appointment at the hospital has been cancelled and will be rebooked for later in the year. I was really keeping going with the hope of that in the pipeline :( now that's cancelled, I dont think I'm pregnant this month either.

Reasonably, this is not the end of the world. And I would be absolutely fine if someone just told me, don't worry, this will definitely happen for you within the next year or whatever. It's the not knowing I can't stand.

Officially 11 dpo, no BFP or AF which is supposed to be due today. BBT is still high and my pdg level is not low enough to get AF (I guess) on Mira chart. This is the 1st cycle after a CP so I don't know what is happening.

It's still probably too early @LucyCL if your BBT is still elevated, no AF yet and PGT is not low, surely all good signs 🙏🏼🤞🏼 does Miri measure you're progesterone? That's good to know 👍🏼

I have to say your chart looks very promising. I have everything crossed for you. We are in the same boat of not knowing where our cycles are and it's hard!

I've continued to have sex this week, extending my chances right up to a 42 day cycle. Some months we stop too early and end up missing late ovulation so I really didn't want that to happen. Id always recommend the same to anyone struggling with irregular cycles. The frustrating part is if we simply had sex every other day none of us would need to track a thing, but life just gets in the way!!!
